True North got back to us asap and got a technician here in under 2 hrs (even though it was Sunday evening and a holiday weekend) Jacob (our tech) was great. We are very satisfied. He did a great job explaining everything to us and all of our options. He’s very knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely use true north again and would ask for Jacob.

Jacob did a fantastic job!! Had an issue with our 2 year old A/C unit randomly shutting off and he figured out the problem within minutes. Very reasonable price to repair and was completed within about an hour. Definitely will be calling True North for future issues 👍🏻

In the past couple years True North has given me accurate diagnosis and inexpensive fixes, where other companies have tried to sell me a new AC unit.
For today's visit to seal and clean, Micah did great and was very professional yet personable.

When my AC went on Saturday, I called True North because my normal guy doesnt work weekends. Great choice! Micah arrived early, a day early to be exact! He was friendly, super efficient, and quite knowledgeable. He showed me the part thst failed and how he tests it to make sure it had failed. Yay for transparency! He showed me the part he was replacing the failed one with and explained the difference between them. My AC is back to blowing super cool air! This may have been my first time using True North but it won't be my last! I think I just found my new AC company!

The entire team at True North Air Conditioning has been amazing! From Trevor, the admin staff, and our installers Michael and Jared, they were all professional, on time, clean, knowledgeable and through. I can’t rave enough about our installers, they worked in tremendously hot conditions and replaced our entire HVAC system both outside and inside our attic. The work was completed/done and it’s like there were no contractors even at our home they left it so clean. Both Michael and Jared, listened to my concerns and questions. Trevor, was honest, through in the home inspection, with his recommendations, based on our needs. The cost of the project was extremely fair and very competitive. We didn’t feel pressured into selecting their bid, even after they knew we were obtaining multiple bids for the job. Our family is looking for a long term business relationship for our HVAC system and needs, it goes beyond the install meeting and installation. Great service from True North Air Conditioning! Josh came out to estimate the work for 2 new AC systems, the quote was very competitive. The installation team came out 2 days later and finished the system set up. The whole process was very smooth. I am so happy that I found this great company, I will definitely use them again for my future AC needs.

So many HVAC places to choose from in the Valley, sometimes it feels like you're rolling the dice. SO very glad I landed on this one. The customer service is fantastic, and their expert staff know exactly what they're doing.

I needed a new unit prior to the 2025 summer months, and they came out to do an estimate and recommendation. The price was great, and the new Bosch system that they put in has worked perfectly. The variable speed has saved me hundreds, just through one summer alone.

They took care of everything - through the appointment process, installation, clean up, follow through, and even the rebates. Complimentary check ups, as well!

And to tack on...I had a scare when the AC was to be turned on in April, it was blowing hot air. They sent a tech out the next morning (shout out to Jacob!!) and it was determined that I had set the thermostat to an incorrect setting. Didn't charge me for my mess-up, and they were absolutely fantastic about it.

Bottom line - EXCELLENT customer service, highly skilled (and very polite) technicians, and great follow ups. I highly recommend this shop to anybody!

We’ve had our routine HVAC system and, once again, the tech tried to sell us some repair we had already done. I called True North for a second opinion and they were great. Not only were they transparent with us (none of the “recommended” repairs were needed) they actually repaired an issue we’ve had for years.

I am so happy I chose this company to replace my AC unit! Everyone was incredibly communicative from the start and very professional and knowledgeable. They were very thorough and had a supervisor double checking the work that needed to be done and he stopped by during the installation as well. Axl was very helpful in providing and updating the estimate and was always easy to reach. The scheduling process was prompt and the scheduler was very friendly and familiar with the project, and the installers were very professional, informative, and thorough as well.

The Trane unit they provided stands out among all of my neighbors and looks very impressive on the roof. The company moved the location of the unit to improve the airflow in the home and we've noticed a tremendous difference! I strongly recommend this company and the Trane unit - it is a powerhouse! This company also had the lowest price with the most included among the companies that provided estimates. They are honest, ethical, and excellent at providing quick and efficient installation and customer service. I can't recommend them enough!

Axel and True North Air Conditioning are fantastic to work with. I'm very impressed with their integrity and customer service. Axel performed a service call on Christmas eve. Finish the job the day after Christmas under warranty for work related to a repair done last May. Changed a capacitor, that I would have been happy to pay for even though it was not the main problem. Very few if any companies would have performed these repairs completely under warranty. I will continue to use True North both form my home and business. Great company and technician!

True North Air is a great company for your HVAC needs. From the moment you call to make an appointment to the minute the technician leaves your house, they’re top-notch all the way around. Jacob was our technician and did an excellent job quickly fixing our issue. Also important is the accurate pricing. It’s refreshing to see an honest company doing things the right way when there are many companies out there trying to gouge their clients. I recommend True North for their great customer service, knowledgeable technicians and fair pricing.

I selected this company based on prior reviews, and I was not disappointed. I was actually very impressed that everything I read was true plus more. The kindness and transparency with any interactions I’ve had with this company go unmatched. Their honesty and commitment to customer service is top-notch. Trevor has been nothing short of amazing. Taking the time to explain what’s being done and why is appreciated. He’s not here just to make a buck but instead gaining that trust and customer loyalty.
