They replaced an old pressure reducing valve off the main waterline that had split open. After contacting 2 other plumbers, that I had used in the past with no response, I contacted Travis & Sons. 3 words - Fast, convenient, professional. I would use them again.

We had a pipe leaking in our wall behind the bathtub. We called Travis & Sons to see if they could fix this problem. They came immediately and were able to fix our problem. It was a difficult fix but they accomplished it. We were very happy!

Right before a holiday weekend, our water heater blew. I called Travis & Sons and they responded immediately. We had a new water heater within hours. Louis was wonderful.

Great team of professionals that installed our new 85 inch tv on the living room wall perfectly with excellent care. Moved 3 tv’s in total and did not leave until they were all properly reconnected. Coming back soon to rework our home Wi-Fi system.

Totally impressed and a fan for life. Junior R. Is the consummate pro. Knowledgeable, timely, cordial and well awesome. He rebuilt pool fill lines and water lines to other bibs. He also completed a flush for my water heater and a new sink drain.

Junior did a great job on a very hot day last summer. He was very patient and pleasant. I am happy with my water tank installation.

I think Travis and Sons is a great company! I think they are observant, hardworking, and they do the job the right way. Being a homeowner I usually fix things myself, but when I can't I'll call them.

Wow Customer Service in spades. They helped me out from start to finish when I woke up in a puddle of water due to water heater leak. I wanted tankless and they made sure transition to that technology worked for us and we love it. Matt is the real deal and will call back anytime of day or night if you need help.

Gave me the cost quote for new heater on the phone and came out same day and replaced water heater. On time, professional, courteous. Highly recommend the company. No wonder they have been in business for 30+ years!

Correction: There is a known issue with this particular model and it should have been under warranty to fix.
Dave from Travis & Sons came out and got it going again. I didn’t watch him work but he explained to both me and my husband (on the phone) how he did it.
My husband is a mechanic and later questioned Dave’s explanation of his fix. So my husband called Rheem and Rheem told him that if that was his “fix” then there is definitely something wrong with the water heater.
My husband phoned Travis & Sons and spoke with both Marcy and Matt, the owners. After several phone calls, always prompted from us, they are telling us that Dave is giving them a different story about the fix and that someone is lying and they seem to think it’s us, the customer.
We were treated very unprofessionally by the owners and employee. I can tell you we will never do business with them again. And we will encourage others to avoid them as well.

I contacted Travis and Sons Plumbing to repair my hot and cold valves in a bathroom I was remodeling and I’ve definitely found my “Go to” company for all my plumbing needs. Matt was prompt, friendly, helpful and professional and the quality of his work and knowledge of his trade was outstanding and I love the fact that this company is local and family owned. We had a leak in our water tank, and no hot water. Our tank was a little tricky because they had to demo a wall to remove the tank but once they assessed the pictures, they send their lead plumber out same day and worked late till we had hot water, they were professional and just such a pleasure to work with. This is a family owned business that I felt so comfortable with and would use again without hesitation. Such a happy customer!!!!

Great service. The plumber, Junior, was very knowledgeable and professional. He also gave me the option to get the parts myself and save on cost. Their labor costs were really high, however, if I can't fix it myself I will call on them again with any plumbing needs and highly recommend them.
