They took time to listen to my concerns and when asked about possibly installing a faucet, not part of today's service, it did not matter how busy they were today, they installed the faucet as requested. Responded to our service request. He performed a full house plumbing inspection and flushed/cleaned our water heater. He was very professional, friendly, and patient. He listened and answered the plethora of questions/stories I told him to as I followed him around our home. (Obviously, I don’t get out much.) Scott was very kind to this elderly customer. I look forward to seeing him again.

Scott, helped me with the tankless water heater I didn’t know much about it. Scott explained everything and did a amazing job. great customer service skills and knowledge and easy to have a conversation with all around great experience.

Big thanks to Kyle for getting our annual service complete. We had a question about how well the anode was doing and whether we needed a replacement, Kyle pulled the rod and checked for us and shared a photo. We quickly chatted through some remaining questions and wrapped up the service. Thanks again Kyle, appreciate the explanation, speed and professionalism.

Saxon did a great job with our plumbing repair. He also looked over plumbing work from a handy man and located a cross threaded pipe that would have flooded into our wall if we used that faucet, which we thankfully hadn't used yet. Overall, he patiently spent his time at our house making sure we were taken care of!

Great install and garage disposal works much better than the original we had installed. Purchased a higher HP one from Amazon and was installed the next day. Nice chatting with Francisco and Joseph as they were very kind and knowledgeable. Appreciate you all!

I just had Scott out to help with some plumbing needs. He walked me through all my options and made me incredibly comfortable with my decision. He successfully assisted with a toilet and he replaced my hot water heater. He was helpful, patient and efficient. I highly recommend him!

Francisco Vega was my plumber and he was outstanding. He showed up exactly when he said he was going to, identified the problem and fixed it with exceptional craftsmanship. I will be asking for him on all my plumbing jobs going forward.

Kylle technician came to fix my sewage pump that was not working right. He was very professional and knowledgeble on his work. He kept me inform each step during the installation. The new pump works well and aslo company guranteed their work. Customer Service Isaiah was also done a great job on supporting customer on any questions make me feel confortable working with the company. I will use this company again on any future plumbing.

Saxon was amazing to work with. There were some shipping delays of the part that was needed to fix our hot water tankless system (not his fault) and he was always so helpful and responsive when we had any questions throughout the process. When the part did get in, Saxon came over right away even though it was after hours so we could have hot water again. Super friendly guy!

Scott & TK are friendly, professional, knowledgeable & efficient. I highly recommend them/this company. The company even called me back to explain the meter results, just to make sure I understood everything. They called in another company to get an opinion if other work outside scope needed to be done - for free! Communication is excellent between everyone. Good job!

TK and Scott did a fabulous job of getting our toilet up and working again without it wobbling back and forth. Everything in the tank is brand new also! They made sure everything was clean before leaving. They were friendly and polite! Looks like we found our new plumbers!

We needed our kitchen sink replaced. It was an odd size, I had several companies come to see if they could replace it. No one could or really even try to find one. Kylle at Benjamin Franklin found one!!! He went above and beyond helping us! Within 3 days we had our new sink in. And we love it. We could not ask for a better experience. Kylle was in constant contact with us on what he had found and how it would work for us. 💯 recommend Benjamin Franklin plumbing.

Francisco was amazing. I was able to call this morning to schedule same day service for a clogged kitchen sink. Francisco answered all of our questions and explained everything going on. We were able to get our disposal replaced and he ensured the pipes were clean. 10/10 service I’m thrilled to have a plumber I trust now.

Fantastic service. Hot water heater working. Leaking at the bottom. Francisco came to the house. We thoroughly discussed my options. Decided tankless system was my best option. Francisco was able to replace entire system the same day. His work was outstanding. He completed the install in under 5 hours and left my garage cleaner than when he started. I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin for your plumbing needs. Quality work for reasonable price. I've attached photos of the finished install.

Kylle came out to correct an issue with the previous installation of a water softener where the installer placed the drain line on the exterior wall about 6 feet up, it looked terrible.

Kylle was amazing, he was able to move my drain line for my water softener inside our garage, so it wasn’t visible from the street at all, & he did that in less than an hour. He was so professional, & answered every question. I recommend this company for sure, they stand behind their work & want their customers to be happy. Ask for Kylle to be your installer he is awesome!!!

Absolutely amazing! This company I used because they had great reviews... came out same day, Scott was so professional, knowledgeable, and took his time explaining every detail to me. I couldn't be more happy with their service. Even their schedulers were great! Not scripted, just genuinely sincere and professional! Sadly not too many companies are like that anymore. I'm a forever customer. I won't call anyone else !
