I had a pretty tough install need for a very expensive toilet, so I called Iron Horse based off of 2 recommendations from 2 different people. I was lucky enough to have Mike G. come out to the house for the install. Mike was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, hardworking, and thought outside the box to get the job done. I am incredibly happy and will be calling Iron Horse and Mike G. for all future projects, big or small.

Great experience! Mike is quick to respond, professional, and most importantly to me, he was honest. He took the time to explain things well, and gave us all options and scenarios to our pluming issue rather than pushing a hard sell as some companies do, and he cleaned up after himself once through. We highly recommend Iron Horse!

I originally had them come out in August 2022 and they replaced my sump pump. This morning something went wrong with it and they came out and repaired it. They did a great job.

Iron Horse was quick to make the appointment and resolve our water pipe issue. Jose was able to complete the job within a couple of hours and had us back to operational. Really appreciate their care and service.

Had a major issue with a pipe break to our cooling tower months ago. The original repair technician made quite the mess and needed to return and fix it a second time. Fast forward 2-months and the issue was occurring again. Thus time John was sent out and wow! I wish he was at the company back then. Quick, thorough and clean! The other technicians in the job were so respectful of our property, staff and parents. Highly recommend Iron Horse!!

…BTW - it’s my understanding they terminated the unprofessional technician.

Ryan came to replace our toilet, replace our shower fixtures, and change our RO filters. He was punctual, professional, and did an excellent job. He was thorough and the work was quality. Will use Iron Horse again.

Thank you for sending such a wonderful tech as Fernando. Such a gentleman and new exactly what to do to get my drains unplugged! He worked very fast and in no time all drains were unplugged! I suffered days with those plugged up drains!. I was so impressed how clean looking he was and so polite. I was greatly impressed. Thank you Iron Horse for your professional service!

These guys were very responsive, friendly and capable. They fixed an issue we were having with our sump pump in our basement. Previous plumber didn't align things properly. They have fixed the problem and did it within budget. These guys are great! Honest and affordable.

We just built a new house and decided to sign up for the Friends & Family plan through Iron Horse Plumbing & Air- We are so glad we did!! Ryan (Plumber) and Jonathan (Air) came by today and did a full comprehensive review of our plumbing and air conditioning. They were both very personable and knowledgeable, even made a few preventative suggestions to help with the longevity of our equipment. We feel at ease knowing we are good hands and have a base line/plan moving forward!

My plumbing tech, Mike was awesome! After talking with Pete, the owner he was able to fit me in after an appointment took less time than they thought. Mike was prompt and extremely courteous. A great experience and I would highly recommend Phend Plumbing.

As usual, Phend representative was on time and did excellent work. He replaced a faucet on outside shower and did yearly maintenance on tankless water heater. The only criticism this is the only time we didn’t get a receipt emailed to us

Phend's plumber (Tyler) was friendly, on time, efficient and solved my problem with a leaking pressure reducing valve---not a common repair job. He answered my questions and solved my problem and only had to turn off the household water supply for a short time. I couldn't be happier. My sister had a recent similar very positive experience with replacing a broken toilet, and I took her recommendation and used Phend for the first time. Pete and Tyler came to my house and did an AMAZING job!! They arrived on time, were very professional (they even put on booties every time they entered my house). Their work is of very high quality, they were quick and efficient, finishing in less time than expected and they even cleaned-up after themselves when they were done! I can’t say enough positive things about my experience! I will definitely continue using them for ALL of my plumbing needs!!

Charlie is the best worker and someone who actually you can talk with. He explained everything in great detail and his personality is top notch. Charlie is my go to plumber from now on. Thanks Charlie for turning a bad under floor slab leak to a pretty good day.
That review above was before I did research and my review now is no where near what I said above.
I have since been in discussion with State Farm and several contractors who told me I paid more than double what it should have cost. Do not let Phend recommend Drylux as a restoration company. They have billed insurance way too much. I am beyond disappointed at what I paid and now am learning that this is a common practice where these companies work together to get insurance money to inflate their Billings. Very disappointed and was totally duped

Great service, were at my home within 24 hrs. Reviewed the issue and recommended a solution that I was able to perform by myself. The technician was very honest and enjoyable to work with. I was not charged any fees for the visit. I would highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs/service. Great honest people! Give them a call!

We love PHend plumbing! They are always on time, professional, and reasonably priced. Not only that, they gave us reasonable time windows (not those ridiculous “sometime between 8 snd 5 deals) and called to let us know when they were 15 minutes away so we could secure the dogs. Most recently we used them for the plumbing part of a construction project. They were HALF the price Home Depot’s contractor quoted us , and did a perfect job! This is a business that cares about their work and their customers, They definitely have our business from now on!!!

Had an issue with a toilet not flushing. Submitted a request for assistance via Yelp after hours, received a response back promptly to determine situation and to schedule an appointment.

Opted to have them come out the next morning. Plumber came out the following morning at the scheduled time, was friendly and professional, and addressed the issue quickly.

Aaron installed a Reverse Osmosis system for me. He arrived on time and he was so polite and friendly - he especially loved my three crazy dogs. He was very efficient and he did a great job.

On August 24th 2022 I used Phend again to clear out a ball of roots growing in my toilet! Charlie Trent was so thorough and friendly and he did a great job.

I just had a great experience with Matt Southard from Phend Plumbing. He repaired a leak that was in my wall and was very professional and friendly. He gave me a great impression of Phend Plumbing being a first time customer. Hopefully I won't need them again, but if I do, I will call them.
