Our water heater was leaking and not heating the water. Dekota returned my call within minutes and scheduled us for same day service. We had a new water heater and hot water by 6 pm! Thank you Dekota and Dallas!

Dennis came out for a quick repair. He came out the same day to fix a leaky faucet for us and was very professional and knowledgeable and very kind.

Dennis was very fast and efficient with diagnosing the issue with my plumbing. He also did a great job of communicating the issue to me as well which was much appreciated!

Dennis sent teenager son to replace water supply. I did NOT ask him to tighten bolts on toilet seat. Called Dennis to loosen bolts (nothing more) so I could remove toilet seat like before. No response for over 2-1/2wks and then only because he saw my negative reviews. Hired a real plumber to fix it. Needed to use elec hacksaw to remove @cost of $100. Threads totally stripped & damaged. Do not hire Verde as They are unreliable people. In answer to your response, 21 is pretty close to being a teenager. My math tells me that is only TWO years. Why did his kid have to use his cellphone to look for directions on how to do the job the whole time? Inexperience, that's why. Again, I did NOT ask him to tighten the bolts on toilet seat. Green and his kid are the ONLY people who ever worked on this toilet until I had to hire someone else to hacksaw the bolts off of it. No one else has even entered my home since his kid did this repair. No one! The kid probably thought he was doing me a favor because I prefer the bolts be loose enough for me to remove by myself with my bare hands, which I have done dozens of times in the past 21 years. I never AUTHORIZED him to tighten the toilet seat bolts. His kid did it on his own. I have receipts of all plumbers I have used in the past (for other types of jobs, not toilets) and not one ever worked on this toilet except Green in 2023 for innards and the water supply this time. I have arthritic hands and shoulder, and there is no way I could have tightened them myself, with or without tools. I would have needed an electric drill, which I do not own, and cannot use anyway because of medical device implant I have in my chest. The kid is probably scared that he made a mistake and that he has to pay $100 to rectify the situation. One question Green never answered is why he waited 2-1/2 weeks to respond to my inquiry, and then only after receiving negative reviews? His ad says he is "available 24/7." Not! Probably because he is guilty and didn't know how to weasel his way out of paying me for his kid's disaster. I am a 75 YO senior living on a fixed income. I refuse to pay for his kid's ineptitude. Kid definitely needs training before sending him on REAL jobs. His kid needs to learn that you should admit your mistakes and rectify them quickly and not hide like his father did by refusing to call me back. Like father, like son. Again, I would NOT use this unlicensed contractor for any type of work.
