Wasn't informed, prepared & didn't like 4% credit card transaction service charge, especially after a $39 Groupon NEGATIVE AIR MACHINE SERVICE, turned into a $600 learning experience.
I do feel great about the duct & dryer vent cleaning service received, & care given by Devon, when taking care of my home.

Friendly and knowledgeable. They not only cleaned the vent they advised on proper care and maintenance moving forward and corrected an issue with the hose line on my dryer. Definitely recommend using them and I will be using them in the future for sure!!

A team of two came to clean our house’s vents yesterday. We purchased the Groupon for unlimited AC events and dryer event check. They claimed there was mould and upsold us, and took advantage of my father-in-law who was present at the house— English as his second language and he did not understand completely what he was paying for.

The two men, one of them’s name was Devon, did not clean all of the vents in the house. They missed the laundry room and the bathroom. They left a huge mess, which I was told would not happen. The service was unprofessional, unreliable and greatly took advantage of myself and my father-in-law and used fear-mongering sales tactics.

I came home to the house covered and dust and debris which they told us would not happen because they knew we have toddlers running around.

Heard a strange noise from the chimney so called Chimney Co. came out over the weekend, fixed it up, back to work by monday. good to go now

First time trying Chimney Co today, they sealed it up right.

Very impressed with this company. I was in an urgent time sensitive situation as my mother passed away and was a smoker in the home over 20 years. I needed the house ducts cleaned fast and efficiently. Quick service for an appointment and thorough cleaning.

Isaac was very professional, responsive, and friendly! He explained the whole process as I had many questions . He identified some bad job done from previous house owners and why for the last year or so I thought the A/C wasn’t working on the kitchen but he spotted the issue and fixed it for us! We are very happy with this company’s service! Isaac went over everything he was doing and took his time and made sure the job was done correctly! Highly recommended-

I just bought my first home which was used as a rental and nobody took care of the basic maintenance. Dirt clumps we’re stuck to all the vents, walls, shelves, etc. The owner of this company was able to come within 24 hours of me calling and give me a quote. He was extremely thorough and detailed in getting pounds of dirt and dust out of the entire air duct system in my house. His pricing was more than fair and he was able to come on short notice on a Sunday, before I moved all my stuff in. This guy is a true professional and has mastered his craft. I highly recommend his service!

UPDATE: I really wish I could give him more than 5 stars. My dryer stopped working so I called Mr. Isaac and he came out the next morning (on Mother’s Day no less) and fixed all of my issues, again! I really miss these sort of small businesses where you get people who are extremely good at what they do and seem to enjoy their work over the big businesses that are only there to turn profit and it shows. This guy is hands down the best in AZ and is exactly what your looking for! I will continue to use Mr. Duct Cleaning service as long as they’re around.

We have been working with Mr. Duct going on three years. His work has been fantastic! We had moved into a new house but I was having severe respiratory issues including two bouts of upper respiratory infection. My lungs were inflamed and irritated, which caused this condition.

Thinking of what to do, we wondered if the ducts were clean and decided to call Isaac to have a look. The amount of debris we saw him take out was unreal, and it was apparent that they had never cleaned the ducts and had a very hairy dog that shed a ton. Mr. Duct thoroughly cleaned up the ducts and vents and also added a disinfectant to the ducts. He also cleaned out the dryer vent and the dryer performance improved considerably.

My breathing issues cleared right up after that. Also, the house did not have the funny smell it used to have. It was reasonably priced and totally worth it! Since then we have called Isaac in to clean ducts at least once a year. He's friendly, fast, honest and professional.

If you live in an old house and have breathing issues, give Mr. Duct a call, it might change your life!

Issac and his company have top notch service! He put me at ease the moment I started talking to him over the phone. He explained the whole process and was very patient with me as I asked all sorts of questions. He went over everything he was doing, showed me his process and went above and beyond to make my experience amazing! His pricing is amazing and I would have paid more for his services as he did more than what was required. He took his time and made sure the job was done correctly! I give Mr Duct Cleaning in Gilbert 10 stars, but I could only mark 5! Highly recommend. We can already breath better! My oldest had severe lung issues and can breath easier!
