I had a water heater break at my commercial medical office when I was away, but my staff told me, and Bullfrog came out that same day. They then replaced the unit the next day after investigating and making sure replacing was what was needed. They were on time, and the issue got resolved quickly. I loved the texts letting you know they were on the way, with a photo included too so you knew the face of who to expect- that added level of safety really makes a difference. Thanks to this team for making sure we had hot water!

Having known the owner, Jason, before, I knew that he was a person of high character. So, when I had an old home water heater that was needing to be replaced, I contacted bluefrog, trusting that I would be treated fairly.
Jason and his team spent time with me on the phone and in person to help me evaluate our situation and what replacement options would best serve our needs. We decided on a tankless water heater, and the quote they provided was very reasonable.
Carl and Lee performed the installation, and they were great to interact with, providing explanations about the installation process, and information regarding the unit. When they encountered some challenges resulting from some issues related to the space where the installation was being done, they creatively addressed the problem and took the extra time needed to get the installation done right.
When I have followed up with questions after the installation, I have been given very prompt and helpful responses. Their attention to customer service starts at the top, and is reflected in everyone who works for them.

Polite, on time, and reasonably knowledgeable. They responded to our apparent online bulk inquiry about a water softener system we made online for our home. Bluefrog was the only of about 10 respondents we invited out for a review of our unique rural well water system and a proposed installation and price. All, including Bluefrog, seemed to be hung up on installing a system in our attached garage. I told them in advance many times that there was no garage!

Since we have lived with our current situation for over 50 years a softener was not critical. The proposed cost and brine disposal conditions made their estimate beyond our budget. I felt my concerns and suggestions did not fit with their somewhat standardized approaches.
As a result of their visit we decided not to install a water softener system.

Since Bluefrog was the only company we dealt with on this matter I have no other to compare. They weren't perfect, but I'd still recommend them for common plumbing problems. Thus 4 stars instead of 5. I note that all of their previous reviews are 5 stars and based on my interaction with them I can agree with those reviews; they just didn't fit my situation.

carl was great. he arrived on time, fixed our leaky hose bib in less than an hour, and made sure to clean up afterwards. gave some good maintenance tips too.

We contracted Bullfrog plumbing to install a pressure release tank and a hot water tank recirculation pump in the new property we purchased in Gilbert, Arizona. The company came highly recommended by our realtors,The Lehman Team, whose we’ve given a 5 star rating, and we can’t be more positive with our experience with Bullftog since. Carl was very professional and knowledgeable, helping us to understand the new capabilities and functionality the services he installed will provide, as well as providing some cautionary words on the hot water settings we asked him to change. Bullfrog plumbing is a highly recommended service provider who we will use again in the future.

Quoted a price twice as much as a competitor company quoted for a water softener and filter (I assume they did not lower their quote to account for the fact I already had all of the plumbing fixtures for the water softener in place). The product also would have taken a while to ship. Their competitor as stated above offered a price half as much, and had the unit installed and operating two days after my approval of their quote.

Jason the owner was professional, courteous, and thorough, ensuring everything was working okay in my rental property. I manage rentals by myself, and It’s rare to find service providers who stand by their work like this. It is usually very hard to communicate with the technician without being there in person. I highly recommend bluefrog plumbing for their reliability, expertise, and dedication to customer satisfaction. I’ll definitely use their services again in the future for my rentals.

Very good price quoted for a RO system filter change. Two technicians showed up, two trucks sent. As much time was spent trying to sell me a new system, instead of just changing the filters. They said my tank was no good, I put a little air from the compressor and magic, it was fixed. Bluefrog wanted to either sell me a new system for $900, or a new tank for $350.
I'm bummed, I thought I found a reasonably priced plumber, but all I found was another sales organization trying to sell me stuff I didn't need.
