Leo and Logan are a stellar team! They are professional but friendly- and funny - , and leave your place clean. I highly recommend them: they know what they are doing and do it well.

It was a great experience getting our new Green Fusion water softener from Cure All Plumbing. Scheduling was smooth and quick and the techs were very professional and competent.

We had a leak on a valve I had no experience with and Frank D. came explained what the valve was and what the plan to repair/replace was. He made the repairs in a timely fashion.

I noticed a leak a few days later and called the office. Frank came back and took care of the issue (it was just a o-ring joint that didn’t seat properly).

I would recommend Frank and Cure All because they take the time to explain their work plan and are very responsive if any issues turn up.

We had Tyree Wiley come and reset our toilet and did some repairs on the flange. He was so pleasant and professional! He also had a great sense of humor and worked with a smile! We will definitely recommend him and the company!

Cure All Plumbing technician Robert Torres performed wax ring and fill valve replacements on two toilets. Robert was absolutely excellent, professional, customer-oriented, and caring! He not only did an excellent job, but took the time to make sure every aspect was done perfectly. He also answered all of our questions thoroughly. When he was finished, he made sure to completely clean everything.

One of their drivers needs to learn how to use their turn signal, especially when making an abrupt lane change in front of cars. Also, no brake lights working on the truck. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Driving on the freeway with my kids. Their truck was super bothered I wasn’t going over the speed limit. RUDE DRIVERS!

Not sure how the plumbing is but one of their guys kept cutting me off in traffic.

They did not clean up after they were done and left the site a disaster. Poor craftsmanship and work ethics.

Epic plumbing arrived promptly and solved my plumbing issues in a clean professional manner. I will recommend Epic plumbing to anyone with plumbing issues.

They didn't come out the first time like they said they would. The second time they couldn't find the water heater and didn't even bother to ask where it was. They left since he couldn't find it. I definitely would not use this company again.

Saw a guy with a left earring driving an Epic Plumbing F150 throw a lit cigarette out his window on Rittenhouse this morning. Pretty gross behavior.

Had an appointment between 10-2. Called them at 2 because no had showed or called. They said they got backed up and got sides tracked. Had to cancel my appointment because I was going to miss work if I waited longer.
