Nothing but great service from Epic year over year. Quality service from professionals you can trust which is most important to me. Scott came out to repair a shower leak. He was professional, fast, efficient and explained everything in detail. Highly recommend Epic and their team of professionals that represent them!

Called Epic and they were able to come to my place right away and install our new kitchen faucet. They found a leak under the sink during installation and fixed that right away as well. The Plummer was very professional and made sure everything was working and went over it with me before leaving. Would definitely recommend Epic and use again! 😎

Was driving behind one of their trucks on the freeway and a box came flying out of the bed and struck my vehicle. Pulled up to the truck and I motioned to roll the window down and he said it can't roll down and turned left and drove off. Have reached out to the company and haven't heard any response.

On my way to work this morning I'm next to their truck on the 60 and the person put on their turn signal while I'm next to them and not even a second passes and they start merging into my lane. Didn't even give me a chance to speed up and give them space to merge. Put the phone down and just focus on driving .

Just found out that Epic Plumbing installed our water heater improperly so I've never been able to flush it but now they're saying because it's out of warranty they can't fix it for me. This is totally my bad because as a homeowner I should have noticed this before now. But still I'm just letting them know that they installed it improperly but they just tried to blame other people saying that anybody could have done something to it since they installed it even though I assure them that nobody else has touched it since them. I wasn't trying to Initially blame them. I just wanted to know how I can flush it with it installed like this. But them blaming other people just put a bad taste in my mouth.

Homeowners beware. We should be running these regular maintenances to notice these things before they get out of warranty so companies like Epic Plumbing don't have an easy out for their lack of professionalism.

Had a hidden leak in our ceiling, called Epic and they came out same day! Connor and Drew fixed the leak and were awesome to work with. Really quick service and very reasonably priced. The plumbers themselves were friendly and professional. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great local plumber! Will use them again.

Our hot water heater stopped working. The pilot light had gone out, and then wouldn't stay lit. The warranty service representative, Zach, came out that same afternoon. Apparently the controller has a rest button that I didn't read about in the owners manual. Resetting the unit seems to have solved the issue. Zach waived the service call fee, which he didn't need to do. Thank you for the prompt, courteous, and professional service.

We had a back pressure issue (Due to a landscaper running our irrigation off a house bib line running out of the house). New/different landscaper who was fixing other issues recommended Joe Bushnell. Joe came out, came up with the solution, and gave us a quote (on a Monday). We scheduled the repair for that Thursday. Joe was professional and personable on both visits. Work was solid - he t'ed off the main line before the shut off going into the house for the irrigation line; and returned the out line to a hose bib, Communication was great all the way around including emails and texts - quote, apt information, etc. I would happily use Joe and Second Opinion Plumbing in the future.

I had a real problem with mi Kitchen faucet and sink. Wanted to use a Gilbert AZ local family owned plumbing company so called Second Opinion Plumbing. They were easy to reach and schedule a service call. They texted and called me 30 minutes or so before the plumber showed up - as they said they would. Chris showed up on time and was the absolute most friendly, happy, and pleasant service technician I have ever show up to my house - so much so I felt like we had been friends for years and I just wanted to hang out with him and share a couple of beers. Aside from being so pleasant, Chris was extremely knowledgeable and skilled about my plumbing issues. He was able to fix the problem very quickly and easily and with the least interruption to my day and my kitchen. I will definitely be using Second Opinion Plumbing for all my plumbing needs in the future !!!

Updated 10/2021: Used Second Opinion Plumbing and again had amazing service! No reason to go elsewhere. Was able to get an appointment quickly. Received a phone call from the plumber to let me know they were on the way. Friendly, great service. Solved my problem within an hour. Can't recommend enough!

Original Post 2020: Brandon showed up at the early time window which was great, he also called ahead of time to let us know he was on his way. Quickly assessed the problem and went out to get the part to make the repair on the same day. Would definitely recommend!

