I had the carpet cleaned in 3 rooms, hallway, and stairs as well as some areas of tile cleaned. The carpets look great considering the condition they were in before. The tile was ok, I probably could have done a similar job on the tiles but they saved me time. The cleaners were professional and quick for a reasonable price. The customer service on setting up the appointment, the reminders, and call ahead were excellent.

The only negative was that the cleaners used our hose and did not wind it back up on our hose reel afterwards.

Randy and Joel are very professional and nice. They explained the process fully and worked efficiently with great care to my home. Wonderful attention to detail. Marvin & Mike were amazing! They cleared two area rugs, bedroom, and two couches. I was impressed that they cleaned the fabric on the back of my couches! No other company has ever done this! Marvin educated me a lot on the fabrics and carpet that will help me to keep things looking as new as possible.. I will definitely hire Sears again!

My couch was soiled due to our pets.Jay and Robert work extremely professional and friendly. They took pride in their job, and explained everything that they were doing and the related price. I am so happy with the job they have done! I would recommend them to anyone. Im going to have them back to clean our carpets next.Five stars

SCAM ALERT: If I could give negative stars I would. We scheduled an aid duct cleaning with Sears, estimate was $600 for our whole house. The technician, Randy S. showed my mom a picture of an old, dirty air handler that wasn't even ours, and wanted to charge her $2,400 to disinfect and seal the leaks in the system.

My mom was home when Randy arrived, she called me at my son's soccer game and said the tech showed her a picture of the air handler and it was full of dirt, he said there was tape on the air ducts and leaks everywhere. He wanted to charge $2,400 to disinfect the air handler and seal the duct work. We were home about 10 minutes later and I went into the attic; Randy had removed a bunch of the metal tape sealing the panel on part of the air handler where the coils were, he left wads of tape laying around and didn't re-seal holes or access panels where he had removed tape. The inside of the air handler had some dust and dirt in the bottom, but nothing like what he described and he definitely showed my mom a different picture than our system. I took pictures and showed her to confirm this. Once I was in the attic Randy finished his work and left as fast as he could. We never got our receipt, my mom called twice and Sears said they would email it but they never did. I ended up buying some metal tape for $13 at Home Depot and re-sealed the panel, gaps & holes Randy S. left.

Imagine how many customers they scam out of thousands of dollars, if a homeowner doesn't regularly go into the attic or isn't familiar with their own HVAC system. I don't know if this is Sears' upselling method or if it's just what Randy did. It's sad because Sears used to be our go-to when we needed carpets or air ducts cleaned at our old houses.

Jerry and Nathan did an excellent job cleaning our air ducts. Spent some time explaining the process to us. They were very knowledgeable about our HVAC system and answered all questions. We recently had our house painted and our vents were painted over. They even took a few vents off that were really bad so we could replace them today. We truly appreciated them going above and beyond so we could do that. They are a good team and I would most definitely use them and this company again. Price was exactly as quoted on phone. No hidden surprises which I liked. They even cleaned up after themselves when I told them I was getting ready to clean anyways.

Joseph R. & Isaac P. were very professional and extremely thorough in every phase of the tile cleaning operation. They explained my options and demonstrated what I could expect in terms of results. They did great work in a timely fashion at a cost of 27% of what a competitor quoted. I highly recommend them personally and Sears for a job well done.

My best carpet cleaning experience has always been worth Sears Carpet Cleaning. Daniel D was the tech today. He did a wonderful job and thoroughly pre-treated my carpet. He did his best to remove the stains although some have been there for years and were impossible to remove. He was thorough, respectful, and efficient! Highly recommend him and Sears Carpet Cleaning services!

