Our house has older piping so we've needed a few fix-ups in the past couple years. They always arrive on-time and provide quick and quality service! They're always friendly and polite as well and explain the work they do very clearly and understandably, giving tips on upkeep. Really satisfied with my experience!

This company came out as a service call from our home warranty company since our main line was clogged & backing up into the bathtub. When the serviceman got to our house, he said immediately that he knew he wouldn't be able to help us since our drain cleanouts were on our roof and their company doesn't go on roofs. He visually looked at where the clog was (in the bathtub) and said that he wouldn't bill us since he can't do anything for us. He was there and left in less than 5 minutes. All of that I was fine with but what I wasn't fine with is that they ended up sending our warranty company a bill anyway, which we DID end up having to pay out of pocket for. Don't tell somebody that you won't bill the service if you really are going to send a bill anyway... that's shady & dishonest!

We used this company through our home warranty company to fix our leaking toolet. They called me same day and we made an appointment for first thing the next day. Kerry came on time and he was very friendly and quick to fix the problem! He was even patient enough to explain everything to me.

Our home warranty company sent service requests 2 times over a 4 week period for a water softner repair. They never called to schedule appointment. We called Coyote and they state they never got a dispatch. My company does work for the same home warranty Old Republic in a different trade. Dispatches are sent via email, electronic correspondence to service software and for the old school fax. Dont call this company!

Old republic, my home warranty company issued a work order to Coyote for my toilet on a Sunday.
I called Coyote first thing Monday morning to set up a appointment. I told the secretary that My toilet was leaking water all over my floor ..smelly water !! I needed service asap ! She said the tech would be contacting within a few hours to set the appointment up ..according to his schedule. NEVER HEARD FROM HIM ! called back on Tuesday NEVER HEARD FROM HIM! this went on till Thursday when I finally called old republic back & had them issue a different plumming co. To service me .
I must have tried calling Coyote 10 times & left 10 messages and never received any response.
Dont waste your time ..they are obviously under staffed or too busy .

This company was assigned by my Home Warranty Company. They had us scheduled and were out within 24 hours. The gentleman who works for them was on time and professional. Found the issue and got it squared away quickly. I would have 0 issues recommending or using them again.

A little bit of a challenge getting the work scheduled, but the plumber that came out, Corey, was very nice and worked very efficiently. He did quality work and the price for the work was much less than other companies that I quoted. I selected Coyote plumbing based on good Angies List reviews and was not disappointed. Again, you just have to be patient with the scheduling since I think they are growing by word of mouth on their quality service and might be having a hard time keeping up.

My home warranty company assigned Coyote Plumbing to my non-urgent matter. They didn't call for a few days, so I called and gave my information and was told it would be passed on to a scheduler. About 1.5 weeks later, still nothing so I called again. Same thing: "I'll pass your info on to a scheduler and they'll give you a call."

It's been 3 weeks and I've heard nothing, so I called my home warranty and asked to be switched to another plumber. I'm glad my plumbing issues are not extremely urgent.

We were referred to Coyote from our home warranty company for a bad water heater. They showed up early the next day. Kerry was professional, personable and knowledgeable. He resolved our issue quickly and handed it off to the home warranty to get the unit replaced.

Should have done my homework!!! They charged $300 to unclogg my kitchen sink...literally took him 5 minutes. As a matter of fact, he did it all with one hand. He had the phone on his other... if your rich and you want to waste your money, call them. If your want it done reasonably steer far away from them!

Im just going to say this....Aaron drove 45 min and fixed a leak that was flooding the neighborhood..lol. best dang plumbing service I've ever recieved, hands down...period.
Talk to Aaron if you feel like you had a bad experience cause he us all about good work and satisfied customers.

We have used Coyote plumbing fir a number of years. Aaron responded quickly and helped us out. We appreciate the response time and the fair pricing!

Aaron came out to assess the issues we had with our shower in the master bath. He determined that the cartridge was failing due to sediment and hard water deposit build up. This was causing the pipes to vibrate and shudder going from cold to hot and back. Aaron fought with the cartridge and won! He thoroughly cleaned the pipe receptacle, installed a new cartridge and tub spout with diverter. I had tried this repair in the past based on YouTube courage and messed it up bad enough to call Coyote Plumbing back then and now. Leave it to the pros! Aaron was professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.

We haven’t had hot water for the past two days and only 3 hours after talking to Aaron from Coyote Plumbing we have a brand new system and HOT water again!
He was prompt, thorough and even explained everything to me!
