My wife and I were stressed about a leak in our upstairs bathroom. When we reached out to Phend they were extremely responsive and quick to come out to address our problem. Tyler was the one that came by and he was very professional and great at helping us understand our options for repairs. He even put us in touch with the right people to make sure no further damage was sustained from the leak. He was quick and did quality work. Definitely will use this company again for other household plumbing needs and recommend to anyone!

Aaron was the plumber that showed up at my house for kitchen sink issues. I needed the plumbing work I did checked (the drain was refrained for a new sink) and had issues with a new faucet I installed. Aaron showed up about two hour ahead of schedule!! that was a fantastic! After looking at the drain he said it was done correctly. He looked at the faucet and I explained my issue and he told me what I was afraid of, its a cheap faucet that's why its not working. So after everything was said and done Aaron did not perform any work as there was none for him to perform. When he left he said he did nothing and so we was not going to charge me! Wow!! mind blown, I took up about 10 minutes of his time and he did not charge me. That is unheard of today, am very grateful and have already referred Phend and Aaron to others.

Had them out for another service, needed a sink shut off valve replaced. The service took less than 10 minutes. Work was great but the cost of $250 seem a little high for parts and little labor time. Workmanship is great but I think cost could be a little less. I would be very satisfied at around $175 for a new shut off valve cost and 10 minutes of labor.

So pleased with Phend Plumbing! Every member of the team was fantastic. Laurel’s customer service and communication gave us all the peace of mind we needed while trying to get to the bottom of a slab leak in our home. Charlie and Tanner went above and beyond to share their knowledge and insight while efficiently completing the repair. What could have been a frustrating situation was alleviated by Phend Plumbing. They do good business with fair prices, and have the knowledge and experience to back it up. So happy this is the company we called!

I had a fantastic experience with PHEND PLUMBING when they sent Jaden to check on our water softener. From the moment he arrived, it was clear that Jaden was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to thoroughly explain how the system worked, checked all the components, and even provided helpful tips on maintaining it. I really appreciated his attention to detail and the way he made sure everything was running smoothly before he left. It's rare to find someone so skilled and willing to educate the customer at the same time. I highly recommend Jaden and PHEND PLUMBING for any plumbing or water softener needs! I've been a customer of Phend for several years, so when I noticed a small leak from my hot water heater drain valve I gave them a call. They were able to get someone out quickly. Tom called me when he was on the way. When he got here we talked over some options for the repair and ultimately replacing the drain was the best option. He was quick, efficient and friendly just like all the guys we have worked with from Phend.

12/21/21 Charlie was awesome! He came in assessed the water heater and was upfront on everything that needed doing. He was personable and easy to work with. He was very polite and explained the process very well. We found out that the hot and cold water pipes were crossed in the wall and he explained my options for remedying that. I would recommend Charlie for any plumbing issues you have and Phend overall as it’s a great company to work with.

Gino was great. He was personable, easy to work with and professional. The explanation of what would be done along with what was wrong was easy to understand. The service was priced reasonably and was executed professionally. We are very happy with our experience.

Mike (technician) from Phend Plumbing was AWESOME!! Has come to my son's house twice on time (earlier by 10 minutes each time). Was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and overall really nice representative of the company. This was our first time using the company and I will never go to another plumbing company again.
1st visit: Mike advise what was wrong as my son had a back flow leak. Mike gave me an estimated price for all the repairs.
2nd visit: Mike completed the repairs under an hour and took care of everything quickly and professionally.

These guys are outstanding! Good honest people that do the job right. The Picture is moving the service to a kitchen island from where it previously was. This was before they filled it in. I would recommend Phend to anyone and will use them in the future.

Amazing! We've used Phend Plumbing for several things. Recently we needed a new water heater. They replaced it quickly and efficiently. Our water main burst earlier this year. Had it fixed the next day. They've replaced faucets and our garbage disposal. We highly recommend them.

This company was incredible to work with, wish I could give them 6 stars. So helpful and solution oriented. Micah was beyond helpful on the phone, even more so because it was past 6 pm on a holiday! Still got scheduled and taken care of. Hard to find these days

Just had plumber come out and diagnose issue causing water leak in ceiling. Repaired quickly with fair price. Very happy with employee(Crew)-on time, polite, professional, quality work and clean-up. If I need a plumber again I will call Phend.

We hired Phend Plumbing after being referred by our real estate agent to install three new Kohler toilets to replace the stock toilets in our new home. Plumber Tiege Treece arrived on time to perform the job. He was knowledgeable, professional and extremely efficient. He did a great job, patiently answered all our questions and was respectful of our brand new home. We highly recommend Phend plumbing and will gladly use them in the future.

We initially were assigned with this company through a claim with our home warranty in 2023. I was impressed with their expertise, honesty, and professionalism. We have since used them for a major primary bathroom remodel that had serious plumbing issues and more recently a guest bathroom toilet replacement. Chris F is fantastic and has been the main person that has helped us with all of these projects, but have had a few others (most recently Brad) and it is always a great experience. Highly recommend Arid Valley Plumbing!!

Do not hire the company. The are a complete scam. Over price services. Tech like Jesse make the process that much worse. He was completing a water heater installation with stand. he attempted to complete the stand installation without the cross bar which hold the stand. You can tell the stand was wobbly but he attempted to put the new water heater right on top of it. I allowed him to put it on top and then I told him to put the cross beams that came inside the package on the stand correctly. The solder work was terrible. There was no cleanup done. AHS is contracted with them and they are just as bad. Do not hire this company to do any work for you. They are rip-off attempted to charge $650 for $300 service and $450 for $30 parts.

Do not recommend this company. They were assigned to us via our Home Warranty company. Although Angela was prompt with her initial call to me to get scheduled and understand the issue, the tech was flakey.
He unfortunately came to the house, took off some drywall, claimed he needed to run back to North Phoenix (we are in far east valley) to get a Pex gun (why he didn't already have that is beyond me) and said he would be back that same day to complete the job.
5:30 rolled around and he never showed. Tried calling and it went to VM as they were closed.
I called the next day around 9:30am and Angela stated that our tech was in a meeting and she wasn't sure what was going on. They gave us the run around a few times, even my husband called and it was just weird zero explanation as to where this guy was or what happened.
Finally around 2pm that same day, I called our Home Warranty company and they were confused because per AV Plumbings notes, they had an appointment that morning between 8a-9a to come and complete the job-though no one ever showed up.
They refused assigning a new tech/company to the job so I threatened to leave. Within an hour, it was reassigned to Summit Plumbing and he was in and out within 45 minutes and completed.
Wouldn't trust this place.

I had not heard of Arid Valley Plumbing when they were selected by my home warranty company to replace a leaking water heater at my house. Now, I would recommend this 5 star company to anyone. Dustin was my friendly service tech who delivered and replaced my unit and cleaned the area afterward. He also went out of his way to inspect and comment helpfully on some potential future issues with my water system. Excellent service techs reflect back to a well run company.
