Tree Doctors has been working on our property for a couple of years. They’ve been attentive, knowledgeable, and fair. I’d recommend them to other HOA communities.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY- BUYER BEWARE. This company was hired to trim trees at my neighbors home. They were cutting branches from a 50ft tree and dropping huge branches on my home. There was a huge bang and I went out to find they were walking on my roof dropping huge branches on it with no rigging. I informed them they do not have permission to be on my roof or to drop things on my roof. Not 5 min later a huge bang comes and a branch crashed through my roof and ceiling, I went outside to find they continued not rigging the branches constituting gross negligence. I have been fighting the company and their insurance company for 3 months now and they are trying to cut corners the whole way. According too them having my roof mismatched is not their fault and they are not responsible for fixing it to not be an eyesore. Now my neighbors and I don't get along and my house looks ridiculous. So if you like your neighbors and want your neighbors homes to look good then I would not use this company. Also I have checked and although they advertise they are licensed and bonded, I have checked with the Arizona ROC and they are not.

Family owned business that came out as scheduled and did a super job on thinning and shaping up 75' Sisso tree. When I did have a question, one of the owners came out to explain why the tree had not been reduced in size as I had requested. Pricing very fair and did get two other bids for this large a tree. Will definitely use them again.

The tree trimming on our Chinese Elm was done beautifully this morning. My complaint is for poor communication with me. I was alarmed to find buzz saws in my tree. I wanted to understand what they were planning to do. Not s single one could understand English enough to know what I was asking. How many branches of what size were they going to cut?
A simple written notice in English could have been given to me to read when they came onto my property explaining what was going to happen. -
This group is the master of trees! I have some very mature, overgrown ash, ficus and other trees plus 8 queen palms that look so much better after Tree Doctors' trimming and feeding. Plus the yard is always super clean with no debris when they finish. Just great to work with!!

Very unprofessional and unethical company. HOA where I live hired them unbeknownst to the community to trim trees. The supervisor of Tree Doctor's crew started pounding and ringing our doorbell at 715am for over a half hour. Contacted Tree Doctor's to inform them of the encounter with thee company's employee. She confirmed it was their supervisor trying to contact me and basically justified his behavior. I was then contacted by the supervisor via phone threatening me. Stating he was going to tow my vehicle. Neither Carol or supervisor offered an apology or understand what transpired was unprofessional.
-Regarding response-
More justification of actions. No remorse or accountability. Company may want to review policies and procedures. No customer service or politeness to "renters". They gave my number to the person the complaint was against. He then contacted me, threatening to come over to damage or remove my personal property. No mention of terrorism to anyone but, Tree Doctor's actions meet the definition of harassment. Which the complaint was about. They definitely try to bully you, as you can read in their response. Very unfortunate and avoidable. -
The Tree Doctors performed a substantial project at my home. The project included everything from trimming 30+ mature trees, removal and stump grinding of a few trees as well as nutrient injections on several trees. Jeremy came to my home and made his recommendations after which he provided his bid with specific costs per tree. The crew then showed up and performed the work quickly and safely leaving my yard completely clean when they finished the job.

Just need a quote...first the receptionist told me they don't charge for a proposal and then will not come to your house unless you have $400 worth of work to do? How am I supposed to know what $400 worth of work is, I just need trees removed and I'm sure its more than $400 worth of work. Receptionist was nice but made it irritating/difficult just to get a quote. Its OK...moving on and have other quotes setup. My two cents....Most people have to make calls for appointments while they are working and have limited time, please make it easier for customers to get a quote.

In the Monsoon storm two weeks ago, a 40ft. Pine tree fell against my house due to the wind & horizontal rain. I called the next morning, they had an inspector out that day to determine what to do. He arranged for their crew, and a crane to come the next morning. That prompt service at a time when they had to have many calls coming in was unexpected and much appreciated. Even more so, the care & expertise they showed as they removed it in such a way that my roof sustained no further damage. Once removed, my roofer inspected the area & found only two broken tiles, one displaced tile, & six cracked tiles. That’s truly miraculous. I can’t thank & praise them enough.