Well, I have family coming in town with a new baby. My husband and I both work full time and I no longer have a cleaning crew in monthly. In AZ the dust and more dust can build up on your floors, furniture, windows etc. I can take care of the windows and furniture, but the carpet and tile was more than my old back can take. So, I called Sears Home services for carpet cleaning and found out they also do tiles, vents, and furniture. The price was good, so I set up to have my carpets enzyme treated, cleaned and fragranced. The tech that arrived at my house is Giovanni. What a very nice young man. He promised I would be satisfied with the work he would do. He said that anything I was not satisfied with could be called in within 30 days and he would come back out to reclean what I did not think was clean enough, but he was sure I would be happy with the results. WOW!! he was only hear about 2 hours, probably not even that long. He explained it was a 2 step process and should not take too long. I had 3 rooms and 2 halls cleaned. When he finished I was more than just happy with the results. I can't believe the difference of before and after. I have never been this happy with a carpet cleaning service. NEVER. When I set up my tile cleaning 2 days later, I requested Giovanni return, and this time his teammate, Mike came with him. The 2 of them had my floors cleaned and dried within 1 hour. I honestly think they look better than when first installed! They were polite, they moved a few tables for me so I did not have to struggle to move them, since my husband was at work. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure things were as before they arrived but with very clean floors. Thank you Giovanni and Mike. I recommend this team of guys for every floor cleaning you may need. Thanks again Giovanni and Mike. I highly recommend Sears Carpet Cleaning and Air Duct Cleaning. (That is the next thing on my cleaning list.)

I was called, text and emailed all 1/2 hour before arrival. Joseph arrived at scheduled time, he explained what needed to be done because my dog had made the worst mess ever. I had 3 bedrooms done. He showed me each area after done, was courteous, knowledgeable and got the carpets cleaned and beautiful faster then I thought.
I would definitely recommend Sears for your carpet cleaning needs.

Awesome experience with Sears Carpet Cleaning Service. The technician called and sent a picture via text introducing himself, arrived on time and was very professional to my husband and myself.

From the start on the phone with MARY , who was very nice, and the call before Paul & Carlos we’re on their way & the price of the service& both the professionalism & friendliness of Paul & Carlos. They were within their window time & I will be calling them when I’m ready to get all my ducts & vents done. This time they did my dryer vent. They were in & out in about a half hour. Great company , great service. No contractors. These guys are veterans on the job & they know what they are doing. Thank you.

Anthony and Jacob were our cleaning team and they did an excellent job. They explained everything included in the service ahead of time. I was also able to add an area rug to the service at the time of cleaning and they were able to adjust the invoice on the spot. They took extra precaution when a dust storm rolled-in so that our front door wouldn't fly open and let in dust. I appreciated their professionalism and demeanor and the carpet looks like new again. Great job!

Anthony was excellent at cleaning carpets and very pleasant! I have had other cleaners who did a quick job and ran out. Anthony worked hard to remove pet stains and odors and made sure the job was done well. He loves to talk too and is very fun. I recommend him highly and I will use this company again!

We were very pleased with the Sear’s Carpet Cleaning Service. We checked several of the larger cleaning companies and they were more than double the price! Sears was timely in setting up the appointment, called ahead and showed up on time. Work was done professionally and within the estimated time. I would definitely use them again!

Mr Turner is a very hard working and determined carpet cleaner. He did an excellent job on our carpets. Both my wife and I were very disappointed to have him double the price estimate once he arrived at our home.
We had removed many furniture pieces and expected to pay the coupon price, as the gal who answered our initial request had told us.She said Sears only does estimates over the phone and did not tell us our price would be re-negotiated once their worker arrived. We now consider your coupon ad as a fraud offer of advertisement. It should be stated on your coupon if a customer's carpet needs extra treatment at extra cost. We never expected to pay double the coupon price to get our carpets cleaned.

It was the first time, I used Sears for cleaning my carpets, their technicians, Jacob and Seth had a very good attitude. They answered to all my questions and explained the process of carpet cleaning very well. They move my furniture and cleaned all the corners by my request. After they left I noticed that they put some pads under my furniture to protect the carpets. Now my carpets are clean and Jacob and Seth did a great job. I am going to recommend them to my daughter also. Thank you Sears .
