I had problems with water hammering. I called Lawson Family Plumbing after seeing high ratings. Brook answered and was polite and efficient. She scheduled a tech for the same day. Kam was the technician that came out and diagnosed a high probability I needed to replace the pressure vacuum breaker on my irrigation due to the possibility it was introducing air into the home water supply. I approved the work and Kam came out the next day to replace the valve. He did quality work and it seems to have solved my problem.

Levi came on a Sunday for an emergency sink leak and helped us fix the issue without overcharging. We also had a water pressure valve installed and were happy with the quick and reliable service! Would recommend and use this company again.

Terrific service from Lawson Plumbing. We’ve had minor plumbing issues pop up over the years that kept needing to be revisited, including a water hammer that never seemed to be resolved. From the initial call to the office to the service completion, every person we engaged with was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Sean came out, quickly identified the problem, and recommended a solution that would not only fix our original reason for the call but address a few other issues as well. Not only is the reason for our call repaired, we feel confident that our plumbing is in great working order and that water hammer? It’s finally gone. I’d recommend this company to anyone who needs them.

I am so grateful for the amazing service and dedication of the team to help the community when we need help the most. I woke up to my toilets clogged for an unknown reason and within be hours, my shower and my kitchen sink were clogged up and nothing I tried to fix it made any difference whatsoever. I have always been able to unclog the toilets in the past but it quickly became clear that this was something more than I could handle. Tyler showed up early and I felt better as soon as we started talking, there was no question that he was very knowledgeable and caring, and he was also very kind and emphatic, which made a world of difference for me. He was extremely professional the entire time, and although he had a very hard time getting the clog all out due to its density and size, he did not give up until he got the job done. My card kept not going through no matter how many times he tried to get it to work, and trying a different card didn’t work either, and it was clear that the bank was the problem but I did not have any checks or cash to pay for the service, and Tyler was nothing but understanding through the whole thing. He went above and beyond and got the information for me to be able to make a payment through Zelle instead. The work he did was excellent, he checked everything before leaving to make sure everything was working properly, educated me about things that I can do to help minimize the risk of plumbing problems in the future, and made sure that I understood what steps to take to prevent the problem from happening again or getting worse. There was never any push to purchase anything while he was showing me the tests he did and explained why he was doing them. The entire experience was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in over 10 years. I am forever grateful to Lawson Family Plumber for putting their customers’ needs first and showing us appreciation by providing a satisfactory service on all fronts.

We’ve had Tyler from Lawson Family Plumbing come out to our home twice now, and both times (on Saturday mornings btw) he’s been incredibly helpful and professional. Nobody loves to deal with plumbing issues, but it’s a relief knowing we can count on someone as reliable as Tyler. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure the job is done right. We were genuinely pleased to see him the second time around. Would recommend both Tyler and Lawson Family Plumbing for anyone needing quality service and peace of mind!

We recently figured out our water softener was not working and probably had not been working for a period of time. We also had several items from our home inspection that needed to be dealt with. After checking reviews and BBB, Lawson came to the top and for good reason. We had Robert as our technician and he was excellent. He showed up the first visit and identified why I have not had hot water for 4 years. Then he proceeded to click down the entire list of issues: 1) rebedding the resin in the softener 2) changing leaking valves under a sink, 3) changing circulation loop leaking check valve and 2 leaking balancing flow control valves, and 4) helping us understand how to remove and change clogged aerators on all our faucets. Robert provided details (a critical step for me as a detail person) of everything completed in our house. I could not be happier and slept like a baby last night with hot--soft--water for the first time in a long time. We felt the pricing was fair and honest. Thank you Lawson Plumbing.

Our water heater was leaking, so we reached out to Lawson Family Plumbing on Thanksgiving. They not only responded immediately (sorry again for interrupting family time, Shelby) but they had someone out to our house the next morning. Joe was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and showed authentic care to ensure our family is safe. He noticed another leak and other issues related gas line connecting to the water heater. Joe and Joey fixed and replaced everything safely, quickly and for a reasonable price. Lawson Family Plumbing and Joe are now my go-to plumbers - thank you all!

Amazing company! Robert A. is a fantastic plumber. Super nice, very thorough, and patient. He does the job properly and takes his time. We had two toilets installed and angle stops installed. He took his time and did everything properly, and didn't pressure us into unnecessary repairs.The whole job was 7.5 hours to complete. Their prices are reasonable for the work done and quality of parts. I will be calling them again!

Amazing. I reached them online at 630 am and Joe was here by 830 for my repair. He quickly analyzed we needed a new water softener and gave me a quote. Within 3 hours he had it installed and had walked me through everything needed to keep it running. He also swapped out our r/o filters at no charge. I would definitely recommend this company for any plumbing needs. I would also recommend Joe highly. It’s tough to find a company you can trust but I feel I have found a plumbing company I would go back to wherever I need one

Called because my $2500 water softener wasn't working. Tech did a quick look, said internal parts were broken and tried to sell me a new system for $3900. I did some research, tore apart the control unit and unstuck the stuck valve. Problem solved. New owners are more interested in making money over customer service. Could have easily kept a customer by offering an hour service to really diagnose issue. At least they didn't charge to lie to me.

We recently discovered that we had a minor water leak in our attic somewhere above our kid's bathroom. We contacted Lawson and were able to make an appointment with them quickly to resolve the leak. Upon arrival to our home, the plumber (Robert Alonzo) quickly determined the source of the leak-which was behind the upper hallway drywall. Robert removed a drywall section to gain access to the area and repaired the leaking piping. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and skilled in resolving the leak. The service was completed at a very fair and reasonable price. I would highly recommend Lawson Family Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

Just had our water heater and a pool vacuum pump replaced by technician Kam. He did a thorough job and was efficient. He was willing to take extra time to explain what he was doing and answer any questions. Pricing was competitive. Would recommend and use Lawson again in the future.

First thing in the morning my toilets and showers were backing up. I called Lawson plumbing and was given a time of 4 pm for a call. I was pleasantly surprised that I received a text letting me know that Tyler C. and another employee would arrive about. 11:15 am. They were prompt, pleasant and got right to work after asking some questions and gave me a price. They explained the process and After explaining the options I chose to have the toilet removed to snake the main sewer. They kept me apprised of how and what they were doing and how much time it would take. They finished after almost 3 hours and everything was working well.

I discovered some damaged sheetrock in my downstairs bathroom and reached out to Lawson Plumbing to schedule an appointment. Robert arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem quickly, and provided a clear repair estimate. He was extremely courteous and kept me updated throughout the entire process. We've been exclusively using Lawson plumbing since we bought our home in 2021. They've been out many times over the years (house is 70 yrs old), but most recently Kam came out to fix a facet bib that was leaking. While he was here he found out our pressure regulator was broken. He explained things simply and understandably and he was very efficient getting these problems fixed for us, on a Sunday no less! Thank you again Kam! Would highly recommend Lawson plumbing.
