Dennis over at Verde Plumbing Co went above and beyond my expectations when I needed a plumber. I had a sink that was clogged and initially thought I needed to have it cleared. Dennis showed up and figured out that I would need to replace my drain line. Not only did he complete the work in a timely manner, but he did it at a price that was much more logical compared to the other quotes I got. I can't recommend Dennis enough. Great work, great service, and actually true to his word.

Dennis is awesome. He received our work order on Wednesday and did not have any openings until the weekend but he knew our situation and made a way to come to us on Thursday morning. He was so helpful, he made sure we were well informed of what was going on. He walked us through everything he was going to do. He went out of his way to make sure our facilities were all back up and running. Hard worker, who is truly doing what he does to help family’s everyday. Our warranty company disappointed us, but Dennis did not! He was a tremendous blessing to our family all of our facilities are up and running, thank you Dennis.

I went through my home warranty company for a water heater leak and was very specific to them about wanting a quality plumber based on other bad experiences with home warranty contractors.

Well they sent the best! My husband and I had nothing but good communication and interaction with Dennis/the owner. He was thorough and explained the home warranty process very well to us, in getting our old water heater replaced.

He went above and beyond and told us to call him as soon as the new water heater was delivered to call him and he would be out SAME DAY to fix and replace. I was amazed, his customer service is above and beyond, he was a pleasure to work for during a time when you go through home repairs it helps to have someone efficient, communicative, professional, polite and thorough. He does excellent work and also had excellent customer service.

The owner Dennis is super solid, honest, and did a great thing in the community. We have senior citizen and retired Nurse Practitioner that is widowed and on a budget. Just lost her brother. Dennis decided to look at the dripping faucet on the individuals home and just replaced it. The why is our senior citizen are take advantage some times. Also Dennis served our country and he's passionate about helping and being honest in our communities. Hire this company and refer the small business. You will be very appreciative. Dennis was fantastic! We will definitely use him as our plumber going forward. He responded quickly on a Saturday to replace our water heater. He is professional, courteous, punctual, and his pricing was very reasonable.

Unfortunately I will not be able to recommend Dennis with Verde Plumbing. Verde Plumbing was assigned by my home warranty company to fix a leak in the bathtub faucet and a leak under a bathroom sink. Everything started off just fine and Dennis got me on the schedule right away. I was optimistic based on his good reviews. However, my experience was anything but good. After he did his assessment he recommended a referral for a restoration company Eco-Dry. After looking at the reviews for Eco-Dry that were poor I declined to have them come to my home. I asked Dennis to please just fix the plumbing leak issues and if our home required any further evaluation I could handle that on my own. At that point Dennis' attitude changed. He did not respond to messages in a timely manner. It is my belief that Dennis has a referral program with Eco-Dry and gets some type of incentive for each referral. After days of going back and forth Dennis decided he was not even going to come back out to my home and quit the job. I was able to get another plumber to come out and they were able to get the job done in a professional manner and with no issues whatsoever. Dennis tried to use scare tactics of saying he may have to bust open walls and floors when it was simply just replacing a bathtub faucet that had failed. He never even addressed the leak under the bathroom sink. I would not work with Verde Plumbing in the future, cannot recommend, and hope that American Home Shield investigates his referral partner relationship with Eco-Dry. Trying to turn a small job into an entire restoration job involving insurance providers is not ethical.

Reliable, honest, fair, responsible priced. It’s hard to find these qualities, but Dennis was all of these. I will recommend him to anyone in need of plumbing services. I received quotes before and I’m grateful I found him, because not only did it save me money but he was quick, and professional. Thank you Dennis.

Dennis and Verde plumbing were amazing, and professional from start to finish. We just purchased our home and ran into a big problem with our plumbing, needing to be completely replaced. Dennis came out, assessed our problem and by the end of our conversation I knew he was our guy. He started promptly and completed a big project in under a weeks time. I was very impressed by his work and communication skills, he always kept us updated on what was going and what to expect on a daily basis. There were no surprises and he completed the job in the time that was originally given to us from the start. Dennis was AMAZING! My garbage disposal has been on the blink for at least 2 weeks. The Home warranty company approved the replacement of the disposal this past Wednesday. It’s now Sunday. By the time the HW Company sent the work order to Dennis on Saturday (separate story) the store was closed. He made it a priority to come and place on Sunday. The HW Company said he was close. I’m in Scottsdale and he’s in Mesa. I have a great new garbage disposal! Yay!! He’s been knowledgeable, courteous, professional and treated my home with care…

Dennis serviced my rental property. My old water heater suffered some irreparable damage so he replaced the new thing in a timely manner and even added in a drip pan and brought it up to code.

Had plumbing issues and my home warranty company sent in VERDE PLUMBING CO LLC to fix the issues. Dennis was kind, knowledgeable, communicative, provided fast service and replaced bad items with good quality products.

5+ stars. Dennis is very professional. He repaired the exterior water leak. Replaced pipes and installed new shut-off valve and hose bib. He also replaced a hose bib in the backyard. I was extremely pleased to have found a true plumbing professional. I highly recommend him.

Dennis came out for a water heater issue. He was very professional and personable. Dennis saw that it was not a major problem and did not try to up sell us to do more than was needed. He also checked in to make sure we had no further issues the next day. I would recommend him without hesitation.

Verde Plumbing delivered amazing service. He was assigned to us through our home warranty and responded within minutes of being assigned. He quickly diagnosed our problem and not only worked with our home warranty to get a new water heater approved quickly, but he also contacted a company on our behalf to help us with the water damage. Our home warranty sadly kept making errors when ordering the new water heater. Dennis kept in contact with me several times a day to let me know the status and worked repeatedly with the home warranty to make our new water heater happen. He was finally able to get it late on a Friday afternoon and stayed late to finish it since we hadn't had hot water in days. We have used Good Star three times so far in our plumbing journey in our 1976 home. They are knowledgeable in the piping and patient and understanding as we navigated the financial situation. Each technician we've had visit us is cordial and personable, even going as far as to interact with our toddler. We plan on continuing using their services in the future.

Paul Navarette was friendly, knowledgeable, and showed how to fix the problem if it ever happened again. We have a waterless tank. He was so nice and went above and beyond. It was an easy fix and there was no charge. I was so happy.
