Robert took his time to come to our house and listen and address all of our concerns. Porter came out to fix the issues, installed an alarm system on our sump pump and a water flow cut-off system for our whole house water, quickly and efficiently and answered all of our questions. Would definitely recommend them and use use them again.

We had a water leak late on a Friday night, and Juniors Plumbing went above and beyond to help us. They advised us on what to do right away and had a technician out first thing Saturday morning. Elijah, our technician, was extremely respectful, listened to our concerns, explained everything clearly, and completed the repair in a timely manner.

I also asked him to check our water pressure, which led to the discovery that we needed a new water pressure regulator. Juniors Plumbing came back out on Monday to replace it, and while Elijah was here, he took the extra step of reviewing the Saturday work and taking pictures. On Tuesday, he returned again just to make sure everything was holding up correctly and adjusted an area that had shifted—which he explained is common after the initial repair. That kind of follow-through really impressed me.

Their pricing was very fair, their responsiveness was excellent, and the quality of work gave us peace of mind. I’m so grateful for Elijah’s professionalism and dedication. Several of our neighbors have had the same issue, and based on what I’ve heard, I don’t think they’ve had the same level of care. I would absolutely recommend Juniors Plumbing LLC to anyone in need of plumbing services.

We had a minor leak outside the home. Elijah came out, did a bit of digging and diagnosed the problem. It was quickly repaired and no longer a problem. Elijah kept me in the loop every step of the way and did a great job!

Porter was back again in June 2025 and put in an on demand hot water heater. It is amazing! We no longer run out of hot water.

I called on Friday evening and had a quick response ! They called me back and set up a time for service Saturday! Elijah was my service technician and he arrived earlier then my scheduled time and he notified me of coming earlier then expected . Upon arrival he looked at my problem and it was decided to replace the water heater . He went to get necessary parts for the install and replace an outside faucet and by 3:15 he completed ! Very nice young man !!

Juniors Plumbing saved the day! Had a sewer pump failure leaving a horrible smell in the house. Junior’s sent Porter who was knowledgeable, very polite and worked efficiently. He spent the time to educate us on the failure and the fix. Any work done in our home these days always feels overpriced, but not with Junior’s. The pricing beat all big named plumbing outfits in the area and the quality of work was excellent. We will never have another pluming company in our home other than Juniors.

Got a callback within 20 minutes and an appointment scheduled for just a couple hours later. Then got a call that the plumber was ahead of schedule and could come 45 minutes early. Porter was great. Polite, communicated well, answered all of my questions and got the work done quickly. I'm very pleased.
