Requested and received an estimate for a new hot water heater installation. Paul Navarrette and Nate Navarrette came out right away and gave me a good estimate. Even though the estimate wasn't the lowest that I received from other companies, it was their honesty and professionalism that convinced me that Gold Star was the company to go with. They set a quick date, showed up on time and I am very happy with the service.

Michael Malone arrived much earlier than the estimated time and found the main pipe leak quickly. He was very professional. He procured high quality materials and worked diligently to make the necessary repairs. The price was also fair. I will definitely use Gold Star again.

We were on a tight timeline and needed some complicated plumbing work completed quickly. Vincent arrived on-site exactly when he said he would and walked the job with us. He gave a rough quote on the spot, and that quote ended up being the exact amount we were billed — no surprises. This was a complex web of 50 year old cast iron and copper drains for an upper floor as well as the new bathroom being remodeled.
When he showed up in a clean white shirt, clean pants, and a festive Christmas hat, I honestly thought, “He doesn’t look like he’s ready for dirty cast iron sewer drain work.” But the next day, he and Chris came prepared, got right to work, and completed the entire project in one day.
It would have been best to list the labor separate from the materials after the job is complete. Next time try and separate your labor rates on your actual invoices. Your accounting/billing system (Service Titan) will allow you to do that. I know time spent waiting for parts at the supply houses in Flagstaff take time and are always billed at the same rate.
They did show up as scheduled, and clearly had the experience needed for a job like this. We will definitely use them again.

I had my tube repaired in my guest bathroom by the technician Steven Celestino. He was very professional and knowledgeable about everything he was going to do. Also save me some money in the process. Very good service provided here.

Gold Star has won my heart! Their service technicians recently spent nearly two weeks at my house completing four plumbing projects--two major repairs (Clearance of drain obstruction with HydroJet and re-routing of shower drain) and two installations (Refrigerator water connection and Reverse Osmosis water filtration system)--and it was a pleasure and a privilege to have them here. Every member of the crew who participated in the work was knowledgeable, conscientious, resourceful, and professional, as well as personable, thoughtful, diligent, and focussed as they carried out their work. My first contact with the company was Cody Morgan who came by to do the initial assessment and diagnosis, and he was extremely thorough and efficient, performing the work expeditiously and keeping me informed in a clear, complete, direct, and good-natured manner. Rey Garza and Brendan Torres then carried out and completed all four projects, all the while keeping me apprised of their progress, advising me of any complications that occurred or that they anticipated, and always working determinedly toward the objective. Moreover, they were very neat and clean, both in their personal appearance and in their regard for the job site. I also met Jake Lambros, who stopped by one day to deliver some parts so that Rey and Brendan could complete the task at hand. We have one more project for Gold Star, which I believe they will be completing in the near future, and I very much look forward to seeing them again. The quality of their workmanship is exceeded only by the extraordinary level of their work ethic and the refreshing authenticity of their humanity. These technicians stand alone among contemporary tradesmen;rather, they are reminiscent of those I recall from my childhood. They will be my plumbers for life, and I bless them every one!

Michael M was on time and had excellent communication. Michael was polite as well as efficient in explaining the differences in garbage disposals. We highly recommend Michael his people skills are on point and made us feel confident in his skill and knowledge of equipment as well as his technique. Five Star Service all the way around!

Logan did great! I highly recommend. We are definitely going to use him for our water softener install!

Time in life is something you Just can’t buy more of, my life is extremely busy, So the 15 minute call ahead was greatly appreciated. upon arrival, he jumped right into The work that Was agreed upon the telephone. At the time of completion, he didn’t try toupcharge me like so many other plumbers

in the past. So that being said, I highly recommend this company.

I woke up to a puddle in front of the fridge and saw the water line in the back was leaking. I called Premier Plumbing and they sent Logan out. He got there in an hour and had the problem diagnosed and fixed right away. Very pleasant, knowledgeable and fair. I highly recommend Premium Plumbing and Logan. BTW, it was his Birthday and he was still working!!!

This was my first time using this company. I called in New Years Eve and got an appointment the next day. He was able to come even earlier than the appointment. I had a leak in my main line coming from the street to the house. Brandon shows up and was very professional, and got on the job right away. It was fixed and house was back with water in about 3 hours. I’d recommend Brandon and this company to anyone.
