They explained the entire process to me and gave me some great recommendations.

I have a dog and they were concerned with her safety as well as mine.

After the job was completed they did a review of what had been done and made sure that all of my questions were answered.

I highly recommend Sears and these 2 technician's and will using them in the future.

Sears Carpet cleaning review: The person who scheduled the visit was professional but told me she would call to let me know the cleaning crew was on their way (this was going to be a call because I explained we were on a landline)... this didn't happen.

The team was one man who was clean, polite and professional. He did a very good job - even got areas cleaned that I didn't think could be!

My only complaint would be that I chose Sears because they advertise that the process they use dries quicker than average because of superior suction power and water / dirt removal. When I asked when I could move my furniture back into the rooms that had been cleaned, I was told 24 hours was recommended. Image my surprise! Had I known this in advance, I would not have done the whole house at once.

On the plus side, the young man did give me some foam pads I could use if I decided to move things back sooner.

I will use Sears again, but I will plan this out very differently.

Anthony M. was the tech who cleaned my carpets. He was punctual, friendly, courteous, professional, hard working and did a great job!

I had a wonderful experience using Sears carpet cleaning. My carpets have not been this and No smells left behind from pets. I was able to schedule same day I called. I want to say a big Thank You to Joseph for taking the time to explain the process of a professional job versus my home carpet cleaner. Joseph was very polite and will ask for his services next time we need our carpet cleaned.

Daniel the tech who cleaned our carpets was very knowledgeable and did a great job! We had some extra challenges, but he was able to take care of the issues. Very satisfied with the outcome. Will definitely use this service again and highly recommend!

I'm very pleased with the air duct cleaning service offered by Sears. I requested an appointment online. The appointment was promptly confirmed. Carlos and Robert called the morning of my appointment to let me know when they were on their way. They were professional and thorough.

This Sears Carpet Cleaner was professional, courteous and thorough while cleaning 6 rooms in our home. He wore protective foot wear during his cleaning and was very focused on getting our carpets as clean as possible. We appreciated his work so much that he was informed we will always ask that he provide our service when needed next. We will tell family and friends about Sears excellent cleaning service and will ask that they specifically request the services of this gentleman. Our carpets now look brand new. I was extremely pleased with the entire service team with Sear's carpet cleaning and am sold on being a loyal customer. I was pleasantly surprised when I was able to get a last minute appointment in for the very next day, which happened to be a Saturday. Then again, I was pleasantly surprised when I received a text to advise who would be coming to the house for the appointment with a picture - as now a days, you really need to be aware and careful of who you let in the door. Daniel was very professional and my carpet looks fantastic and it was done in a timely fashion and I seriously don't think my carpet has ever looked this good in years. I will definitely be using no one but Sears in the future!

The guys did a great job. I do wish Sears would have told me upfront that it would take 6 to 8 hours for the carpet to dry. I wouldn't have picked the afternoon slot. Not I have to stay up past 1am to put things back in order. It would have been better to have fans from Sears or part of the service to dry quicker. The carpets and tile do look awesome though so ask for Anthony M. His partner and him did great fast work. Don't forget to tip well too!

I always thought big brands like sears will train their team to provide excellent service to maintain the service standards, and customer satisfaction. My recommendation after experiencing the service is that the service man was not properly trained on the quality of work, customer service. Its better to get professionals from local carpet and grout cleaning services in the service rather than getting to big brands that just send one person to do carpet and stone services. The Sears service representative was in a hurry from the time he stepped in and stated that he has multiple jobs to finish and did not have time. He charged me $700 for two man hours of service, and the grout was not cleaned well in spite of the feedback provided onsite. I was charged $400 for 400 sq.feet, but the stone looks exactly the same and grout was dirty. The stone area was never measured, but just estimated by looking at the area (only kitchen and family dining area). Carpets were supposed to be deodorized, but there was bad odor of wet and dirt on carpet after the service representative left. The person performing service did not take responsibility for uncleaned stone work and said the stone was not well maintained. My maid that provides bi-weekly service does much better job, and changes only $80 per visit for 2.5 hours of service for the entire cleaning of the house. If you are paying 10 times higher for the same time spent, the expectation is higher, and I was extremely disappointed with the service. Would strongly recommend not to use their services.