I was having an issue with my water heater yesterday so I called my home warranty and they would not send anyone out to my house until the next business day since it was not a "true emergency". I have tenants with small children living at the property and needed the water heater fixed asap. A good friend of mine referred me to Second Opinion Plumbing. I called them last night around 7:15pm and was greeted by a warm welcoming voice eager to help me with my water heater issue. I briefly gave him the rundown on what was going on and with no hesitation he asked for my address and said he would be over in 20 minutes. The technician was able to fix my water heater within 15-20 mins of being there. He also took the time to show me what the problem was and explained ways on how I could help this issue from happening again in the future. I was left with excellent service from an outstanding technician who gives pretty solid high fives on the way out the door.

I would HIGHLY recommend Second Opinion Plumbing to everyone in the area with hopes they are able to work with Justin who was the top notch technician who came to my rescue with such short notice. Not only does Justin come with lots of knowledge & great plumbing skills, he also has a VERY IMPRESSIVE beard! I would totally add 5 more stars to this review just in honor of his beard.

Had a leak outside by the hose bib and had a guy named Chris Cartem come and fix it. He made me feel at ease and explained everything carefully. The price was fair and the work was done well. I love the fact that the initial Inspection was free and I will be using this company in the future and recommend that you do the same.

Aaron was professional, responsive, answered all of our questions and did exactly what he promised. Our expectations were exceeded without breaking the bank. Kyle with Second Opinion Plumbing removed our old broken water heater, installed a tankless water heater, fixed some plumbing in the garage, and installed a backyard mister system. The work was perfect. He was professional, quick, easy to work with. I really appreciated how quick he responded to our need and how he explained everything. I'm very happy with the service and certainly plan to use him and Second Opinion Plumbing for any future plumbing issues.

Second Opinion Plumbing provides expert service, at a very reasonable price. We originally hired them initially to install a tank-less water heater and water softener. Upon inspection it was decided that our plumbing was dated and needed to be replaced. The crew worked tirelessly the entire day, all the while being extremely polite and professional. The results were fantastic and we are now enjoying the luxury provided through their hard work. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I thought I needed a new water heater as my water was not getting hot and my current heater is almost 13 years old. I wanted information on a tankless system. Jessie arrived early (which was welcome!) and examined my current set up. He advised given the number of bathrooms and how my current system is plumbed that 1 tankless system would not be enough--I would need two. He advised I get a standard system (for a lot less money). He then noted my thermostatic valve and noticed that the water was coming out superhot from my 13 year old water heater based on feeling the outflow pipe. He made an adjustment to the thermostatic valve and presto, we have hot water again! He charged me nothing for the visit. It's hard to find this degree of honesty, integrity, and customer service in the service industries these days but today's visit with Jessie restored some faith. He literally saved me many thousands of dollars. When the old water heater eventually goes, I know who I'm calling to replace it! Thanks Jessie and Second Opinion!

I could not be happier with my service from Second Opinion. I had a bit of an emergency since an irrigation valve broke in my front yard. I rent part of the property out so it was imperative that I get it resolved immediately to get my water back on.

Their plumbing tech Charles was fantastic. They were booked out but he squeezed me in same day since it was an emergency. He looked it over and since he had the parts available and was able to to dig it up, cut out, and cap the pipe in about 30 min, he did it at no charge likely saving me hundreds of dollars.

That service and honesty means a lot and Second Opinion will be my first call when I need any and all projects done in the future! I can't really share the work since the valve was removed and the cap burried, but I'm really happy with everything!

I called on June 28,2024 to inquire about a new water heater. I expected to wait several days as my current water heater was still working. They scheduled me for that day between 1:00 - 12:00. Chris, from Second Opinion called within 5 minutes! He would be here by 10:00!

He arrived, answered ALL my questions. I made my decision and he left to go pick up the new water heater. He came back and installed it. Chris is very knowledgeable, personable, helpful, and efficient! I will recommend this company (and Chris) to all my family and friends!
