I cannot say enough good things about this compilation and Aaron Massey. I had a challenging experience with a contractor hired through my home warranty service to replace a hot water heater after enduring four days without hot water. The hired contractor was unreachable by phone, or otherwise, and I could not get a status timeline, other than “parts have been ordered”, per my home warranty provider. This did not sit well with me as I was expecting company from out of town in a couple of days. Long story short, I cancelled my service request with the home warranty service, and ChatGPT’d reputable local plumbers in my area. Coyote Plumbing happened to be one of them. I called Coyote, and spoke to Aaron, who at the time was involved in another job. He answered his phone and I explained my situation to him. Aaron was very honest, informative, and kind, and agreed to leave the job he was on and come to the house and install a new hot water heater that afternoon! Upon Aaron’s arrival, he explained everything in detail to me, including going over the failure of the old tank which was still in my garage. Additionally, he went over any optional equipment on the new install, his opinions on all of them, and left it totally up to me if I wanted them. He didn’t push or upsell in the least. I must say, that his approach to doing business harkens back to a bygone era. It was refreshing to say the least. Aaron completed the beautiful install in a few hours time. In addition, his pricing was fair and honest. In the future, I will certainly use Coyote for any plumbing needs that may arise. If I could give this company 10 stars I would! Aaron is amazing and very down to earth and takes great pride in doing a fine job. Coyote Plumbing and Rooter is highly recommended, and should be a consideration for anyone’s plumbing needs! A+++!

I've used them on 2 occasions and they showed up when expected and did quality work. Best part is you don't pay a service fee for the visit, only the time/parts they need for the job.

Everything went fine and I now have a new hot water heater. Very satisfied with the job. Actually paid a little less than I expected to so I felt they were very honest in that respect.

Kerry Spring was on time, early actually. The entire project took place in tight quarters. He pointed out what needed to be done, executed the repairs in a timely manner, and behaved professionally for the entire project. Highly recommended.

They gave a large window of time for service, then called to come several hours early. When that didn't work out they bailed. I've never heard of such an lack of professionalism! If you want business you come to the customer at a set time, not when you feel like showing up and/or want to get out early. Terrible customer service and not worth your time!

Never heard from the company, they were chosen by our home warranty company. Called three times today, only reached their answering service who could only send them a message. We have an urgent plumbing sewage back up in the home we just purchased. Called a different plumbing company and they came out within 30 mins.

DO NOT use this company! They don't stand behind their work. They had to come out a second time just a couple months later to fix something that they didn't fix right the first time they came, and they still charged me another $1,200. I filed a complaint with the BBB and they did not respond to that complaint. Stay away from Coyote Plumbing.

I TOO have canceled my work order appointment with these people after I was treated terrrrrribly on the phone. They are not professional and have a very rude receptionist. I guess what do you expect when you are
"just a receptionist!" After she was rude about helping me out on an ETA or what procedures they put into place once a workorder is in place....She refused to answer me in a professional way and then.....hung up on me. Anyone who conducts business like this....IS definitely on a huge HUGE business PREVENTION program. If I were you I would go with a different reliable and more professional company for your home.

I discovered Coyote Plumbing on Angie's List a few years ago. Since then we have had Corey out to our home on multiple occasions. Coyote's replaced hose bibs, backflow preventers, kitchen disposals, faucets, sinks, drains, shower heads, rough-ins, trim, and even a natural gas outelt for our outdoor kitchen. Corey is an experienced plumber, with residential remodeling and new build experience (a huge advantage). Corey's estimates are honest and when he encounters a challenge (it happens) he has always patiently answered every question and we've found his solutions are thoughtful and well-executed. Very professional.

Corey has always completed every job in our home as if it were his own home. For example, we needed some drywall repairs, he recommended the awesome drywall guy who had just completed some work at his mom's house!

When scheduling and appointment, I've always let the owner know we are flexible. On occasion she's called to ask if she could reschedule us and it's never been an issue.

Just great service at a fair price.
