Let me tell you the tale of Zack S.—the plumbing demigod who descended from the heavens (or maybe phoenix) to smite my busted water heater with the fury of a thousand unclogged toilets.

At precisely “the night before”, my old water heater decided it had seen enough of this world and went out in a blaze of mediocrity—leaking like a toddler with no bedtime and zero regrets. I called Arid Valley Plumbing and whispered, “Help,” into the phone like I was in a horror movie.

Enter: Zack S.
Not “a plumber.”
Not “a technician.”
But a mythical creature forged in the molten core of a Home Depot and raised by sentient wrenches.

He didn’t knock—he appeared. One moment my hallway was empty, the next he was standing there, holding a toolbox that glowed faintly and smelled like victory. He looked at the water heater, nodded once, and muttered, “I’ve trained for this.”

In exactly 72 minutes, he exorcised the spirit of my old unit, installed a new one, and left no trace he was ever there… except for the smell of fresh plumbing and the faint sound of jazz flute echoing in the distance.

My house is now 6% more valuable. My tap water tastes like optimism. My neighbor asked me if I’d started doing yoga—I haven’t. That’s just the Zack Effect.

If I ever have another plumbing issue, I’m not calling Arid Valley. I’m lighting a ceremonial scented candle, standing in a circle of pipe fittings, and chanting “Zack S.” until he reappears in a puff of plumber’s putty.

We are extremely pleased with the service we received. We called our home warranty around 6:30 a.m. and by 8: 30 a.m. I was getting a contact that someone was on their way to my house. Although I wasn't home I made everything available for the tech and he came in and took care of both of my needs. Leaving with me now. Having hot water and a brand new faucet in my bathroom which was leaking. Jordan was amazing. The service I got was outstanding. AHS has always taken care of our needs.

This company was assigned by my Home Warranty for water heater problem, they came to the house then inspected the unit and recommended replacement of the water heater. Even that the Warranty company covered the replacement of the water heater they charge you an additional $700 flat rate for "modifications". No modifications were made to the existing water lines and everything was reused except for the drain pan. Tried contacting them about the supposed extra work not performed and that was still charged, and no answer was provided by Arid Valley Plumbing as of this day.

When calamity struck mine keep and the pipes did roar like dragons in the deep, the guild’s champions arrived with haste. These stalwart plumbers, armored in tools and craft, did vanquish the watery foe with precision most noble. Not a leak nor drip remained after their valorous work.

AV Plumbing serviced my home pursuant to a home warranty work order, and did an adequate job. However, I discovered an urgent plumbing issue in need of repair after they completed their work. I filed multiple service requests with the home warranty company, and AV Plumbing was assigned to return every time. And, each time, they refused to comply, cancelling the request out. I tried my best to communicate with AV Plumbing directly to resolve the problem, but they ignored those communications as well. While I can't know the motivation for the unprofessional behavior, I am reasonably certain that it has caused damage to my home that I will be seeking redress for.

AV Plumbing was assigned by our a Home Warranty company to replace our garbage disposal the technician came out replaced it with a very loud garbage disposal. He said he was going to check the water pressure came back in the house from the main line and said we almost have too much pressure we need a valve regulator that they had a sale going for $950. We own this house since 2008 never have we been told that. But okay I priced the part it is less than $100. You can do the math we decided not to go with them and in return they submitted the information to the home warranty company what happened to integrity

I called Avid Valley Plumbing in desperation needing my sewer line replace and not having it for days already, Arid Plumbing showed up in the morning of July 3rd and did not leave until the job was completed and back filled , we had bathrooms again!! Everyone that I had contact with exceeded my expectations and I couldn't be more happy!!

Tyler came out to a service plumbing issue i had been having for a few weeks and was very professional and quick to get the job done.

AHS warranty called Arid Valley to come out for a leaking bathroom sink. Mario was the technician, and you couldn’t ask for anyone better. Communication, the work, and cleanup was top notch. Arid should be proud to have Mario as a team member!!

Shady company against our good judgment, we tried them through our home warranty..
Immediately they started with the modification up charge nonsense ..
Trying to charge $500 for $25 copper flex pipes..

OUTSTANDING SERVICE - from initial appointment setting to our repair, everyone was fantastic. Our technician, Jordan, was incredibly thorough and I can't say enough for the level of care he provided. He really advocated for us - the company even provided an extra service that our home warranty refused to cover as we had an ongoing issue. Arid Plumbing truly went above and beyond!!!
