I would never have this person out at my house just from the way he drives!! He made a left turn in front of me without stopping a had to slam on my breaks to avoid him. HORRIBLE!!!!!
-
I've used Epic several times and they have always done an excellent job at a fair price. They show up when they say they will and they're very professional. Can't recommend them enough!
-
These guys drive at very unsafe speeds especially around workers at west San Angelo st in the morning !!!

This company is amazing! They've done quite a bit of work for me over the years and their service has always been top notch. Just last week I had a broken pipe in my wall and they had a plumber there within the hour to get me taken care. I refer them to all of my friends whenever I can!

Beware of house calls! Almost $400 for a switch that should have never broken and took 5 minutes to fix. Orginal installer and contractor of new build. Boooooo! However, professional technicians.

I had 2 sinks that wouldn't hold water, one of them is a pedestal and very hard to work on. The tech was very friendly and knowledgeable and did a great job . He also fixed My bathtub handle that kept falling off. I thought the charges were reasonable .
Highly recommend them -
Outstanding service from Epic Plumbing! They impressed me with their efficiency and professionalism. The pricing was fair, and their honesty stood out. I highly recommend their services and will be a returning customer

Called Epic Plumbing Christmas Eve as our soft water loop was leaking in our new home (plumbed by Epic I believe as they are on our 'emergency' list) and had our call ignored 3 times. Finally left a voice-mail and a woman called back thinking she could resolve over the phone. Unfortunately that wasn't the situation so when I explained again she was very dry and rude stating their technicians don't work weekends (it was a Thursday night). I know on call Christmas eve sucks but this is their job. Epic, you should not have 24/7 or emergency marketing on your site. Worthless for us and will be reaching out to Taylor Morrison on the matter as well. Flip side, discovered Roto-Rooter and they were super nice and had it fixed by 9am Christmas morning.

I had water in the bathroom floor near the toilet and called, left a message. It was Friday night of the labor day weekend. 802 am on Tues I got a phone call and scheduled an appointment that afternoon. They found and fixed the problem very fast . I used the same guy Joe for a slab leak in 2016 and I am very happy with the work and fair price.

Stay away! They have replaced our faucet cartridges two times now and our faucet is still leaking. They say it’s homeowner maintenance despite the fact we haven’t turned the faucet on or used it. It still leaks, and it was still under warranty. They never fixed the original problem and of course they want more money to come out again. They claim you get a one year warranty but then they don’t honor those warranties. Don’t waste your time or money!

This was the company the builder used on construction. We needed service on some products and always received prompt professional service. We have had many sub contractors come to the home and this company was one of the outstanding companies. The service Tech Brett was always friendly on time always took her shoes off without asking. The repairs were always completed correctly. Thanks for the great service.

Stay away. They are a complete ripoff. I had an ejector pump replaced by them. Yes, they quoted me a price of $4300 upfront to install the pump. I was naive to the cost of these pumps and was too busy with work to do some research on my own. Turns out you can get the very same model pump they installed, online for $1350 from a plumbing supply warehouse. So, basically I paid several thousand dollars for them to install the pump. Call me stupid for being taken, but this is outright robbery. The owner told me that they install these pumps in Scottsdale all the time and nobody ever complains and that's the price they charge. I guess everyone else in Scottsdale has money to burn.

When I called they said they could find gas leaks. When the service person arrived they had a squirt water bottle to find the leak, which I thought was unusual. I told them the air conditioner was just serviced and they smelled gas in the attic. Instead of going to the attic he cut 3 large box size cuts into my drywall and yes, he could not find the leak, and proceeded to tell me he would just need to start cutting into all the drywall to find the leak. I said no, that just does not seem right. They charged me $275.00. and not only do I not know where the leak is but I have over $300.00 in repairs to drywall! I called another company they came out had the right equipment, which was propane to find a gas leak, found the leak in the attic and charged me $175.00 Do not use this company!

First of all the ladies in the office that answered my calls were very professional and friendly! Service was right on he fixed my water heater in no time. Very nice and did an excellent job!
Highly recommend Epic Plumbing will refer to all my friends and family. -
Toilet running every 5-10 minutes. Tried to fix it myself but I’m not good at that stuff. I called Epic and the repair man shows up. He spends less than two minutes “fixing” the problem. Says it was only a matter of adjusting the water level and the slack on the toilet handle for $140.00. Five minutes after he leaves I have the same problem. This time I record it so he has something to actually see. I called Epic back they sent him back and he replaces part of the valve. Says if it continues to call back and it would probably need to be replaced. 15 minutes later, you guessed it. I called back and scheduled somebody else to come out tomorrow. After hanging up I thought about it and called again to make sure there’s not going to be a service charge. I was told that I would need to make up the difference for whatever was found to be wrong with it. HARD PASS. Very disappointed. Went with Epic since they were the company who installed all the plumbing when house was built 2 years ago

We have had Epic Plumbing to our home several times replacing faucets, repairing toilets, changing ice maker water lines, out door hose bibs, and regular service to our RO water filter system to name a few things. I have talked with the owner, the office staff, and the technicians that have been sent out to our home. In every case, I am always treated with respect and as a valued customer. I would, and do, recommend Epic Plumbing any time plumbing services are needed. I wouldn't use anyone else at this point.

Danny came out today and installed new filters in my dad's osmosis system and I have to say, how refreshing it was to have someone actually have a conversation with you while waiting for the process to finish rather than go outside and stare at their phone. Danny was professional, so polite, knowledgeable, courteous and many other nice things. Keep doing what your doing Danny and your life will go well for you. Thanks again!

We had a leak in our gas hot water heater. The house was built in 2015. So the water heater was 5 years old and the manufacture warranty was good for 6 years. Epic Plumbing did the plumbing for all new homes in our sub division. So I called Epic Plumbing to replace the hot water heater. I was told that hot water heater was covered under warranty but not the labor and it will cost $386. When the plumber arrived he said it will cost $386 + $208 to replace the water heater and two flex hoses. So the total cost of $594 is very high to just replace the water heater. I will not use this company any more for my plumbing needs.

Highly recommend Epic Plumbing! There has been a couple times where we needed assistance and they came within a day. Conner and Brian have done their best to accommodate our needs. Will definitely call again if I have any issues.

Amazing quality and job well done. We had a water heater replaced and it was done within 2 hours, with some minor complications. They charged us a fixed price of 358.00. Much better deal than other quotes we had. One quote we had from Plumbing Masters was for 1,450.00 for the same work.
Scott with Epic Plumbing was very professional and did a flawless job. Would recommend to anyone, easy 5/5. -
The owner and staff of Epic Plumbing are so easy to work with and provide such great service, myself and my office staff have never been happier with the results of a needed repair.
One of our hot water heaters started spraying water over the weekend (while we were out of the office), when we saw the water we called Epic Plumbing and within an hour someone was there starting the repair. When it turned out we needed a new water heater, we gave the okay for replacement and the staff at Epic Plumbing tracked down the particular model we needed, got it in their hands and installed it without a single hassle.
Such a great experience and well within the cost expected! Thank you Mr. Santa Cruz and staff.
