My wife's family is plumbers but they have all moved out of town to get out of the heat. They recommended Coyote Plumbing as a company that's trustworthy and does good work. We have used them twice now and are very happy with their service and professionalism.

Coyote Plumbing is the best! I had an emergency plumbing issue on Memorial Day weekend and called them. The owner of the company came to my house within the hour. Mr. Massey was relentless in finding the leak and fixed my plumbing problem completely. He was also kind, courteous and extremely clean. Good plumbers are not hard to find. Great plumbers are. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs.

Aaron of Coyote Plumbing & Rooter exceeded my expectations!! Was available on short notice for plumbing issue, disclosed upfront cost, when purchased additional parts showed price - FULL DISCLOSURE, a rarity. Open communication included response time schedule as well as explaining the different stages of project. Needed a return trip few days later and again, great response time! Aaron takes pride in his work and a satisfied customer is his Number 1 priority!! No hesitation in recommending the Company/Aaron to those in need.

We had a leak from our hot water heater, so I called Coyote plumbing as we have used them in the past. I talked with Aaron and discussed the problem. As we thought it wasn't too severe we scheduled for Monday. As the morning went by we kept seeing more water, so I called Aaron again asked if there was anyway we could get service today. He said no problem, didn't try to come up with a reason not to, just jumped on it said he would get everything and get over. He showed up right when he said he would, went right to work and got us fixed up with a new heater. He did an outstanding job, never rushed made sure everything was just right, he cleaned up and even put our dryer back in place and hooked up the vent hose! Did not expect that but was greatly appreciated! Coyote plumbing is our go to plumber and always will be. Thanxaamillion.

Coyote Plumbing installed a water softener years ago - they did a great job! . We had a different issue today and when I called I was scheduled an appointment right away. Aaron came out promptly and did the work to fix a leak. He was professional and very helpful. If we ever have another plumbing need, we’ll definitely call Coyote Plumbing again.

Called for an inquiry and the unprofessionalism has me preferring a hole in the ground. With quality service like that, their time will run out. Don’t bother calling. This company is clearly not quality and can’t even handle simple professional inquiries for possible work, wouldn’t trust them to do anything more serious as one single simple question was handled in a very unstable way.

The guy Bill sent out started in like a boss and was finished in 2 days. He just had one question about which direction to face the pump, and when finished everything layed out perfectly.

Office "manager's Missi is awful. This company is under new management since we actually installed our pool. Original company responded quickly and were helpful. This company no longer does this. Missi told me our info was "purged" then was all entered incorrectly. She accused me of not paying a bill (that I understood was under warranty) but I never received it. I let them know there pool issues ongoing. They were always manufacturing issues or of course I could fix the filter myself! Until finally the water leveler was not under warranty (couldn't put that on the manufacturer.) Missi was rude and inept at her job. She would go 2 weeks and not respond to me until I would get ahold of her again. I lost my patience and my emotions. She is the face of the company. So sad. The owner agreed with her. So sad. It was a good business. Good luck to them.

Would go w a diff outfit if you’re having you’re pool done by this guy !! Take shirt cuts to save himself money and make ur pool a inconvenience for homehomer and two doesn’t finish the job he paid for!!! Second week keep sayifn he back there tom to fix his job but 2 weeks later still no plumber ?? Still waiting Duncan !!!

Both Bill and his team were very professional, conscientious and responsive—especially during a time when all pool trades are extremely overwhelmed due to Covid inspired pool building. I would not hesitate to use these folks for your plumbing needs.

This company did my pool plumbing through build your own pool. Valves installed incorrectly. I had to repair it myself while on the phone with company owner. Additional calls and texts for service after the sale were ignored. Poor service. I would not recommend him.

We are doing a pool with “Build Your Own pool”. Bill and his crew did a great job on our new pool. Despite being very busy, he went out of the way to get our job in the time frame we needed. We had hiccups (with other trades) along the way and he was very accommodating during the whole process. We needed something fixed before shotcrete and he had a guy out the day after we contacted him to fix it. All the other trades we had out said he was the best in the valley!

Had Duncan do the plumbing for my “build your own” pool. At first all was good but we couldnt get past inspection due to plumbing not being able to hold pressure. After we procured the improved Pentair unions with the heat pumps, Duncan refused to return and stopped communicating. They never finished the job they were contracted for and then charged $1k over the provided estimate. Would NOT recommend!!

Great company and awesome employees. I recently had Duncan plumb the pool at my home, and their employee did a great job. He was very thorugh and personable. I could tell he really cared about the quality of his work. I worked with Drew for scheduling, questions and payment. He was a class act, and provided great service, even late at night. Thanks again for a job well done!

A year ago, our pool company subcontracted with Duncan Plumbing to do the plumbing in our new pool. This summer, we encontered an issue with the pool salt cell and we reached out to our pool builder but they were going out of business and were not very helpful. We reached out to Drew from Duncan. I was impressed with his immediate response to a text message. Drew immediately had an action plan to address the plumbing issue. I would 100% use them again. Superb customer service!! The plumbers who came to our house were very on time and very professional Thank you Drew for your prompt response and for taking care of things is such an efficient manner. You have a great team! 🤗
