This past Wednesday I woke up to a whole house sewer backup. No Worries Rooter was recommended to me so I gave them a call. Joe showed up that afternoon and quickly diagnosed the problem and took care of it. He was very thorough in explaining all of the options that were available to correct the problem Turns out there was a tree root blocking the pipe and he was able to completely remove it. Very thankful that he did such a great job. I would definitely recommend No Worries Rooter.

My wife and I live in a modified fifth wheel. Our black tank got blocked up, and I ran into the surprisingly difficult task of finding a plumber who was willing to even come out, most said no as soon as I described our home. "No Worries Rooter" was the only company willing to even come out, and when they did, while it wasn't inexpensive, it was timely and we received very good service.

I've called on No Worries Rooter a few times now for my plumbing needs(problems that I've had). I've had nothing but a great experience with their staff. They are clearly knowledgeable and take you through what they're doing so everything is transparent. I'd certainly call on them again and recommend them for your plumbing needs!

I’ve never had a plumber respond so quickly and do such great work until I hired no worries rooter. It was really refreshing to receive excellent customer service. I felt a huge weight lifted off of my shoulders knowing that I have finally found someone I can trust. I highly recommend no worries rooter. We had No Worries Rooter come out a couple weeks ago to give an estimate of what my plumbing issues actually were. From the time they came to estimate to the finished job we knew we picked the perfect company! It turned out to be a bigger project than I expected but they did a fantastic job and took great care of us. We had several faucets and pipes replaced, rebuilt toilet and fixed a half working shower. After having multiple companies come out to my home to resolve an ongoing issue we had with our plumbing in our home they could not figure it out. So we gave No Worries Rooter a called, they came up with a solution and fixed the problem in the same day. We needed a report verifying that we had no waste drain issues in a house we were selling. At the last minute, the plumber I had been referred to couldn't do the job. I made multiple calls, trying to find someone, on the evening of the last day before the report was due, to confirm we had no drain problem and prepare a report I could send to the realtor. No Worries Rooter services were friendly and accommodating. Joe did the work and we had a report to send off the same night, after he had already worked an 18 hour day. The company provided great customer service, going above and beyond to help us out.

Thanks to Joe Quezada and his team at No Worries Rooter for excellent service. I called them to fix a balcony leak, and they came out right away. They were efficient, courteous, and competent in taking care of the problem. They also gave me a nice company coffee mug! I highly recommend them for anyone's plumbing or water damage/restoration needs!

Came same day, for an emergency at my commercial space. They were at my business within 90 minutes, with all the machinery and tools needed to complete the job efficiently. Enjoyable to communicate with, will hire again!

We had a big wet area appear in our front yard a few feet from the in ground water meter box. We called No Worries Rooter to take care of it. They arrived on time, investigated the cause and gave us a quote. Then they dug a hole to find the cracked pipe, repaired it and filled all the dirt back in so the repair was undetectable, all within two and a half hours of their arrival. VERY pleased with the work! Highly recommended!

I had a leaking water softener and needed help asap. No Worries Rooter was the only company that could come out during a busy holiday weekend! Joe and his team were amazing, super friendly, respectable and did an amazing job removing and cleaning it all up! They were quick and fast and super efficient. We had to call on a Sunday. And they came out. They did an excellent job. And fixed our issue. I’m giving five stars because of their communication style and they were very clean as they worked and cleaned up thoroughly finished. The quality of the work was excellent . Advice, however, do not be alarmed when they give you the Cadillac recommendation which was very expensive. You need to see past that and get to the basic of the repair.

Joe and his professional and competent staff worked to fix, update, repair and troubleshoot the issues I requested be worked on. They always went the extra mile to provide explanations, recommendations and options. From start to finish they were respectful of my timing requests and always were careful of my property.