The worst part of my experience was my own fault. That is I waited until March to call these folks. They were courteous, on time and very informative. It did take some time to get an appointment as it is springtime ( Busy season)!
The crew they sent out were knowledgeable and friendly. They answered all of my questions they were on time and just a great bunch of guys. A safety inspector showed up onsite a few minutes after they started. They cleaned up as they went. Yes, I would call them back.
All in all, just a great experience!
Thumbs up to you and the company! -
The Tree Doctors were professional in everything they did. They removed a 35 foot tall sissoo tree carefully, piece by piece minimizing the chance of damage to my block wall or my house. They were methodical in planning every cut to ensure their safety. They also trimmed another sissoo tree that was overgrown and it looks beautiful again. They do great work and even though it cost me a little more (5%) than having my landscapers do the work, it was worth it to have peace of mind that nothing would get damaged and no one would get hurt.

Been doing business for many years and find the service and knowledge remarkable Especially Dave the arborist
-
We've enlisted their services twice now, and will again definitely in the future if ever needed. Dave is the man! He knew exactly what the symptoms were for our ficus trees, outlined his plan and they were spot on! Our trees are healthy and growing beautifully! Dave is one the best arborists in town! He is informative, super knowledgable, and he knows his stuff! Thanks Dave!

The service that Tree Doctors provided was excellent. From the initial contact and scheduling to the team who performed the work removing a tree to cleaning up after they were done. They answered all of my questions and concerns and responded quickly to my emails. I would gladly recommend this company to anyone.

My poor tree took quite a beating during the very windy days. The crew from Tree Doctors did a great job cleaning it up and removing the broken limbs. I also had them remove a cactus and a dead queen palm. Many thanks to Tree Doctors for doing such a great job. my yard looks wonderful!!!

We just had a monster pine tree (around 90' tall) removed. The tree was located at the very back of our half-acre lot with no access. The tree had to be cut down piece by piece and each piece hauled to the street. All high trunk cuts were roped and lowered to the ground. The crews of Juan and Miguel were professional and competent. We were very impressed. We have used Tree Drs twice in the past and they are coming back next month to do more work.

We lost a 50ft pine tree after one of the monsoon storms. It did a lot of damage to our cabana in the backyard and required a crane to get it out. We had 4 quotes and decided to go with Tree Doctors based on reviews and the fact that they seemed to know exactly what needed to be done. Their quote was very competitive and the did the job as promised without any further damage to the structure. Thanks Daniel and everyone else who worked on this...you were all amazing!

A wonderful group of professionals that provide great service and customer care. Dave led the charge in a care strategy coupled with Juan's experience helping return our trees to a thing of beauty. Carol is great at scheduling around our needs and each person we engage with makes a difference. A great company in a world less concerned with service.

We have not had a good experience. After a referral, we scheduled an appointment with a $90 consulting fee. That's the only part they did as promised. We had to call the company to request the results of the survey because it was never done and emailed to us. Then we asked if a dead tree could be removed roots and all instead of just to the stump. Still waiting for an answer. The first email wasn't sent from the office lady to their tech, it was only sent to my husband. Once he told her the mistake, she re-sent to include the tech, but it's a week later and we still have no response. Done dealing with their poor customer service. Have scheduled with another company that can accommodate the same-day service. Hope you don't waste your time or money on a consulting fee with this company.

Tree Doctor removed a huge mesquite tree for us. They not only came when they were scheduled, but they cut the tree in small logs for our neighbor who uses the wood for his motor home bbq. They were so clean and efficient! Would highly recommend them!

Two years ago Dave came out to analyze some issues we had in our orchard and to make some recommendations to correct the issues. He was quick to identify the problems and his recommended solutions were spot-on, and the trees have all recovered as we hoped they would. In addition, we had Tree Doctors heavily prune, trim, thin, and shape some Velvet Mesquite trees and did a spectacular job - the trees didn't look look "pruned" at all but shaped beautifully. It was only natural to have him out again to analyze some issues in some shade trees, and are looking forward to the same educated professional recommendations to solve these new concerns.
