Great Customer Service, they where in my house on Sunday afternoon and on Monday morning by 9am they were installing my water heater. The price is just right, I another company that was charging me $400.00 more, that’s crazy. Thank you Robert for your patience, we agree to an hour and I was at church when he came by, and he graciously came back after another job on Sunday.

Fast service in an emergency. Tyler was kind and pleasant. He fixed the issue quickly and checked for any other related issues. The office called back 4 or 5 days later to make sure everything was fixed and working well. Great service.

I have used Lawson in the past and asked them for a bid on a soft water tank. After comparing it to two other bids, they were the better bid, and they installed it right on the spot. They were so fast and nice, they are my plumbing company of choice for sure.

Cam did a great job flushing my tankless water heater. He put down a towel to make sure there were no spills or stains on my garage floor. Service was quick and easy.

My toilet was rocking side to side. Tyler came out on time and was very professional and pleasant. He showed us what the issue was and fixed it. Very reasonable pricing. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and family.

Joe came out for a second opinion after a company quoted me $12k-$18k for a massive pipe fix. Within minutes he quickly identified the problem and fixed it free of charge. I've been using Lawson for a few years now, and their service has been great and their techs have been professional. Recently, Lionel came out to service our water heater - he was meticulous in his work, and even walked me through the process.

Tyler is an exceptional professional. His plumbing expertise is exceeded only by his professional demeanor. He cleared my serious kitchen sink blockage in less than two hours after the previous plumber from another company failed to remedy the blockage after an expensive two weeks. Great experience start to finish. Took my call, immediately scheduled someone for the next day, spoke to my tenant to arrange it, did the estimate quickly, performed the service quickly at a fair cost. Couldn't ask for better. Had a few minor leaks that I called Lawson Family Plumbing. The technician Lionel arrived in the agreed time slot and evaluated the job. He offered suggestions for repairs. He provided a quote right on the spot and we agreed to the repair work. He had all of the valves and vacuum breaker available in his truck and completed the repairs in under 2 hours. The price initially seemed high but considering all the parts were provided I believe it was a reasonable price. I would call Lawson again for plumbing work and I would ask for Lionel again as he was very courteous and did the job quickly. Thank you Lionel and Lawson Family Plumbing!!!

On Saturday our kitchen sink was clogged, and the disposal was not rotating properly. We have a plumber in our family, but he was unavailable. With so many plumbing companies to choose from, I was not sure who to call. I called a couple, and because it was not an "emergency", they could not come out until Sunday or Monday. Then I happened upon Lawson Family Plumbing. It turned out that I am very glad the others could not come out in time. The lady I spoke with about setting up an appointment was incredibly nice. She set up the appointment, and a technician named Tyler showed up. Tyler could not of been more nice, clean, and professional. He diagnosed the issue, fixed the issue, and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. From the initial appointment call, to when it was completed, I am very happy we chose Lawson Family Plumbing. Highly recommended!

We are impressed with the plumbing service from Lawson Family Plumbing. Our bathroom had shower faucets, sink fausets, and shutoff values that were severely corroded with rust and hard water deposits. Technician Tyler did fantastic job in removing the damage fausets & valves and installing new ones. We are very satisfied with the work and will definitely use Lawson Family Plumbing in the future. Had a previous bad install fixed very promptly and efficiently. Very honest company. Even asked if I wanted to just reach out to the prior plumber and make them fix it rather than incur cost. I chose to cut my losses and go with Lawson. They will hear from me again should the need arise. Let’s hope not!

Had an issue with my shower arm leaking. Joe from Lawson Family Plumbing alerted me to a bad pipe leading to the shower arm. Joe was able to replace the bad pipe and install a new shower arm. Joe was very professional with his work; and showed me the inferior pipe when it was replaced. Lawson Family Plumbing will be my "Go-To" Plumber for all my plumbing needs. Dan was great. Had a leak under my sink. Wasn’t sure if it was the AC condensation line or not. He informed me while educating me and I really appreciated that. Gave me a fair price and with honesty. As a 24 yr old girl i truly appreciate the company being so helpful and respectful, not trying to hassle at all. They were extremely response as well.

We moved into an older home and discovered a leak under the kitchen sink. The plumbers were here the next morning. I asked about several other issues. They patiently gave their assessment and estimates for other projects . They had to go get parts, but took care of it fully by noon!

From my initial call, speaking with Brooke -extremely courteous & helpful for getting me scheduled, to Tyler my tech -great communication, on time, very thorough, professional, explained options clearly, didn’t feel pressured or upsold on anything, used quality materials, went above & beyond what original concern was to identify & even correct a slow flow tap for myself & tenant -easy fix (kinked hose) but no one else had caught it! I would definitely recommend LFP & will be calling them for future plumbing projects. 👍🏼👍🏼

Lawson’s rates are very comparable and favorable. Had Javier out for a toilet replace and clearing a blockage on another line. Tremendous service as always. Wonderful scheduling team (shoutout to Shelby) super friendly service, 10/10!
