I had an amazing experience with Servpro, Gilbert. I worked primarily with Kevin as my point of contact. He was very attentive and informative throughout the entire process. He was also willing to communicate with the tenant who lives in my home when I was not available. I had a great experience and would highly recommend Servpro to anyone in need of work done on their home.

We noticed a leak in our bathroom and called SERVPRO. They came within an hour. Julie and her team were the most amazing to work with. Julie was quick to find the problem and was professional, efficient and friendly through the whole process. We felt taken care of throughout an unfortunate event. They also left the place clean and set us up for success for our rebuild. Thanks, Julie and team!

The service was excellent! The service tech, Roman, arrived promptly and got right to work. He did a great job and we will request him if we ever need this service again. They live up to their moto "Like it never happened".

We are in the Palisades Fire burn area. Our house survived but more than half our street was destroyed - and all the land around us burned, plus there was a lot of ash deposited from the much worse damage upwind. State Farm put us in contact with ServePro of Gilbert. ServePro Gilbert was incredibly professional and responsive and quickly put a crew on site to clean all the ash and toxins from inside our house. They did this in the midst of this huge disaster, logistics mess, and widespread demands for post-disaster clean up. They had a team of 8-10 people on site for 10 days. They worked very hard to clean our house and did all the other stuff mentioned elsewhere in reviews too, documenting, cleaning carpets and linens, communicating, etc. In the end the house was cleaner than it had been in YEARS and no longer smelled like smoke. I should add, it's a 10k ftsq house with added under-house spaces, so this was no small undertaking. We are very satisfied and would use them again. Probably worth mentioning too, in a task of this magnitude some things will go awry. They were also great at addressing the few things where things didn't go as planned/expected. We consider the later an important ability in a counterparty as well. They did great at it. Strongly recommend.

I had a leak in an ABS pipe that caused some water damage. Servpro was at my house on a Saturday 1 hour after my call.
They are a professional operation that is reliable, thorough and easy to work with.

They came right out and put fans and a dehumidifier for my leak. They were very accommodating with mine and my wife’s schedule for after hours. Very quick and efficient. Would use again if necessary.

Theses people are amazing! After significant smoke and ash damage from the Palisades fire the house is spotless. The project manager and her crew were extremely polite, professional, respectful and did an amazing job. The main office even helped us working things out with our insurance adjuster. Highly recommend!!

Almost everyone I dealt with was very compassionate, but no where near what I experienced with Josh. If there was one area of more stress it was the subcontracting of the appliances and electronics. After back and forth between appraiser and FRSTEAM, the delays cost me more than a month from going home.
