Highly Recommend! Mitch swooped in and resolved an issue at my elderly mother's house that was created by another plumber. He was thorough, transparent, empathetic and honest. I have since contracted him for more work on my fixer upper house, and continue to be more than pleased with this company. I won't call another plumber as long as Water Pros are around.

I had a great experience with this plumbing service. I needed repairs on both a toilet and a shower, and the technician who came out was fantastic—pleasant, neatly dressed, and very courteous. He clearly explained what needed to be done, got the work done quickly, and everything is working perfectly now. The price I was quoted was exactly what I paid, aside from a couple of necessary replacement parts, which were explained upfront. It's refreshing to work with someone so professional and reliable. Had an exterior hose bib that stripped out and had to turn water to the house off. Made a quick phone call and a few hrs later Mitchell, the owner showed up on a Saturday. He soldered a new hose bib on in no time and was very reasonably priced. I highly recommend Water Pros and their team.

Choosing Water Pros was a great experience from beginning to end! The quoting process was easy and strait forward. Mitch explained everything that would be done and the quote reflected everything he told me. They were very professional when it came to the install itself. Water Pros came out and installed water softener and RO set up. They did an outstanding job! Very quick and efficient! Mitch noticed a leak coming out of our bathroom onto the outside sidewalk and they had that fixed in no time as well! He looked for the least structural disturbance for the “fix”! Couldn’t have appreciated that more! He offered to get us in contact with a drywall person to repair the drywall. Husband decided he will fix it himself. They are our now “GO TO” plumbing guys! You won’t go wrong with these professionals! Highly recommend them!

Water Pros was FANTASTIC. We needed a new hot water heater. They were able to meet at our home for an estimate the same day. We scheduled the service for the next day which helped prevent too many cold showers. Water pros left my garage cleaner then it was before. I highly recommend this company.

Best experience I’ve had with a plummer. My brother referred me to them when I had a copper pipe bust from an outside water spigot that was attached to my wall. Mitch arrived to my home quickly, was honest, fast, and VERY reasonably priced. He was just a normal dude that knew how to do the job right. I would recommend them to anyone! Great job, Mitch!

Mitch with Water Pros Plumbing was fantastic! I was experiencing a drainage emergency at a business. He responded to me right away, came to the location within 30 minutes, and charged a reasonably expected price to clean out a clogged pipe. I highly recommend using Water Pros Plumbing and I will be contacting them in the future for any plumbing needs.

I made the call about 10am for a water heater leakage. I received a call to say a technician will be there 2-4. Hunter got here by 3:30, and was out by 4:15. Great neat job, new water heater installed. He patiently answered all my questions. They were polite and respectful. If only every service provider was this awesome. The Cure All team was great overall. Easy and quick to schedule and on time as promised. Don was our tech and, following a late Friday diagnosis on our water heater, went out of his way to get us the water heater we wanted installed on Saturday. My only nit - which really makes this a 4.5 out of 5, is I would have liked him to walk thru with me the re-circulating timer to ensure it was set correctly. I was left with the manual to do it on my own. This left me questioning whether I set it up correctly so it’s working as needed.
