It was awesome visit to the supply house.. didnt grab his name but a tall guy with red hair helped me out and was very helpful. Was a cool dude and went out of his way to make sure he took care of me since i had an issue with getting the wrong unit at another branch. He fixed the problem and was quick about it. !

True North has provided my home excellent service since they first replaced my AC unit at a great price and when I had some issues with my thermostat and they come out immediately the next day to look at it. Highly recommend!

Jacob is a Great young technician. Seems very knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to repair everything he came up against on both visits.

I contacted True North through Yelp and heard back within minutes. I was scheduled soon after. Axel arrived at our house a couple of hours later, diagnosed and fixed our problem quickly and gave us some good advice for the future. He was courteous and personable and I know he'd had to come all the way across town for the appointment in 113 degree heat, so that part is remarkable. I'm deleting the other numbers in my phone for services we've used and not been happy with in the past. True North A/C is our new "go to."

I had a great experience working with this HVAC company. After some careful vetting, I reached out and was very pleased with how responsive and helpful they were. The technician, Axel, was incredibly polite, respectful, and knowledgeable. He took the time to clearly explain the issue and kept me updated throughout the process with detailed information. Their professionalism and customer service truly stood out. I’m genuinely impressed and would be happy to work with them again in the future!

Micah showed up quicker than expected on the same day called and fixed A/C drain leak quickly, testing everything. Price was reasonable. Will use them again if needed!

I am not one to often review. But when a company totally wows me, it is a necessity! I have been wowed by True North not once, but twice - both times were semi emergencies with the coils in our HVAC units going badly. The first time this happened they were the only company to answer the phone right away and schedule me immediately.From that first encounter with them, I signed up for their annual service contract for my HVAC units. Fast-forward one year and my second HVAC unit had the same issue -coils failed. Note: True North did not originally install these HVAC units and they both were around 10 years old. I knew who to call! True North sent their technician, and once again they were timely, very communicative, the price was right, technicians knowledgeable. I spoke at length with the manager of True North, and he is such a stand-up amazing guy! I can’t say enough good things from the sweet girl who answers the phone to the technicians that solved the problem again in a timely manner. I know how difficult it can be to find service companies that check all the boxes, but in my experience, this is exactly what True North does. My husband and I will be loyal customers.

True North has been servicing my ac/heating unit for several years. I am very happy with their service! Technicians are knowledgeable and take care of service efficiently. I like their maintenance plan as they send reminders in advance of when service is due and offer discounts if any extra service is needed on the unit. I have not had any issues with my unit since they installed it four years ago. A great company!

Trevor is definitely one of a kind! He took the time to explain all the parts of the ac unit, what needed attention, drew a diagram and was patient with my lack of understanding. He called when he was approximately 30 minutes out and then called again when he arrived. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!

The repair of my mini split system took over a week, so you might think this will be a negative review, but it's not. The delay was due to how long it took for the parts to arrive. On the plus side, the office kept me informed daily of the job status and the technician, Axel, was simply the best. Thank you for making a difficult process as easy as possible and thank you Axel for being so good at your job.

We are extremely pleased with the professionalism and quick response of Axel with True North AC. In this day and age for them to proactively call to set up an earlier service time with affordable prices and high levels of insight into modern equipment (as well as old!) is incredibly unusual and greatly appreciated! AXel helped guide us in our search for a new thermostat as well as he was polite, efficient, and very enjoyable to be around. Highly recommend, we will use for all our AC service needs!

Another amazing experience...just had Jacob come down and, once again, professionalism beyond compare, knowledgeable, spent time answering our questions, truly cared about our experience and our comfort with the AC. I got estimates from 2 other big name companies for having a mini split system installed in my garage. They were well above what they advertised so I called True North based on their reviews. Mike gave me a great price but I was still somewhat concerned if this was a case of you get what you pay for. The 5 stars are absolutely appropriate for these guys. Mike, along with 2 other guys, showed up on time and did an extremely clean install. I couldn’t be more pleased with their work and might even switch over maintenance on my other 3 units to these guys.
