We have been using Catalina Pools for over a year now and we love their service. Michael the owner is very knowledgeable. We love not having to worry about our pool we are on a weekly service. Highly recommend this company for your pool needs.

Michael at Catalina Pools is amazing. I called several companies to come give me a quote on replacing my pool pump because the company that maintains my pool gave me a quote of $1600. Michael came out and told me to call the pump manufacturer to first see if the pump was under warranty. It’s wasnt, but since the warranty had just recently expired, the manufacturer offered me a new pump at a deeply discounted rate. The new pump was then sent to my house, and Michael installed it for $100 less than what my own pool guy quoted me. All in all Michael at Catalina pools saved me over $900 by telling me to call the manufacturer and then installing the pump for me at a very good price. I highly recommended Catalina pools and will be using them to maintain my pool going forward. Thanks Michael!

Michael and his team completed an entire backyard remodel for us - redid the pool floor into pebbletech from plaster, tore out old tiles and put in new tiles, and resurfaced/repainted our deck. They also poured concrete to extend our deck and did an awesome job with that. The work performed was excellent! Our pool and backyard are so much better and we go to Catalina pools for general repairs now.

Catalina is reasonably priced, professional, and did a killer job! I highly recommend them for pool remodels.

Great company! We hired Catalina Pools when our L.E.D. pool lights had gone out. They were quick to diagnose and repair the lights, the cost was super fair, we priced out our lights on Amazon and they were the same cost to us, installed! We then hired them for our weekly pool maintenance, they do an awesome job!!! It's so great coming home to a crystal clear pool every day. They offer great service, are always spot on with cleanup and timing. We recommend them to everyone! Thank you Catalina Pools!!!

I can’t say enough good things about this company! I have worked with 3 separate pool companies as well as the folks over at Leslie’s over the last 2.5 years, and have not received this kind of service. Michael came over expecting to help me with what I thought was going to be an easy Vacuum Skimmer trouble shoot - to say he went above and beyond is an understatement! Michael showed me how to clean my filters, taking the time to walk me through each step (and clean them for me!), helped me sort out the best skimmer/cleaning solution, and answered all of my future maintenance and upgrade questions; He was direct and honest and did not try to upsell me in anyway. When we bought our house and needed our pool looked at to do an estimate on tile repairs that came out of the inspection, Catalina pools was the only pool company (out of several that were contacted) that responded to our realtors urgent request.
Michael and his crew did a beautiful job replacing tile and answered all of our questions. To make things fun and convenient, we asked Michael if he could install color lights and an automated control panel. He installed them quickly and efficiently. We also use Catalina Pools for our pool maintenance and are very happy with the work that they do to keep our pool looking great!

My husband and I highly recommend Catalina Pools AZ! They recently repaired our 24 year old pool to perfection and installed the decorative tile we chose around the rim. Not only is their work first-rate but the team is very professional. Each tile had to be hand cut and the overall look is gorgeous. I noticed a crack in my pool this past summer. After contacting other local pool repair companies about estimates and never hearing back, I reached out to Catalina Pools for an estimate. Mike came out within a couple of days and gave an estimate the following day. We ended up waiting until the fall to do the repair and remodel due to the summer temps. The repair and remodel work on my pool was done in a very timely manner and the quality is top notch. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to do pool repairs and wants proper communication around the project.

Just moved to N Mesa and Catalina Pools conducted my pool and spa inspection for my Home Inspection prior to purchase of the property. I was so impressed with the owner Michael, his team of technicians, friendly office staff, and timely follow-ups and communication, that I went with them to perform my weekly maintenance. I had 2 issues with my Pentair system that required some correction, and Catalina performed the corrections extremely timely. They do what they say, and say what they do, and are very accessible and responsive! I feel fortunate to find a pool service professionals that treat my pool and yard, as if it were their own. They get my highest of recommendations!

I had underground plumbing leaks in my pool and my pool tiles were in bad shape in addition to old machinery. I hired another pool company to repair the plumbing. After 4 months + of struggling to get things fixed properly with the other company, they eventually just stopped coming or returning my phones calls. I tried calling other pool companies but I never received any responses. That's when I called Catalina. Michael, the owner, came to assess my situation within a few days of calling. He gave good recommendations that I did not get from the other guys. Then I quickly received a quote. After accepting the quote, they came within the week to get started. They retiled my pool, fixed the underground leaks and replaced my pump all within 3 weeks--after I had been struggling for months with other companies! I would have saved myself A LOT of time and money if I had just called Catalina from the beginning. It's difficult to find efficient and honest companies and Catalina is definitely one of them. I will recommend them to anyone who asks.

We had a large pool decking replacement. From the first phone conversation until the final inspection Michael and his crew were on time and on schedule. As far as customer service is concerned Michael was very attentive. He responded to every text, email and call within a short time. Michael addressed every question or concern with professionalism! We needed our pool deck redone after 30years and we wanted a licensed contractor. We found Catalina pools and had them do an estimate for us, very responsive and competitively priced. When we opted to use them they were there when they said they would be, treated our property like their own, and cleaned up well. It looks amazing, we did our pool deck and back porch.

We recently had our pool resurfaced by Catalina Pools. Going into the project we only planned on new pebble tech, tile, the deck resurfaced, and automation installed. As the job got started, we expanded to adding artificial grass around the pool, expanding the original tile work in the pool, and tiling multiple planters in the backyard.

Mike, Carl, and everyone working for Catalina Pools was happy to expand the job and provided great recommendations throughout. There was open transparency regarding the process of each step along the way. The job remained on schedule and on budget based on the estimates provided.
