Their Techs are top notch with the latest equipment such as wireless pressure and coolant temperature checkers that send data to a handheld device for precise analysis and maintenance.
I usually ask for Jason to be assigned if he is available. All their techs and workmanship have been solid. They installed all the units and ducts etc when we build the house, so I call them for maintenance too.

Hottest day of the AZ summer and had same day service. Received a text notification the Tech was on his way with a photo. Very professional, did not try to use fear tactics to up sell. Knowledgeable and professional. Will have them back in six months to check and service our A/C unit.

Christine was able to repair an old a/c unit that I thought I might have to replace. She fixed it and had it back up and running in no time at all. We’ve been customers of Efficiency Mechanical for 20+ years. I highly recommend them for maintenance, service, and when you do need a new a/c unit, to supply and install the unit.

We had a zone damper go out in our home. Mahonri came out to inspect the system and was able to diagnose our malfunction in a timely manner. He was knowledgeable in the system and informative with both the technician side of things and the estimated cost of repairs. We had Mahonri come out one more time to install the new part and had our HVAC system up and running within the hour.
