Luis and his install crew was great. Very professional. Our install was not an easy one. They persevered and got it done. They also spent quite a bit of time cleaning up and finishing things off.

So thankful for an amazing company that goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. When your AC stops in AZ it feels like an emergency and they were so quick to come to our aid and dealt with the issue quickly to get us back up and running.

Excellent company! I was in a REAL crisis having to make a quick decision on how to survive the upcoming high heat and my A/C unit failing at same time of my long awaited roof replacement. Considering ALL options, they treated me like family. They explained ALL details, all options, repeated themselves until I had clear understanding and made accomodations! Their installation crew are great! I am 60 and have a few horror stories regarding contractors. I am relieved with tears of joy that this in not one of them!

As a single young woman who owns her own home, Agape air conditioning has been a life-saver!! Tommy, John and the entire team have been nothing but courteous, respectful, and committed to providing me with the best customer service. After a couple of weeks of my air-conditioning displaying behavior that they can’t quite pinpoint, Tommy has not charged me for two home service calls and has offered to see if my unit has an extended warranty. This type of service is unheard of these days, if you need a great team and company for your air-conditioning needs you must give them a call!

Jon of Agape Air was able to get service scheduled for me & my neighbor & was here within our appointment times. Serviced our units & has us both ready for the summer heat. Very competent & friendly service technicians. Reasonable prices.

Our AC blower went out the day before the 4th of July. It took less than three hours for them

Great service and Price. Was extremely satisfied with the fix on my leaking A/C system. I used Agape Air to replace one of my units and the price was outstanding. 30% less than any other guys!!! They even gave me a great reference for drywall repair from the leaking unit.

We quickly have become fans of Agape Air. It seems that lately we have been having issues with either the cold air or the heat, and each time, the technicians at Agape air have accommodated our schedule, coming out and working until the problem was fixed. We have found them to be fair and honest, while providing really good customer service. Nice guys.

A friend recommended Agape and I have had annual service calls with Jon for the past three years. He is professional, courteous and generally a nice young man. Today I dealt with Tommy and what a helpful guy he was telling me he would have someone here within the hour as I had returned home to A/C not working. He then called me back to ask if my thermostat used batteries.........after several calls he helped me with determining it did and if changed would save me a service call. Jon came anyway and popped batteries in and checked all was well. Would not accept payment as "he was nearby". Seldom do you find the kind of service you receive with this company. I am very fortunate, especially as a senior, to have this firm as my A/C specialist and would highly recommend them to anyone for their work, honesty and caring.

My system went out around noon on a Monday when highs were in the upper 100s. Agape was able to get a tech to my house within a couple of hours to diagnose the issue - Unfortunately it was a part that was heavily back ordered and would be a long wait to get a replacement.

Worked with Nick, and decided a replacement unit was best option as we have animals and couldn't wait for parts. Nick was able to use his connection with suppliers to get a new unit and the sheet metal fabricators to have stand / rooftop elbow built and ready for a Wednesday 8am install.

The crew did a great job installing the system, they even stuck around while I had to call and get a reset code for the 'smart' thermostat from the manufacture.

Luis and his team are not just hard workers but they are also wonderful people. From the time they knocked on my door this morning until they left after replacing HVAC system, the experience was pleasant and their work fantastic! I would hire them again in a hot minute! 👍👍👍👍👍

I have been using this company for more than 25 years. I had an Ac unit that was starting to give me trouble at the beginning of the year. John came out then and did a short term fix and told me unit will probable go out soon. Sure enough 8 months later unit went out. He gave me an estimate for a new over/under unit and worked with me and my schedule. The crew showed up on time and were done within a couple of hours. The estimate was exactly what John had told me it would be. This company is well established, honest, reliable, and professional as they come. This is why I will continue to use and recommend them!

John took the time to walk me through the breakers to reset my condenser. AC is back up and running without having to wait for a technician. Great service! I will be using Agape for all my HVAC needs in the future.
