Michael completed an exemplary repair and UPGRADE of our basement sump pump. (A smelly job at best.)
He arrived very timely both visits, had a happy, positive attitude and discussed the work in great, and much appreciated, detail both before and after the work.

Cody did an excellent job fixing the mess left by a previous plumber. He could have easily charged me for the repair but took care of it for free, which really speaks to his integrity and character. He explained everything clearly, offered thoughtful ideas, and gave me a fair quote for another project worth around $3,000. It’s clear he’s experienced and takes pride in his work—he treats your home like it’s his own. You might find cheaper options, but Cody just felt right. He’s a true professional, and I highly recommend him.

We had a clogged sewer line. Michael K. came out and was able to locate where the clog was. It was in a difficult spot to get to. The next day he and Chris K. came back with a Jetter and a were able to clear an area of the clog so at least the sewer water would flow . They then ran a camera through the line and discovered the pipe is crumbling and would need to be replaced.
They were on time, very thorough and very knowledgeable. They will be crediting us for the diagnostic toward the repair. We will be moving forward with the repair shortly.

Paul and Nate were great--courteous, professional, and skilled. Their work to unclog my kitchen drain was excellent. The company charges a fixed price for jobs, so $386 for 45 minutes seemed excessive. Perhaps a fairer way to do it would be a tiered fixed price scheme based on actual time spent (<1 hour, 1-2 hours, >2 hours). Despite my price complaint, I was very happy with the service.

Jake and Brendon came out and were very professional, courteous and explained my problem well. I was very happy and satisfied with the work and enjoyed learning about my water heater. They took the time and effort to make sure everything was working well and that we were satisfied. I will definitely use Gold Star again, if/when I need them! Thanks!

Since my husband is unable now to take care of the house, it falls on me... but I don't know because I've never had to do it. I appreciate Michael taking time to explain things so I can understand and he answered all my questions. The call today is the second time Gold Star has been out. I'm glad my neighbor suggested I give you a call.

We had a complete sewer blockage on December 23rd, that resulted in an emergency call to have a plumber come out, we were quoted any where between $1,300-$14,000 for a full fix plus $250 that day. After the plumbers left we were never able to get ahold of them again, so we called Gold Star based on the Google reviews, and we are so happy we did, they did a free inspection for us and gave a real diagnosis for backup/blockage in the line. Turns out we have construction debris in our lines that had over time caused an almost complete blockage, the first tech out was Tony and he advised on next steps, and even saved us $ by not selling us extra services, he explained everything well and even showed us on the camera what was happening. Gold Star was able to provide a plumber same day we called and was able to return to complete work within one week, after speaking with the office for payment options we were able to come up with a payment installation plan that worked with our budget as well. Tony and Nate showed up on time gave plenty of notice when to expect them and completed all work in under the estimated timeframe. Everyone has been kind and compassionate regarding our situation, and extremely professional. 10/10 would recommend and use again. Thank You

"Uhoh! We will take care of you" Says Anthony from Gold Star as I finished explaining my neighbor's 1939 hot rod took off from across the street without him in it in first gear racing across and over my front yard cleanout bellying and crushing my yard line. I'd originally gotten inspections & estimates from Diamondback plumbing and Parker & Son's. I was able to have the trench excavated for 1/10th of what Gold Stars competition on top of this Paul with Gold Star gives me a free camera inspection and has Anthony replace my front line, add an additional clean out, and gets Rey to jet the entire line and then Anthony went thru and walked me thru the camera to each and every fixture's drain pipe to ensure it was clear and ready to use explained clearly what could be an issue in the future. He took time to explain to have the trench filled partially with sand along with Copper Sulfate to combat roots and stabilize the staked down newly installed line. Paul Navarrette and his helper was a great experience meeting these two and the price Paul wrote up and worked out for me included multiple camera inspections, complete hydro jetting, two new riser and clean outs and a yard of pipe with rebar and stakes I'm confident it'll last a lifetime especially since Anthony the sewer guy explained to use Sand when I backfill the trench and pipe.

Micheal Malone is the plumber who removed an old water softener and hauling it away. He then put in an attachment securing the lines. This makes it very easy to install a new softener when the time comes. He is with Gold Star Plumbing & Drain who responded to my request quickly. In this case, the next day. The price to do that was very reasonable and there is a two year warranty on the work performed today. I would definitely recommend Gold Star Plumbing to everyone who needs any kind of Plumbing service. Thank you Michael Malone and Gold Star Plumbing.

Gold star has helped me with several plumbing needs as well as Michael, who is very conscientious and very good at what he does. The most recent incident was a clogged kitchen sink within an hour. He had it all fixed, made sure that it wasn’t a major leak and was on his way. I can only say that I will continue to call Goldstar for their excellence service.

My water heater was leaking and Jake Lambros came out the same day within a few hours of my call. The unit was under warranty and Jake promptly picked up a new unit, hauled away the old unit, and plumbed all new up-to-code piping as well as took care of the warranty part. 5/5 stars. Cody Morgan came out to replace a part in our water softener that was causing a pipe to drip. He did a great job and even went above and beyond to help us out with other plumbing issues we are having. He explained everything very well and was very helpful and courteous. I recently had the pleasure of working with Michael Malone from Gold Star Plumbing, and the experience was excellent. Michael was right on time, provided stellar customer service, and carefully explained every step of the process. He not only resolved the main issue but also offered helpful suggestions for another potential concern. I would definitely recommend Gold Star Plumbing and Michael as a technician.

The service technician was friendly and courteous. I recently found out that my previous plumber did not install my water heater properly. It was not to code. Paul drained my tank and reinstalled the water heater properly. He did a nice clean job. They did such a nice job, we had them back.
We needed 2 new faucets and drains installed in our bathroom. They took care of the installation including new shutoff valves. Everything turned out great, and was superior to our old system by a lot.

My family and I contacted Gold Star this past June to get a full plumbing inspection for a home we wanted to purchase. Gold Star quickly got us on their schedule and they sent out two gentleman named Anthony and Jake. Anthony quickly got to work on the exterior of the home while Jake began his inspection inside the home.

After the inspection was completed, we got to go over the details personally with the team and get their professional status report on the condition of the homes plumbing. We received great news, no damage aside from a failing water softener.

We ended up purchasing the home and moving in on July 9th. We reached back out to Gold Star to get the water softener replaced and Gold Star once again provided us with exceptional customer service and a great price compared to the other licensed plumbers. During the install I was at work but their installer named Rey was extremely kind and professional to my girlfriend and our daughter. He personally called me after the install was completed to let me know it was finished and to tell me how to service the new system. Rey also had to retrofit the new system and he did amazing work and the lines are all smooth and tight. We can 100% tell the difference in the water quality and we are thankful once again to Gold Star for their fair pricing and for the quality service they provide to their community.
