Kyle was great! He explained a hot water problem I’ve had forever so that I can finally understand what the issue is and that the builder had installed a regulator for a tank system when I have a tankless system!!! He flushed everything out for me and even went so far as to call to see how much it would be to remove the regulator. He really went the extra mile for me! What a great employee!

We hired Benjamin Franklin to repipe our home. We bought a home 3 weeks ago and had a pipe burst it was very unfortunate news that we had to have the whole home repaired. It was a very chaotic and messy disaster getting it all done but Joseph and Francisco were so professional and kind and helpful during the whole process. I recommend Benjamin Franklin for any plumbing or repipe job. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Francisco Vega and his assistant plumber were absolutely fantastic! Very thorough and informative and did not rush us through our questions. They came to my parents home to help diagnose the cause of low water pressure. They located the problem and then broke it down into laymen’s terms for my elderly mother to understand. Isiah the scheduler was very pleasant and helped to book us a consultation less than 24 hours from when I called. I highly recommend these guys!

Great experience! I called at 10 AM on New Year’s Eve. I was given a service window between 12 and 3. The tech was in my parking lot by 11:40. Saxon was the tech who was assigned, and he was absolutely wonderful! Polite, professional, kind. There was an issue with the shower handle in my son’s bathroom, I knew it needed to be replaced with the original trim, which I had gone out and bought earlier. Saxon actually tried to just tweak what was on there first to make it work - he could’ve just defaulted right to the replacement. 10/10 For service, I would rate higher if I could. The pricing was a little high, but that wasn’t his fault, And honestly, I was just grateful to have my son’s shower working again within a couple of hours on a holiday. It was leaking a steady stream, so the water bill could’ve been catastrophic if it had gone on. we’ve had issues with that Shower before, and once I told him all the details of what has gone on before, he knew exactly what was going on. He also gave tips to prevent this from happening in the future. Saxon is a gem of an employee!

I hope to not need plumbing services again, but in the future, I will not hesitate to contact Benjamin Franklin.

Their subscription allows for efficient maintenance and pricing that doesn’t hurt your pocket. Today, Francisco helped us with identifying troublesome areas in our tankless water heater during a routine flush, and then walked us through the options on how to address the concerns, with respect and professionalism. Answered all questions without rushing. I felt well informed and taken care of. He was not pushy or trying to upsell us, allowing us to make the decision based on the facts presented. Scott and Joe is fabulous! Their work is excellent and they are very knowledgeable. It is hard to find great service these days. They are truly are about customer satisfaction.

I’m usually pretty picky, but these guys were excellent, nothing to complain about at all. Kylle and Joe handled my annual water maintenance and did a great job. They weren’t just thorough with the maintenance itself; they were also great about answering my constant questions. I tend to ask a lot, and they were both very knowledgeable and patient throughout the whole process.

Kyle Smith is the kind of professional you hope to find in an emergency. When water started splashing from our tankless water heater and I couldn’t even shut off the main line due to an old system, he immediately understood the urgency, even though he was in the middle of another job.
He came straight over, shut off the water while I was tied up on an important business call, and then returned to finish the work at the other home. True to his word, once he was done there, he came back, fixed the issue in our garage, went out to purchase the necessary parts, and made sure our hot water was fully restored.
All of this happened seamlessly while I continued my conference calls, he handled everything with efficiency, professionalism, and incredible kindness. His positive attitude and calm demeanor truly stood out. He respected my time, understood I was busy, and made sure everything was completely taken care of.

In general, customer service is a dying breed, but not the service technicians at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.
I wanted to surprise my wife with a water softener for Christmas. I knew from my previous interactions with lead technician, Francisco Vega that I would not be disappointed. Francisco came to my residence a week before Christmas to make arrangements for the installation. He and his colleague, Joseph, arrived promptly at the time agreed upon (the day after Christmas) to do the install.
The entire installation took about five hours, but it was as seamless as possible. Upon completion of the install, Francisco answered all questions we had and gave us the peace of mind that we had made a great investment. I can confirm that the soft water feels great on our skin and the reverse osmosis water (also installed as part of the package) tastes amazing! Hats off to Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, but mostly to the quality technicians they employ.

I called Lawson when my hose spicket outside was leaking and I thought it was coming into my bedroom floor. Within 24 hours they had a technician out here and for just a few hundred replaced the spicket and explain that nothing is leaking into my bedroom. It was my puppy chewing the floor that I thought was water damage! I was a wreck thinking I had a leak or a flood in my house and mold. Easy fix and super nice office and techs! He didn't make me feel less than for being a single woman owning a house! I'll definitely be giving them a call if I have any more plumbing issues!

I love this company. After terrible experiences working with companies contracted through Old Republic, I finally got fed up and found Lawson Family Plumbing on Yelp. Called them out for a simple clogged shower drain, and Javier came out and told me The drain was not clogged and snaking it would be a waste of my money. He explained the cause of the odor I was smelling and gave me solutions to deal with it. NO CHARGE!

About 2 weeks later on a Sunday, I noticed water soaking an area of my ceiling that had been previously repaired by an Old Republic company. Javier came back out, ON HIS DAY OFF, and not only quickly repaired the leak, but figured out why it occurred in the first place.

Tough to find service like that anymore. I can’t recommend Javier and Lawson Family Plumbing enough.

Our water heater developed a leak on a Friday afternoon and we called Lawson. They sent a plumber (Tyler) out immediately and he was able to diagnose the problem and replace the hot water heater the same day. Tyler did a great job of not only replacing the water heater but also installing a new recirculation pump and fixing outdated copper water lines. I highly recommend Lawson Family Plumbing and their plumber Tyler Tiffany.

Phenomenal performance and care from Lawson Plumbing, called after finding my garage flooded, their response was fast, professional and a special call out to Lionel who was an absolute technician, he managed everything perfectly with care and thoughtful customer care.

My DIY plumbing repair became a bigger job quickly after I broke a copper pipe in the wall. A quick call to Lawson Family Plumbing had Danny at my door within a couple hours. The person I spoke to on the phone was professional and kind, as was Danny who ran for parts and had them installed and cleaned up in no time. I especially appreciated the time Danny took to show me where my repair had gone wrong and a couple copper sweating tricks I hadn't known about.

Called Lawson after another company (Pink Plumbing) over did it with quoating repairs that didn't need to be done and taking forever to do them. Lawson came out the next day and fixed pipe leak without any other unnessessary things.

Robert provided outstanding service from beginning to end. He arrived promptly, demonstrated exceptional professionalism, and efficiently diagnosed and repaired the leak. The entire experience was seamless and reflected a superior standard of workmanship and customer care. I greatly appreciate his expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence.
