I think they do a terrible job for our HOA. Clearly focused on questionable techniques intended to maximize their profits, but are not in the best interest of a healthy and attractive landscape. I suggest that you look elsewhere.

They come to your neighborhood at 6am in the morning when you are trying to sleep with high power gas machines and cause constant loud noise for hours. What an awful company!

Trimmed The Back Of Our Ash Trees WITHOUT PERMISSION That Do Not Sit On The Property They Were Landscaping, These 2 Trees Are On Our Property Line. This Is A Non Used Narrow Green Belt Area To Buffer Commercial Around Our Subdivision. When This Green Belt Area Was Designed Originally Back 5-6 Years Ago, The Residential Subdivision Was Considered Around The Layout Of This. Never Had An Issue In 5-6 Years Until Now. Filing A Complaint With Board Of Register Of Contractors & Small Claims Court.

Our HOA board has decided to hire this company back in 2018 or so, and our landscaping never looked worse!
Weeds right in front, dying shrubs, flowers they plant are terrible, our lawn is have been dead for almost 2 years, drooping palms for months
never hire them, EVER...look else where...they blame the previous company, but don`t you need to seed lawn for winter and summer, twice a year?? They don`t and its nothing to do with previous landscaping company.

Update: Mar.2020. While every community has NOW lime green lawn, our STILL "dormant"...they ran our community into the ground while proposing $700 per tree trimming(their so called discount) 4,000 times/trees WE DO NOT NEED. Its aweful!!and a robbery... 4000 trees multiply $700 a tree, Isn`t it 2.8 MILLION DOLLARS??
What?? Now they pulled last lantana they didn`t make sure got water directly by the entarence, since it for sure dead and no no chance of surviving.
Please, do not even hire them, unless you want horrible looking community with millions drained our of home owners budget!!!

My guys name is Francisco R. Terrible terrible person. Very rude and poor customer relations. Talk to you like he is mad at you for something you did. It was a terrible idea using this company. Francisco did a terrible job and very messy. I will need to hire somebody else to redo the job and clean up his mess. I understand a little Spanish and I overheard them saying some not very nice things about me and my family and also the way they spoke to each other is not work appropriate. Will not use again.

I love having Aileen and Zachery come to our office, they are both people who know what they are doing when it comes to landscaping.

Hired by our HOA months ago and our community looks worse than it ever has. Bushes overgrown, trees overgrown and the grounds are just terrible. They are good at creating excuses but that's all they're good at. I truly hope our HOA fires them and finds a better company.

Our community landscaping is a mess under their "caretaking." Weeds galore despite repeated calls from property management to them. Part of their contract is to pickup litter. I've seen the same bags, bottles, etc. in the same locations week after week. The workers contribute to the problem with their food litter. It's obvious that supervision is poor and communication lacking. It's not like their rates are reasonable, either, considering the quality of work they perform. One worker in particular is on his cell phone every time I see him leaning on a truck or by a building. Take his picture and send to management to forward to Caretaker? I doubt it will matter. How frustrating it must be for the HOA to have to deal with yet another substandard landscape company.

I am sick to death of watching these guys driving around my neighborhood where kids are playing swerving all over the road with their phones in their faces. They’re gonna hurt someone or themselves. License plate CL26972 was the one I saw today. And from now on I’ll be submitting one of these reviews with the license plate every time I see it. We have kids in this neighborhood. Have respect for their safety! Disgusting.

Our neighborhood in Gilbert is a complete disaster. Even though the grass is dormant we have so many leafs all over the place that they are neglecting to blow onto the grass and mow up. Because of this we have leafs all over everyone’s front yards, on the street and the list goes on. I called the owner of the company and ask him nicely if he could meet with me today or Saturday and he said no not until After January 4 of 2021. Apparently he thinks that just because he’s on vacation the quality of service is on vacation to. This company has no business being in business and is a complete waste of money and time. Apparently the owner is more concerned about his vacation time then the reputation and quality of his company

Our HOA hired these guys, and I am sure they do great work. However, they showed up an hour earlier than when they started at 6am and backed up their loud truck directly into our driveway waking us all up. Then they proceeded to sit in their truck for an hour leaving the truck on idle the whole time having us to hear the sound of their truck exhaust for an hour while we tried to fall back asleep. If you’re going to be working in a residential neighborhood early in the morning, please have the courtesy of parking on the street rather than in our driveway and turn the truck off if you’re not using it so we don’t have to hear your exhaust when we are trying to sleep.
