Cure all was wonderful from the moment Laura answered the phone and ended with Leo's explanation of services and a first time customer discount! Service provided was professional, complete, honest and clean! We had the water heater drained and there was not a drop of anything showing in the bath tub which was used. Our plumber, Leo, was competent, friendly and I feel I found a new resource because of all his experience. I would highly recommend Cure All plumbing for your plumbing needs! A family owned business with reasonable pricing and a quick turn around. Thank you Laura and Leo!

First contact was with office staff, Laura. She was delightful to talk with and scheduled our estimate in a very timely manner. Leo was our service provider. He was professional, pleasant, friendly and a hard worker! We felt very comfortable with his assessment of our issues and how to resolve them. Leo was respectful of our home. Cure All’s pricing was very fair and Leo’s work was exceptional. We are pleased with Leo and with Cure All.

Logan from Cure All Plumbing did a wonderful job installing my new osmosis system. He explained everything and answered all my questions. After a couple of days, I noticed my ice maker was not working and when I called Logan, he came back and checked everything thoroughly and fixed the problem immediately - great customer service and the amount I was quoted for this job was exactly to the penny - there were no hidden or extra charges.

I would definitely give Cure All Plumbing 5 stars. Luis and Leo did an awesome job installing a new Kohler toilet for me. They were on time , addressed all my concerns and very friendly. They left everything neat and tidy and even checked on another toilet they installed 2 years ago . I would recommend them to my friends and neighbors ! Thank you for your exceptional service .

Leo and Roberto from Cure All Plumbing replaced six shutoff valves in our house in less than an hour. On the initial visit two days earlier, Leo assessed the work and made a suggestion to lower the cost of the work. We appreciated their courteousness and efficiency. We have called on Cure All for our plumbing maintenance needs for over 20 years. Leo and Roberto are examples of the great service that Cure All has provided over the years.

Luis was excellent. Didn’t try to sell anything, just gave his assessment and his recommendation.

Cure All Plumbing came to our rescue! After two failed attempts by other plumbing companies, they resolved our problem in a timely manner, They were knowledgeable, professional and kept us informed throughout the whole process.

We have had sewer smells in our Casita for some time. Leo and Logan, from Cure All Plumbing, arrived on the scene and did a fantastic job of diagnosing the problem, using their expertise and problem solving skills to get to the root of the problem. They discovered the builder did not put the clean out cap on the pipe in the bathroom that led to the main sewer line. They corrected the problem, at a reasonable price, and we are breathing fresh air now.

This stared as a DIY gone wrong. Logan arrived in a Sat night to cap the water in my diy bathroom Reno. This was after I flooded it twice!

He then can back to properly connect the water lines behind the wall. Then he came back AGAIN to finish the install when I finished the tile!

Can we say above and beyond?!?!? Yes we can!

I then decided that after new countertops he would install the kitchen sink. Thank GOODNESS I made that decision. Little did I know I needed an extended flange for the garbage disposal! New sink = longer drain hole. Lesson learned!!

I can't thank cure all enough for helping me with this DIY! And VERY REASONABLE! Even emergency visit was lower than most on a sat night!

I needed to have filters on my drinking water system replaced. Contacted Cure All Plumbing and Leo came out. He totally upgraded my system at a much appreciated discount. We discovered we had a mutual love for family, dogs and cycling! I felt like I made a new friend when he left, not your average service call. Leo and Logan were awesome! I requested 3 estimates: Logan was the first who came right on time, gave the best explanation of what was going on with my water heater and explained my options clearly. Pricing is very fair for the service you get! Installation was exceptionally smooth and easy (for me at least). will definitely call Cure All if I need plumbing help again.

Cure All is my go-to for all plumbing needs… they came out and told me that my plumbing in fact wasn’t broken but just needed a jetting. Saved me thousands of dollars from going with the plumbers that aren’t honest.

Disappointed with Service Results and Billing

I recently hired Cure All Plumbing for a commercial plumbing issue, and unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing. Despite charging top-tier rates, the technicians were unable to complete the job, expressing a lack of interest in wanting to do the job due to the difficulty. This felt like a lack of effort and expertise, especially considering the premium pricing.

To add insult to injury, they billed me for their time spent diagnosing and attempting to fix the issue, even though no solution was provided. When I expressed my concerns and asked for a reduction in charges after being presented an invoice... given the incomplete and abandoned work, they showed no interest in offering any form of compromise or adjustment.

Ultimately, I had to hire another company, which successfully completed the job without hesitation. I want to note that the job was no small task, but If you're charging for top-quality service, you should deliver top-quality results, and Cure All Plumbing did not live up to this standard. I cannot recommend them based on my experience.

I do want to note that the technician was responsive to the initial request and that Zoey was very kind and understanding listening to my billing concerns which is why I gave 3 stars vs 1. Simply put, as a fellow business owner, you shouldn't charge top service prices without delivering top service results and not being able or willing to complete the job.

Donald Fennig from Cure All Plumbing arrived on-time to fix my water main leak in my front yard. It had been leaking for a couple days and I was stressed thinking about the cost and how high my water bill was going to be. He checked everything out, explained everything so I understood and gave me the cost to fix and a 2nd estimate for recommended work. I chose to just repair the leak for now which was surprisingly less than I thought it would be and asked for him to send the additional repairs recommended for future consideration. He was here for less than 2 1/2 hours and after digging up the pipe, fixing it and cleaning up my yard, you'd never known he was here. I would definitely call them for any future issues I have.

They fixed our leaky pipe with amazing and fast service they were very polite and efficient. I would definitely recommend to anyone needs work

Finding a qualified friendly plumber isn’t easy, but Robert from Cure All came out and did an excellent job. Will use him again the next time I need a plumber.

Mike and Rich did a wonderful job replacing my old tank water to a new tankless water heater. Both guys work hard and explained thoroughly how my new water heater works.
