Josh & Brandon performed a Groupon vent cleaning service for us first and provided us with video and photos of what they found - not salesy, just explanatory. We ended up getting an Air-Duct DEEP Cleaning and having the AC Handler/Blower cleaned - WOW what a difference! We live near a mountain and on a pretty busy residential street, so our house gets A LOT of dust. I waited several weeks before posting this review because I like to make sure any service truly lasts before giving a rating. Weeks later we still have barely any dust which means much less cleaning for me, which is exactly what I was hoping for. Josh was great at explaining the work being done, with photos and video along the way, and he and Brandon provided us with really excellent service. What a great team, can't ask for much more than that!

Nothing of what I was expecting. Couldn't even do the dryer vent cleaning. No where in the description did it say if this or that we can't complete the work unless you pay more. $100's more.
