Constraction reviews in Gilbert, Arizona

Elliot and his crew did an amazing job with some major block repair on the exterior wall in my yard. Very professional, great customer service, competitively priced and 100% complete customer satisfaction. They did additional work to the wall that they felt was necessary even though it was not included in the original bid. I was not charged any additional costs for this additional work. A great company to do business with. Thank you Arizona Experts!!

Elliott and his crews are very good - easy to work with, easy to get a hold of, responsive, makes commitments and then meets them, delivering good work (install electrical conduit) that stands. I particularly liked that he kept in touch, handled all of the nonsense required by the City, and was honest and upfront with any issues or problems. Too bad he doesn't do residential electrical work - he would be the one I called.

Elliot and his guys are excellent. I have used them on two home remodels. They do quality work in a timely fashion. I will use them again. Highly recommended

Arizona Experts is the best of the best. Elliot and his team did such a great job and we’re very efficient. They showed up on time, worked hard, and completed the projects in a quickly manner. 100% would recommend to anyone very good work ethic him and his team!!

Could not be happier with Arizona Experts! Elliot, Erica and their team really brought our vision to life. We had our backyard renovated and through the whole process, this company was extremely professional, communicative, efficient and fast. In my opinion, unlike any other contractor. We are so pleased with their work and will 100% hire them for future projects and would recommend them to anyone.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Arizona Experts for several projects as part of managing our HOA, and I couldn't be more impressed. Their team is professional, reliable, and delivers high-quality work on time and within budget. Communication is always clear, and they handle everything with the utmost care and attention to detail. I highly recommend Arizona Experts to any community! They’ve been an invaluable partner to us!

Elliot and his crew completed a punch list of items that we have been wanting/needing done for awhile and everything turned out great! They made our vision of an outdoor pergola space (complete with fan, lights and a fire pit) become a reality and also wired/installed 4 exterior lights on our home. We highly recommend Arizona Experts.

Elliot and his team were absolutely amazing! They rebuilt the perimeter wall of our house and we can’t wait to have them come back for more projects. The original wall was about to fall over and with two kids and 3 big dogs , we need a team that could rebuild it from the ground up. His crew is respectful, hard working and honest. You can tell that Elliot has built his company on a foundation of integrity and old fashioned hard work. With Arizona Experts you will get top tier work and a trustworthy and dedicated team! Looking forward to having them work on our property for any and all upcoming projects!

I’ve used Arizona Experts for 10 years now both personally and as a Community Manager. They have always done excellent work no matter what the job, from simple monthly light checks to full blown remodels or new construction. Elliot and his team are always clean, professional and he stands by his work… ALWAYS! I know I can count on them to do a great job at a reasonable price. Love working with them!

Have never used their plumbing service but was able to witness and luckily avoid their reckless driving. If their driving is any indication of how they complete their plumbing work I won’t be calling them for any plumbing needs.

Alair Homes is top shelf when it comes to quality of work and professionalism. They offer great suggestions for things I didn’t even consider. Thanks again!!!

We were very please with all aspects of the project
1. The project process was very professional and organized
2. Project Management was outstanding
3. Made every effort to work with us (above and beyond) on every aspect of the project through completion
4. Everyone was very personable and respectful, including all the subcontractors, wearing masks whenever they entered the house

Jeff and the crew at Alair Homes do great work. Their communication is excellent and they're a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Alair Homes.

was recently contracted by them for some photography work. Excellent communication. Well coordinated planning made for a nice pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend and will hire them for their services in the future.

I have worked with Alair Homes for many years, they are professional, on time and strive to deliver the highest quality in craftsmanship. I recommend Alair to my friends and family as I know how honest and trustworthy they are.

Alair did everything we contracted them to do and it was done on time and under budget. A Great job! We feel we made the right choice with Alair and their project mangager George.

I did a complete kitchen remodel, and could not be happier with the results. Jeff G. helped with the disign and addressed every detail up front so their were no surprises. We had a tight budget we needed to stay within, but we wanted a lot. New cabinets, countertops, lighting, backsplash, etc. I've done remodels before, and I have always been dissappointed in the attention to detail. Not this time. A cabinet came in slightly blemished and rather than trying to cover it up, a new cabinet was ordered. Same with my sink - he noticed a slight dent, pointed it out to me, and promptly ordered a new sink. I liked the fact that I didn't need to supervise. Jeff was thorough and more concerned about quality than just getting done quickly. I will never use anyone else for a build or remodel!

The entire project exceeded my expectations regarding the selections and communications. Plus, the pricing was extremely fair. I would highly recommend Alair to anyone and EVERYONE that I know doing a similar project.

We had our guest bath and master bath completely remodeled: Tile floors, tile walls, full standing shower gut and tile replacement, convert tub to standing shower.

My wife and I after a long search for a builder hired Alair Homes of Chandler. We have been working with Jeff Gorszczyk and Tyler Shulman and they have been both comprehensive and timely in their responses to our questions... we are in the design stage and looking forward to moving to the construction stage

I have nothing but good things to say about Alair. Jeff and Dan are incredibly professional and knowledgeable. They added an amazing Arizona room to my home and a few years later, built a casita for me. I highly recommend them.

Working with Alair team we remodeled our entire home, kitchen, both bathrooms including new flooring throughout the home. Very happy with all the results and enjoy showing off our new home!
