We have used Agape Air, LLC for many years now and due to their reasonable costs, honest and professional workmanship referred them to friends and family. They have replaced two air conditioning units at a previous home we owned and saved us over $10,000 from other companies.
When doing maintenance work on our systems, they do not automatically come back with repairs to be done like so many other companies we have worked with.

John was fantastic. Responded to my message promptly, gave me a heads up when he was 20 minutes out, and options to pass to my landlord regarding repair/replacement. I would definitely use their services again!

We started using Agape over 10 years ago when another vendor told us we needed a new furnace and AC. Agape was our 2nd opinion. We’re so glad we called them!!! It did NOT need to be replaced!!! They did an annual service every year since then until about a year and a half ago…on the OLD system! When they told us it was time, we totally trusted them! At that point, we replaced the heating and air conditioning and couldn’t be happier! Family owned and operated, they are always prompt, courteous and very professional. Will continue to send our friends and family their way.

Crew was on time and professional. Did a great job and kept me informed every step of the way. Only issue I had was could not get any lead time to purchase or obtain a SEER 16 AC unit. Was told none in stock and no idea how long to get if ordered. Never could get a straight answer. Settled for SEER 14.3 which was one step up from my existing 10 year old unit. Getting a new unit would have liked to have gotten most current technology. Was going to go elsewhere but when I did the calculations the energy cost savings didn’t appear to be a huge difference when considering cost difference of units. Overall Agape has always given great service and honest. I trust them so happy to have given them my business.

Spoke with Tommy after waking up to a hot house and a haze throughout the kitchen and living room. Nick came out within an hour and diagnosed them problem. He went the extra mile to bypass the relay so I could safely cool my house until I could get a new unit. Here is the thing- they did not pressure me to get a new unit and factored the cost of the repair into the new unit when I did decide to replace it. Not only that, but Nick was here for hours making sure the old unit would continue to work. This is a family business that has somehow managed to grow their business while being honest with their customers and extending an outstanding level of service. In these challenging times of high inflation and substandard service, it’s amazing to me that you can find a company that both cares and is trustworthy! I used Agape Air about 3 years ago, and have not had to do any repairs again until this year. At that time, I was so impressed with how professional and personable they were... They were very thorough, and educated me on how best to cool my house in the least expensive way and how to put the least amount of strain on my aging machine. My unit was installed in 2004 so was now out of warranty, so they were very fair with the pricing of the repairs.

I called them again a few days ago when my unit stopped working. and was equally impressed with their service as I was the 1st time . TheySince I was going to be replacing my unit, they did repairs to my existing unit to hold me over until my installation could be done, without charging me. I'm soooo impressed with this company, I recommend them to everyone I know!

Agape Air = Responsive, Communicative, Punctual, Professional, Competent, Affordable. One evening I noticed my rooftop AC unit making an odd crackling sound, so I gave Agape a call. It was my first time needing AC service, and I chose Agape based on a recommendation from a co-worker. I was not disappointed: John took my call even though it was after hours. He fit me in the very next morning, which was fortuitous, since the odd noise shortly escalated into the unit not functioning. John gave me updates regarding when he'd be getting to the house, and arrived when he said he would. It didn't take him long to find the source of the noise/problem ( a failed fan blower relay), and fix it. He also checked the pressures and current draws to assess the health of the (quite old but very well-made) unit. The bill was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to use Agape Air again, as well as recommend them to family, friends, and neighbors.

We had two A/C units installed last summer through Agape Air. One works very efficiently, yet the other unit wasn’t functioning properly- John came out right away to resolve the issue, free of charge. Both units are working well since John came to fix. We appreciate John’s attentiveness to the issue, good communication, and thorough explanation/knowledge of what was happening. Highly recommend Agape Air- fair pricing, honest & professional. Overall great experience.

Our old AC was barely limping along and Jon was able to get us moved up in the schedule. Luis and Andy came this morning and were very professional. They knocked out the job very quickly and got us cooled back down. It was a great experience for my family! They not only gave us the this great experience, the pricing beat everyone else as well.

Agape Air is Outstanding! They are the best of the best. Our A/C stopped working on Friday night and they saved the day and came out first thing Saturday morning. They are always honest and fair and we greatly appreciate it. We would never use anyone else!

If you ever find yourself on the hottest day with a broken air conditioner, stressed out, sweating, and wondering what you’re going to do.....leave it in the hands of Tommy and team at Agape Air Heating & Cooling. I found myself in this very position my neighbors recommended Agape and I can't thank them enough for doing so. Tommy took the time to walk me through all the different options and scenarios to help me find what would be the best AC unit for my needs and budget. There were no high-pressure sale tactics, just a friendly "we are here to help and get you the best solution for you!" Can't tell you how much that was appreciated. They even rearranged their schedule to get the unit installed fast as the situation was pretty critical. Having worked with OTHER companies I hadn't found that to be the case, as I was previously left with a broken AC for 5 days in 118 degrees after making a service request with a company, I had a monthly maintenance agreement with. The Agape installation team was awesome, Luis, Dom and Nick! They showed up early, were very friendly, got everything installed, tested and cleaned up within a few hours. They took the time to show us pictures of everything, and walk us through the new system and unit. Tommy followed up later to make sure everything was as expected and said if we needed absolutely anything to call or text him directly and they would be right out. The unit is working great, so much quieter and more energy efficient then our old unit! HUGE thanks to everyone at Agape!! John and Agape are the best! Returned my call quickly and was here a day later at a time of year when other companies are weeks out. John fully explained our issues and made recommendations that saved us time and money. I live in Fountain Hills and Agape was recommended by my neighbors. They have a great word of mouth reputation which as I experienced myself is well deserved. I would recommend John and Agape to anyone that values fast friendly efficient and reasonable service. We called about issues with our air Friday at noon, had a call back by 12:30 pm, and Nick out to investigate the issue two hours later. Nick was very professional and knowledgeable and told us the honest truth that he could try to diagnose the problem, which could lead to needing a new unit, or just get a new unit for us. We went with the latter option, and Agape had a quote to us and a new AC unit installed by the following Wednesday. The install crew put drop clothes down to protect our flooring while they worked, were quiet and professional while they did the install, and left the place with no trace of them being there (other than that our house is now cool!). We are very grateful and highly recommend Agape!

Had a wonderful experience working with an Agape Air LLC. From my very first contact with their representative Michael, who came to my home,… to the actual installation performed by their installers,… all went smoothly and professionally. This company provided the very best price of all of the six or seven bidders that came to my home and by far, they provided the very lowest price which really saved me a lot of money. Would highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a low-cost but good quality AC with great customer service. Oh,…it’s a Carrier made A/C.

Nick came by our house to diagnose the issue. Issue was that there was a leak and we were low on refrigerant. Nick was patient with us as he described the issue and what needed to be done to get it fixed. He did an outstanding job, was very considerate, and honest….. we went through 3 companies to get to this point and we’re glad we went with Agape Services. The installers were on time and very professional and respectful of my space and home. They made to sure leave the space cleaner than when they arrived! They also attached pictures of their work when complete which I love to see. Overall amazing experience. They also helped me pick which unit would be best for my home and I never felt like it was a sales deal they truly just wanted to help me find the best unit for my needs! I Highly recommend them for making the least fun thing very pleasant. I’d give 10 stars if I could!
