We chose Turf Time AZ to do our backyard and I want to explain why I think it’s so important that you choose them too. We had an amazing experience with them from the get go, and it’s really why I chose them over other companies, but my experience altogether validates my decision the most.

About a month after they did our yard, we had a problem with our rock. As soon as I got ahold of Tanner, he put everything aside, made phone calls and had a solution for me WITHIN THE HOUR. This was on a Sunday.. a day he should have been spending with his family but he made us a priority even if it was outside of business hours. After he had a solution for me, I was immediately put on their schedule even with them being so incredibly busy. I expressed how I didn’t need it fixed immediately and yet he still made sure it was done ASAP because it was important to him.

I think how a company treats you AFTER you’ve paid them speaks volumes. I cannot emphasize enough how much this company has taken care of us, and how we were never a price tag to them. They truly enjoy what they do. What makes them different from other companies is that after your yard is done and pretty, if you have a problem down the road they are there for you. That is more important than anything else.
We will be doing our front yard down the road and will be using them again.

I called for a quote, and got immediate help! Very fast, thorough, and quoted me different options as well! Scheduled for install, and was informed on everything! Now that it’s done (I went from all rocks to all turf), I am still in shock with how amazing it turned out!! My dogs and I are beyond happy!!! We highly recommend!!!!!

We moved into our new home last week and our yard is already completed. Their turn around time is exceptional and the crew went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure we were happy with everything.

We actually had sod installed rather than turf (although their specialty is turf) and they did everything…irrigation, drip lines, planting!

They are reasonably priced. But I can say (as someone who has landscaped their entire yard on their own…) it’s PRICELESS to wake up one morning and you have a beautiful yard to enjoy. Thank you Turf Time!

These guys are the real deal!! From the first moment of Ryan coming by our home to assess the design idea and draw up the plans, we knew we were in good hands with Ryan and Turf Time AZ. They started working on our yard soon after. Cody, the foreman and the crew were great, very nice, courteous, respectful and very hard-working! They got the project done fast and efficiently and we are spending just as much of our free time outside as we are inside. Turf time really went above and beyond on our yard! They came out a year later to fix a couple things when we realized we needed a drain and more sand in between the pavers. Everything looks amazing and the job only took them 3 days! Everyone was very professional and great to work with. They really went the extra mile to take care of us.

Months after some rare Arizona rain, I noticed a small dip in one area. I almost didn’t call since I knew we were well past the labor warranty — but I’m so glad I did. They responded quickly, came out to inspect, explained it was just a bit of settling, and then fixed it at no cost.

Even though the warranty had expired, they stood behind their work without hesitation. That kind of customer service is hard to come by these days.
