We had some intermittent issue without our air handler this weekend. We called Efficiency's answering service on Sunday at 815pm. The office called at 7am and a tech was at the house by 1pm. Mahroni determined the system was struggling with the MERV 11 filter and advised us to step down to MERV 8 especially in the super hot summer months. He meticulously inspected the system just to be sure. We are enrolled in the warranty program and all the technicians we’ve met are patient, thorough and professional. Inspections are documented with photos. We really appreciate the entire team at Efficiency Mechanical. Highly recommend!

Hugo was excellent! His workmanship and performance was the best I've seen. He was polite respectful and knowledgeable in trouble shooting the issue and carrying out the repair.

The service person Aston was fabulous. He was meticulous as he serviced the units. His attention to detail was singular. Friendly, clean cut, personable and knowledgeable are the words that describe him best. Even the cats liked him. I have been a customer of Efficiency for many years. Efficiency’s service is consistently outstanding.

I have to say, while EHC is an excellent service provider with a special note to Amanda and her scheduling prowess, (so quick on her feet)!
I am not happy with Carrier and plan to list them as POOR on BBB. Our unit was installed NEW less than four years ago. Carrier placed the Thermal Expansion Valve tubing TOO CLOSE to the compressor and vibration rubbed a hole in it. It is my understanding this is a relatively common problem. You'd think that Carrier would "get a hint" and stop with these types of builds resulting in repairs to the tune of $2,000!

Today, Eric came out to service our three A/C units, and he was fantastic. He not only fixed the issue we were having, but also took the time to thoroughly inspect all three units, ensuring everything was running efficiently. He clearly explained his findings and offered thoughtful recommendations for additional improvements, neatly scaled by importance, so we could make informed decisions moving forward. Eric was courteous, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. It’s this level of service that keeps us coming back year after year. Highly recommend Eric and the entire team!

We had a great experience with Efficiency Mechanical today. Brian came out to service and repair our HVAC system and did an exceptional job. He was knowledgeable, thorough, organized, and very easy to work with. He kept everything clean, explained what he was doing, and made sure the system was running perfectly before he left. All around a great experience. Highly recommend both Brian and Efficiency Mechanical.
