Scheduled a appointment online to inspect a gas line to water heater at a rental property. Technician showed up on time and discovered my problem in 5 minutes. Did not charge me for their time or service. These guys will get all my future business.

“I cannot recommend Arid Valley Plumbing, especially when working through a home warranty. They demanded $550 “modification fees” for installing my water heater, even though my existing waterlines and T&P valve connections are fully functional.
The technician pressured me to provide my credit card information while my water heater was still dangerously humming, with the power on and the house disconnected from water. Without that credit card information, he could not proceed. He also never provided a detailed written explanation of the so-called modification charges he would apply to my card. A licensed plumber neighbor later confirmed that no modifications were necessary.
After reading review after review and learning that I am not the only one this has happened to, I decided to call my home warranty company and ask for a cash-out option. I want to send a strong message to RILEY OWENS, the CEO of Arid Valley Plumbing: GREED is an UGLY thing and your money-grab policy has brought you zero here — zero business from my home to your bank account.” -
Jordan came out to our house within 30 minutes of calling after our whole houses plumbing stopped working. He was able to get it fixed in under an hour and was very kind and communicative the whole time. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Tyler came out to fix my toilet. He was running a bit behind and was very apologetic. He came in fixed everything fast and efficiently. Great customer service!!

Amazing reputable company! Everyone is super friendly Mr Sharp helped me with everything I needed and was so respectful

Shawn Callaway is an excellent plumber. He is a problem solver and is very fair in pricing. I highly recommend!

Complete scam on work and pricing. Same situation as other Home Warranty complaints here on Google, charging for modifications that are unnecessary and basic process of an install, also using my old original parts and charging for new. Check out the photo of the exhaust vent, all the original venting parts except for that small piece of aluminum at the top that cost me $200, seems reasonable... right?!? This is all part of a $650 install scam for unnecessary so called modifications. Side note it took them 14 days to pull this robbery. Worst plumbing company practices in the valley stay clear from this so called business.

Riley was fast to provide bid, and complete the job. He provided an estimate for the repair as he was unsure what he might find behind the walls, and he kept to the low end of the bid all said and done. Needed a lower drain pipe put in due to the new and deeper sink the p trap would not work as it previously was positioned. Riley made sure everything with the sink and drain flowed well. Pleased with the work completed. Riles said they do not do the patch work, so I textured and patched the cuts myself after he was completed. I am about two months in and so far the sink and pipes drain well. Thanks Riley!

I had a leak in the kitchen at one of my rental properties so I reached out to Arid Valley Plumbing. The technician, Mario, was very helpful and installed a new faucet quickly and for a great price. Thanks!

Want to give a huge shout out to Av plumbing. Had a slab leak in the ground surfacing in my kitchen.
The technician came out verified the leak location and offered me a fair price to route the line over head. Everything was done in a 24 hour period. They cleaned up after themselves and got my water up and running for me and my family. -
Zach H was very professional and pleasant. It is clear he knew his stuff and he helped out as best he could due to warranty restrictions.
An asset to your company! -
Zack S was really great! He was polite and helpful. He explained things to me in a way I understood but really tried to go above and beyond to help me out. I would definitely ask him to come back to take care of any other plumbing issues I might have.
-
Mario is truly an asset. He was courteous, efficient and got the job done with no issues. I will definitely be calling Arid Valley for any future plumbing repairs. Thanks again!

SCAM ALERT!!! Avoid this company at all costs, especially if they are assigned through a home warranty provider. They attempted to charge an additional $800 for "Modifications" allegedly not covered by my AHS plan. So happy I got a second opinion and found out they were full of it.

Shawn Callaway was my service technician and he did a re route. He did an amazing job doing the work in a timely manner as well as explaining how the whole repair process went and left the work area clean and tidy when he left.

Had a great experience with a last minute emergency appointment with Dustin on a Sunday. Amazing communication, thorough explanations and tips, and took care of everything quickly for us, our manufacturers warranty, and home insurance!

Our new water heater was not installed properly by Arid Valley and the tech damaged our brand new pedestal. I called Arid Valley for 9 days straight and was always told by the very nice women who answer the phone "we are sending Drylux to fix the pedestal." No calls, no dispatch. Every time I called these nice ladies said "our manager has definitely called Drylux, we don't know what the hold up is." Today, now 2 weeks after install and damage, I called and spoke to someone claiming to be a manager named Mike, who literally LAUGHED at me and told me the pedestal was already damaged before they installed and they weren't going to fix it. He basically called me a liar, talked over me the entire time and was completely unprofessional. I had to call our warranty company to send a different company to come and install the water heater correctly and fix the pedestal. This is the company ever sent by our warranty company - in the 8 years we have lived here and had that warranty we've never experienced a problem like this nor has any contractor ever spoken to us like Mike did. Disgusting.

I had a water heater installed a year and half ish ago. Come to find out it had a slow leak, water heaters in arizona are kept outside in a closet, so I did not notice this sooner. I had a different plumber come out and was told it was a bad install. Arid valley is ignoring me on this. I also now have mold. Be careful.

Had a great experience with Bobby today. He came out due to a leak in the ceiling of our master bathroom and spent a lot of time carefully inspecting the attic to find the source of the leak which was in a very tough spot to get to and was very tricky to find because it was such small dripping leak. I think most plumbers wouldn’t have been able to find it and would have assumed it was a roof leak.
Because Bobby was so persistent and patient he was able to find the leak and then complete the entire repair same day on the first visit. Very impressed and highly recommended! -
I would not recommend this company at all! We had them come out to fix a water heater and it ended up needing to be replaced. So they came back out and the guy hooked it up and turned on the water and flooded the laundry room because of one of the lines he put together failed. So he told us wait 2 hours and try it again, so we waited 3 hours and sure enough it broke again, flooding the laundry room for a second time. Fast forward a couple weeks after they fixed it and the breaker tripped and the brand new water heater almost caught the house on fire! Called this morning (after being without hot water for 2 days) and was told to call my warranty company again and the soonest they could get me on the schedule is Wednesday! Do not waste your time or money with this company!
