Was assigned Arid Valley Plumbing through home warranty for 2nd floor bathtub leak. Was expecting ceiling to be cut. Tyler came over and did a very thorough inspection of the bathtub and fixtures. Ended up cutting small hole in wall behind bathtub valve and found the leak. He was able to fix it through this hole. He spent a lot of time working on it to get it fixed. I appreciate not being quick to cut the ceiling as that is more difficult to repair than a small hole in the wall. Tyler was professional, courteous, and communicative regarding the work and what he was doing. If I get assigned Arid Valley through home warranty, I would need Tyler to do the work. Highly recommend Tyler with Arid Valley.

ARID is one of those companies that works with Home Warranty providers. These providers don’t pay much so ARID will claim that items that are part of a normal installation are ”Modifications”. Modifications are NOT covered by most Home Warranty providers. Based on their review history ARID will claim these “Modifications” cost $800. Don’t pay it. Ask your warranty provider for cash-in-lieu and then find an honest plumbing company. I saved $300 by doing this.

Arid Valley Plumbing is an unprofessional company with a rude service staff. I put in a claim via a home warranty company and was assigned Arid Valley Plumbing, LLC. They set a date and a four hour window in advance. I did my part and waited (and waited). Midway through the time window, I called to make sure they were arriving. They confirmed they were. At the very end of the window, they called and said no one could show up and offered service two days later. I declined because my plumbing situation had to be fixed. The dispatcher Lexi, was not only indifferent, but rude and unprofessional is her response.

Their website proclaims

"Whether it is a burst pipe in the middle of the night or a stubborn clog on a weekend, worry no more! Professionals led by Riley Owens at Arid Valley Plumbing Services are ready to come to your rescue 24/7".

Well, where are they? So, for those who have a home warranty, your business isn't valued or wanted. I will make sure I share my experience with my home warranty company in detail. I have instructed them to block Arid from any future assignments for plumbing needs.

Lastly, the dispatcher Lexi stated the owner (Riley Owens) doesn't take phone calls. What kind of business is that where the owner of a company hides from their customers. Answer, not a good one. The minute a company owner hides from customers is the time you should start looking elsewhere.

As an aside, companies just starting out or who are not very good sign up for assignments via home warranty companies. The smart one's do a good job and keep their word and keep loyal customers and referrals on good work. The one's who belittle customers, well, they end up out of business when times get tough.

I called American Home Shield to have a repair done on my toilet and was assigned Arid Valley Plumbing. The plumber, Rob, arrived on time as scheduled and went to work immediately diagnosing the problem. Rob was extremely knowledgeable and was exceptionally patient answering my many questions. It was obvious that he enjoys his work and takes pride ensuring that his customers get the best service possible. From my first contact with Arid Valley through Rob's final clean up I was truly impressed with the entire company. I highly recommend Arid Valley and am especially pleased that Rob was the technician assigned!

Great job! Arrived on time and understood the problem. Repaired the shower valve with the correct parts! Personable and pleasant plumber.

Came out and did a hose repair. Charged $10 for parts and $255 for service call??? What??? Didn't rell me until work was done...my fault in not asking before they started the 5 min job. They asked to pay by check not credit card...I would never trust or use this company again.

Paul was very knowledgeable and helpful! Definitely asking for Paul next time we call Travis and Sons for any plumbing issues. He did an amazing job!

Matt and Ezra were pleasant, thorough and hard working. The work is not inexpensive, but in my experience they are heads above by showing up, answering calls and doing the work at an expert level. I recommend them

I can’t say enough good things about Travis & Sons! We were given a bid for a new line from the meter. What should have been a one-day job turned into two full days due to the insane way our house was plumbed. Junior and his crew worked so hard! They honored their original bid although the job was so much harder then they had imagined. Junior was great to work with and kept us informed of their progress. I will be calling Travis & Sons for all of my future plumbing needs.

Awesome family run business!! Great customer service and fair upfront pricing!! Highly recommend this company for all plumbing needs/fixes. I for one will be using them exclusively going forward!!

I wanted to give a huge shout out to Travis & Sons Plumbing and Rooter - right here in town. We called because we needed a combo leak detection and repair of whatever the issue turned out to be. They were quick to respond, sent text confirmations and updates as to their ETA. Paul came out, found the leak and did the repair. He was detail oriented and was determined to find the problem for us. Fountain Hills water is brutal so we asked if their were maintenance items that should be taken care of and he took care of all of that too. I’ve seen the damage that water can do to a home so I really appreciated his recommendations and work. The work they did was high quality. We feel like we have great peace of mind now. I highly recommend Travis and Sons and Paul in particular.

Repaired one part for toilet, checked for leak. Made 3 trips and charged an enormous amount of money. Would not use again or recommend. Then at the end, demanded, not asked for money. As I do it via bill pay so it takes a few days more.

Our office had an odd smell for a few months so we had them do a smoke test to find a pipe leak. They found it fast and replaced the broken piece quickly. Fantastic!

I believed I had a sprinkler leak in my yard due to an excessive puddling of water. These guys came to check it out and told me there was none. It was a result of caliche soil which gave me peace of mind. I highly recommend Travis and Son’s Plumbing for their honesty and service.

We had a huge water bill. Travis and Sons came highly recommended for this type of issue. They came out right away, found we had a leak under the home and gave me several options.That day our water line was fixed and we didn't have to worry about wasting water or a high water bill!
