This company is horrible. Stay far away. They are supposed to be coming to our community weekly and have only shown up 1 time in 2 months. They mowed the grass and left. Didn't pick any weeds in the common areas, mailbox area covered in weeds, trashes still over flowing with garbage.

My family live in a townhome community, and Caretaker Landscape (West Valley Location) did an amazing job with trimming all our park's trees. They now look nicely manicured and they don't look "wild" anymore. You can tell that they take safety seriously. They all were wearing their helmets with eye gear and they made sure that all the debris was cleared away before they left. They did an amazing job!

This company is hired by Gilbert to service the trail system from Warner Rd. to the canal. Their workers never do the entire job leaving all kinds of people trash and tree trash to blow onto my property. I've fought with them for a year but they refuse to do the job they were hired for. Months ago their tree trimmers did the trees along the E side and butchered them. They are a horrible company with lazy, any excuse to not do work employees.

Learn how to drive. Yesterday, one of their workers destroyed an internet box and ran through the back of an apartment building

Caretaker seems to have increased their effort at the park. We still have a lot of weeds everywhere, but at least its green.

Not sure if a HOA park being taken care of by Caretaker is supposed to look like this. The grass isn't doing well but the weeds seem to be thriving.

I had a terrible experience with a Caretaker Landscape employee driving a truck with license plate CARE129. This driver tailgated me all the way down the hill at the dump, sped over the limit, and then dangerously passed me in the oncoming lane while exiting the dump. It seemed like he had no regard for safety or traffic laws. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company. Caretaker Landscape needs to do a better job vetting their employees.

This company has been great to work with, and I really appreciate their leadership. Judy and Aileen are fantastic.

A was mad 8/7/2025 I was I in the parking lot at the building at work this company whet dirty mud at mí truck and they don't die anything a was so mád and a jost was my truck before that happen a don't recommend this company I bad jobs.

Our community fields are never maintained properly, the walk ways always have trash and are never kept up. Today, this morning, the caretakers were out and finally trimming the trees and bushes. My husband and I live where there is no home on our right side, but instead one of those unmaintained walkways where there are trees and bushes. I have 2 young children who play in our backyard. They wanted to go into our backyard today, but I always check the back before they go out for critters, bugs, etc. When I went to check this morning, there was trash and trimmings ALL OVER my yard. I am absolutely furious. I tried to track them down to have them come back and blow my yard, but of course, I was unable to find them.

This is completely unacceptable. I have attached pictures. This should never happen again.

Very rude company drivers.

Report this company to the Town of Gilbert, as they are contracted with them. I’ve heard of dozens of people complaining yet nothing has been done. They are a public safety hazard.

Completely destroying the Verrado community landscaping.

The neighborhood right next to me uses this company to landscape our shared street. Two of their employees catcalled me today while I was just trying to walk my dog. Very unprofessional.
