There are so many plumbing companies out there and I randomly decided to give Phend Plumbing & Rooter a call. I got the service in the same day and it was on a Saturday. The technician was very courteous and on time. He called me first before he showed up. He fixed the problem and charged me at I reasonable price. I definitely will use them again.

Gino arrived on time. He was professional and congenial. He not only completed the job we requested, but also answered a number of questions my wife and I had regarding our new home plumbing issues. He was very helpful and left a very impression regarding Phend Plumbing.

I needed a plumber to replace a bad shower valve. I was impressed by the Phend Plumbing reviews so I gave them a call.

I was not disappointed.

Peter arrived a few hours later. He is a real people person and we enjoyed joking around with him. But don't get the impression that he's not professional. That he is down to the hospital shoe covers he puts on to keep from dirtying your floors.

The amount he charged was more than competitive. And Peter even did some extra work without an extra charge.

The front desk gals were extremely friendly and helpful over the phone. Aaron came out on time and provided us a quote to install a water softener at a great price. He was even able to come out the next day to install it for us which was AMAZING. I would highly recommend the Phend Plumbing Team, especially Aaron, for any and all plumbing related needs!

They were able to help with a last minute emergency. I used a “handyman” to install some faucets and they did a terrible job and left the job incomplete. Phend came in and fixed all the errors in record time and got everything working perfectly and leak-proof. Charlie was on time, friendly and professional and clearly skilled. I would strongly recommend and will contact them first for all future activities.

Impressed!! I called last night, Sunday, explaining not urgent, and was promised service today, Monday. Received text early today service between 9 and 10. Tom S called at 8:47 and was here at 9:15. Installed new shutoff on plastic pipe and got new warm water bidet in order. He then fixed frozen sink faucet. He took the time to explain exactly what to discuss with Moen to hopefully get a free replacement hot water handle. Tom was engaging and so professional! I highly recommend Phend Plumbing!!!

Charlie was prompt, professional, and courteous. He introduced himself right away and called me ahead of his arrival to understand the issue. All told the repair took less than 30 minutes. He also identified some potential additional water damage that I am having checked out by another company. This is my second time hiring Phend Plumbing and I'll gladly hire their services again.

We found a leak in our wall and a contractor friend recommended Phend. I do not have enough good things to say about them! I called in the morning, they were able to get us on the schedule for same day. They called about an hour before my appointment time and asked if they could come early, the technician was courteous and friendly, and even listened to my son’s chatter. He answered my many questions, gave a fair estimate. And quickly fixed the leaking pipe. After he was done, because I was still nervous there was a potential leak somewhere else, he took me out to my meter and showed me the meter and how it wasn’t moving anymore and told me about how even if a drop is leaking, the meter will move. so grateful for the time that he took! I’m glad to know that I have a plumber for life!

I have used Phend for years and refer them all the time. They are extremely professional and always do a great job. Their pricing is upfront and always reasonable. If you’re looking for a dependable local plumber, Phend is the company to call!

This review is a little late but want to leave a review nonetheless.

My ejector pump in the basement failed in July 2021 and I ended up with water in the basement. Ended up having to file an insurance claim due to the water damage. Home warranty wouldn't cover the pump so I had pay everything out of pocket.

I shopped around for plumbers in my area and found Phend. They had the highest reviews (both google and yelp) and their prices were pretty much in line with all the other plumbing companies I contacted.

Phend was able to provide a quote and come back out within a few days (after I was done shopping around) to replace the pump. They guarantee their work for 30 days which was an added bonus!

Then in Sept, the pump alarm went off. I called Phend on a Sunday. They had a supervisor, Gino, come out to my house on Tuesday to take a look. It ended up that condensation from the AC riser was dripping on the alarm and set it off. He generously waived the service fee after explaining what the "problem'"was.

I would definitely give Phend a call again for any plumbing needs.

I do not usually offer reviews but my experience with Phend Plumbing was so wholly satisfying that I do take this opportunity to provide a public commendation of this business. I presume all customers are treated as was I so I most certainly recommend Phend for anyone in need of such services.

I honesty didn't even need to get a second or third quote as I knew I wanted to do business with a company who is local and cares about their customers. Tanner was an incredible representation of your company. He came did a very thorough job and was extremely professional throughout the entire process. We ended up needing a new water softener and Tanner took care of us in a very professional manner. Phend replaced a kitchen sink and faucet of mine, AND installed a new gas line to a new stove. Can't say enough good things about our experience with Phend! We've practically gutted every area of our home, and they've been our favorite contractor to work with! Even the people answering their phones are great. They also helped us with the gas permit for the stove. The new gas line went from an existing meter outside, and all the way through to the middle of my house - a HUGE job. They gave us the best price out of six plumbers, and did a fantastic job. Everyone that came out was nice, professional, and most importantly -knowledgeable. Mike did most of the work and he was amazing. We've since had issues with our dishwasher and they again came out immediately, Mike again gave us exceptional customer service, and hooked us up with a rehab company which was at our home within a half hour to start taking care of flood damage and a huge mess! So far that company has been amazing as well, and we never would have had them without Phend.

This co. Was recommended to me. I called n set up an appointment for the next day because I had a leak under my sink In my mobile home. Mike was recommended he is so professional and friendly. He did the job in a timely manner at a reasonable price. My husband and I were very satisfied and we will continue to use Mike and Phend plumbing for all our plumbing needs in the future.

The receptionist was nice and was able to get us an appointment within the hour.
Gino and his assistant were very knowledgeable in plumbing and fixed our refrigerator shut off valve very quickly and our water was back up and running in no time. They also were kind and had great customer service!
They cleaned up after themselves leaving no mess to deal with.
We would easily use them again!

Im in the process of doing a bathroom remodel. I removed the shower/tub combo and I am replacing with a walk-in shower. I needed the existing piping relocated. I contacted Phend Plumbing from a referral. They were very pleasant and professional over the phone. They were able to schedule me an appointment the following day. The plumber showed up earlier than expected, was very friendly and professional, great with communication and did fantastic work.