Carlos and Robert were on time, notified me prior to the appointment, walked through the home prior to starting, and asked if I had any concerns. We had just had our home painted and wood floors refinished prior to move in, and they were beyond careful. They provided feedback on areas of concern, and provided recommendations. They also were fair with pricing, as a return vent was sealed and could not be cleaned; they deducted the cost of the return from the bill. I was very impressed with their knowledge, but more importantly, their professionalism. Well done, and see you in 12 months!

Michael was prompt and friendly and gave expert advise on the carpet of my home. He even provided me an estimate for the Duct Cleaning. He was great with the kids as well. Very satisfied with the excellent service both in getting my carpets done within 24 hours as well as the courteous technician! I will always go through Sears Carpet Cleaning now!

I had my carpets and grout cleaned by Sears. The customer service was top notch! I was out of town while they were scheduled to clean, and they reached out after each step, making sure they understood my wishes, and kept me posted about the exact price - so there were no surprises. Their customer service put me at such ease! Also, when I came home, there was one spot that reappeared, and without hesitation they sent someone out to the house, and thoroughly checked over the home, and spot treated any areas that I was dissatisfied with. THIS is why I choose Sears - great quality and exceptional customer service.

Bruno and Michael we're on time, professional and friendly. They explained everything and also provided an estimate of service for a future visit. This visit they cleaned, sanitized and applied fabric protection to my extremely dirty microfiber love seat and sofa. They were quick and efficient so the furniture looks almost new. They also cleaned a large area rug which came out looking as good as when I purchased it. I would recommend them and Sears. I will definitely use them in the future!

I was wondering how clean my tile and carpet would be, as I was using a coupon, but I have to say Sears did a great job. The technician was polite, prompt and thorough. The tile turned out great, as did the traffic lines on our carpet. I should stress that both th tile and carpet are only three years old, so not very dirty, but they both look brand new now. I would recommend Sears and they offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. A bonus.

this is the 4th or 5th time we have used Sears. We have never been dissatisfied, but this time I had a coupon for another cleaner. The experience of just trying to set the appointment and their pricing add ons convinced me to go back to Sears. With one quick phone call the representative understood my request, gave me a quote I expected and scheduled my appt for my convenience. I got the courtesy email the day before letting me know the specific time window. The morning of the appointment I got the courtesy text from the Andreco letting me know he was on his way. He arrived on time, was safe, courteous, knowledgeable and completed the work timely and again exceeded my expectations with the pet stains. I am a Sears carpet clean customer for life.

Carlos and Michael arrived when they said that they would. It was a very rainy day, but they were meticulous about setting their equipment up so that they didn't track in rain and dirt. It was nice to see that they used protective floor coverings and wall guards to keep their equipment from doing any damage to my home.

They accomplished their work very efficiently and were done within two hours. Both gentlemen were very nice and explained what they were doing as they went. I didn't feel a hype to buy more services. Carlos just told me about things which he felt I would benefit from if I was interested.

I had a pleasant experience with Carlos and Michael and would definitely recommend them to anyone else needing their ducts cleaned.

Anthony and Bruno were the Sears employees who did both the carpeting and tile/grout of our home. They were both very professional. I appreciated their offers for other applicable services relating to our cleaning job even though we couldn't get additional work done. They also handled moving some of the furniture for us. I had very little expectation as to how clean they were going to be able to get our carpeting to look and was excited to see that they were successful in getting it a lot cleaner that I could have imagined. The tile/grout in the kitchen looks brand new. The only thing I'd like to add is that the carpet took about 10 hrs to dry. Well worth the wait. Kudos to Anthony and Bruno for the fantastic service they provided! I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
