Joe is a very nice man, He fixed our dishwasher and resolved an ongoing issue we had in 5 minutes. He is very knowledgeable I would recommend his business and he speaks Spanish!

I had "No Worries Rooter LLC" business card for over a year. I had a problem with 2 of my sinks and decided to use the card. WOW was I glad I did. He explained everything that was needed to be done and did it quickly. Owner operator Joe, was enthusiastic in explaining the process and it made me feel confident that the job would be done correctly (and it was). His integrity is shown in his work and what a professional individual. I will definitely use "No Worries Rooter LLC" again, for sure.

Our experience with No Worries Rooter was short and sweet. We were expecting guests for a dinner party in 3 hours when our sink clogged. We called No Worries Rooter and they were there within 30 minutes, and our drain was unclogged under an hour after our initial call. I would highly recommend this company.

*Outrageously expensive* for the service offered. They wanted $995 in order to clear a sewer line.

I suffered the emergency trip charge ($350), assuming that their prices would be at least in the ballpark of other plumbers ($100 - $400) or that some of the trip charge would count towards the service provided. I did not have a clue what their "standard prices" were until I had already been charged for the trip fee. $1345 to clean a sewer line (trip charge + cost of service) is absolutely ridiculous! So I refused their service.

I hoped to recoup maybe half the trip charge since the only thing the plumber did was confirm the diagnosis of the problem; no work was performed. I was told that there is a no refund policy. They did offer a $200 credit towards future service, but this is worth little because of their markup.

With some patience, I waited a day and had another plumber visit, snake, and put a camera in my sewer line for $255 total (no trip charge). Perhaps using a water jet would have cleared the sewer line better, but it was not worth 4 times the price and no pricing options.

I had a same day emergency and Joe from No Worries was at my property within an hour! He worked with our warranty company to ensure they would cover the costs weeks after he had been there. Amazing customer service right there! Would recommend to anyone in need of a great pluming company! A++++

I would highly recommend No worries Rooter. My experience was with Joe; who had terrific customer service. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly (answering every question I had), and was flexible with my schedule during repairs. I will defiantly call Joe for any plumbing needs in the future.

My plumber was on time and courteous. He explained everything and went over several pricing options. While the price was a little higher than I was expecting, it was an amazing job. I've lived in my home nearly 9 years and have had no real plumbing issues. I'm very pleased with the job done and the kindness of our plumber. I recently had a situation where I was without water for 4 days. it was caused by another company (non plumber) and despite their promises to send a plumber to investigate and fix the issue they were slow in coming through.

My neighbor recommended Joe. As soon as I called I could tell he knew his profession. He was personable and seemed to really care about my situation. He had my water restored that same day.

I will be recommending No Worries Rooter a lot in the future.

Joe and his assistant were friendly, professional. Joe took his time to listen to why I called. The orangey colored water came from the hot water heater. We didn’t realize how bad it was until he took the hot water heater off the platform. Joe took the time to explain everything thing that was going on with the plumbing in my home possible future problem to watch. He removed the reverse osmosis system in the kitchen and pointed out possible future problem with the garbage disposal. And at the last minute we discovered issues with the master bathroom double sink plumbing and fixtures which he said he could fix on this trip. Which was nice since it was approaching the end of the working day. It was more expensive than what I was expecting. But, I will say that I can rest easy knowing that the water heater and the plumbing with the double sink in the master bath will not be giving me problems in the near future.

Our water heater decided to leak today, so I decided to replace it myself. Bought a new unit and tried to install it. Everything was going OK up until I turned the water back on. It started leaking and instead of going back and forth to get more parts I called No Worries. They came out in about an hour and Joe got everything fixed. He was very professional and got it up to code. I highly recommend No Worries Rooter for any of your plumbing needs.

After speaking to their fast talking receptionist & being told they have dealt with my problem before. She assured me they would be able to assist me finding the leak. I get billed $150.00 charge to send a technician to my house to tell me that they probably will not be able to pinpoint the leak due to unresponsive neighbor. Even the note they left for my neighbor didn't include their contact number. They made a bad situation worse.

I am so impressed with this company. If you want an honest plumbing service, with knowledgeable friendly people, who care about your home.. pick them. You won't be disappointed!
My dishwasher has been out of commission for almost a year. I thought it was the dishwasher itself that was broken. It was simply a clog that Joe was able to fix! Works perfectly!
My bathtub stopped draining and even before it stopped completely it was very slow. Now it guzzles the water down with no problem.

Had a bit of an emergency yesterday as my main water valve outside broke, spraying water into my front yard. We called and they were here very promptly. They were very courteous, professional and thorough. I would definitely use them again.

Wow! Now a days all you find most plumbing companies are b***s*** repairmen who just want to sell you some other service you didn't call for. This company is to the point, and honest. They show their care for you and your family in that they don't B***S*** you and try and up sell, instead, Joe, knew how to handle the emergency. I bought this house just recently and feel like I didn't pay enough attention to its condition. Can you believe the previous owner had Jerry rigged B***Sh** hoses to hook up the water heater, and sprayed flex seal ... OMG! Cant express it enough how grateful I am to No Worries Rooter, for the quick response. Love that charm and take charge attitude that Mr. Joe has for his work. Very knowledgeable and helped us save a ton of money... He took care of everything after my water heater flooded our home... Call Joe and like me you'll have No Worries. We are a Family of 4, and really I don't mind to admit, Mr. Joe saved the day. Thanks No Worries for helping us. I know I'll be calling them from here on.

I've used No Worries Rooter twice now and will absolutely continue to use them. As a home owner, there is always the sticker shock when it comes to home repairs, but the high quality work this company gives, makes every penny worth it. Joe, my service guy now for both issues, has been outstanding in professionalism, expertise, and workmanship. Hopefully, no more emergencies for awhile, but if needed, I will continue using No Worries Rooter. Thanks!!!

After hours on a Friday night we had a water heater leak. Joe and Ben showed up within an hour and had us fixed in no time…..no worries! Thanks guys!
