I haven't used the service yet but with just looking over all the services they offer. This site makes it easy to understand what help I can get and it's simple to use. Just with out user friendly their website is. I would recommend this company. God bless and keep up the hard work.

Danny did a great job installing hardware under our new countertop sink. Once he had the proper materials it went quick and perfect. Highly recommend!!

Needed to have the AC system checked on a hot Saturday. I think $45 fee for a weekend evening call is fair. Justin came out and took the time needed to have everything addressed. I did not feel pressured at all to pay for things that were not needed.

Bobby was amazing, again. Unfortunately I’ve had 2 issues on separate items in the last 2 months. But, each time he has been informative, professional and great to work with. I 100% would recommend to anyone who asks where I got my plumbing work done.

The initial service was very prompt. They were out to my house within a couple of hours and got my AC fixed quickly. There were some hiccups in communication with the tech provider.However management worked with me to clear things up. I was appreciative of that.

The guys at Cactus Plumbing were terrific. When I saw rusty water coming from hot water faucets, I knew I needed to replace my hot water tanks. Cactus responded quickly, even on a Saturday. They discussed my options and answered all my questions. The work was professional - Nick Brown and his assistant did a great job. I am completely satified with Cactus Plumbing.

Not great. This interaction was uncomfortable and non-informative. I was happy to pay the $29 service call fee to have the tech leave my house.

I called regarding my water heater pilot light going out a couple times over the past few weeks. There was little to no explanation besides ranting on why my unit and its parts were garbage and falling apart. The prices I was quoted were massively different than the other plumbing services I had come give me some quotes.

I could not recommend this company to anybody based off this “service call.” I was able to get my problem resolved through the manufacturer easily, even though the tech from Cactus told me I wouldn’t be able to, and not even to bother.

Had I been gullible and not willing to get multiple opinions I’d have made an awful decision to go with the recommendations of Cactus Plumbing.

Do yourself a favor and always get multiple opinions.

I came home from work to a leaking water valve underneath the kitchen sink. I googled for a plumber and decided to give Cactus a try. To my surprise, they were able to send a tech out right away! Jeff was professional and very knowledgeable on how to fix the problem. Pricing was reasonable too. Will definitely consider using them again.

Nick Brown did a very thorough job when he came to our place to check out a few issues we had with drains, a toilet and water heater. He explained everything mindfully so it was easy to follow and understand, did everything full service and was great to work with.

Very impressed with the Service I received from Cactus Plumbing. From the initial phone call to the arrival of our technician Jeff..He was very courteous and explained everything that he was going to do..After finishing in a timely manner and cleaning the work area ,,He explained our bill to us and applied a Veteran s discount..

On 7/19 my tenants walked into my home and found that the AC was not running, it was 10:20pm. I called Cactus, and Frank the tech was there in less than 2 hours. The diagnostic showed the compressor was not working and I needed a new system. By Saturday morning he was back, working under extreme heat to replace the unit, which he completed on Sunday. An expensive and unexpected event but the service was excellent. Kudos to everyone for making this happen under dire circumstances.

Kristen returned my call promptly with professionalism as I left a message before they opened on Google messenger for service at my restaurant The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill in Scottsdale. Frank surprisingly arrived about an hour and a half early which is not the norm when dealing with other HVAC companies in the area. He diagnosed the issue and corrected it in a timely manner. Billing was quite fair. I recommend Cactus Plumbing and Air for any HVAC needs in the Scottsdale area.

In short! My water heater went out, and it was Nick w/Cactus Plumbing & Air to the rescue. Not only did they replace my water heater same day, but also added a water filtration system to replace my soft water loop that won't rust out my new water heater like the old one was. Great information! Great service! Great results!

I had a spoon get stuck in my garbage disposal in my sink. I called and spoke with Joey and he was very nice telling me that he could get someone to come out right away either Saturday or Sunday. He told me what the service charge was which was 2995 and did not mention anything about additional fees coming out on the weekend and told me that if there was any other extra charges that that would be figured out on site, outside of the 2995 to only if there were repairs. Nothing was said about weekend charges. I spoke with jeff who was the technician who came and understood what was said to me and that I would be willing to speak to Joey about this… he took care of the 2995 charge only and pulled out the spoon. Lovely customer service and doing the right thing is key and I saw this with this company and Jeff who was lovely! Thank you.
