David did an awesome job and fix my bathroom sink and also the toilet I was having back up and he fixed it very quickly. I highly recommend plumber Gilbert.

Chelsea did a great job fixing the toilet flapper because my toilet was leaking a lot and I had a lot of issues couldn’t use the guest bathroom and she fixed it really quickly. Highly recommend plumber Gilbert.

Scott assisted with a plumbing issue in the laundry room. Notification and assessment was quick. A temporary solution was put in place until correct part could be acquired. Fixed the next morning. Also offered a better solution for replacing the parts in the event a similar problem occurred due to hard water. Also suggested preventive maintenance tip. Would recommend them.

The dispatch team here is amazing! Ashley was very patient and sweet. I've scheduled multiple appts with them and every dispatcher i had took care of me! Their customer service is second to none.

I am a property manager and have a large portfolio. I deal with plumbing issues daily. I have never worked with Cactus plumbing and I would normally be the one to dispatch the plumber. One of the owners experienced an emergency at a building and had to call a plumber instead and just "googled" it. The owner called Cactus and they were on site very quickly. Cactus took care of the problem in less than an hour. I got the invoice and was shocked. For this kind of job the absolute most I could reasonably understand for a charge would be around $500 even if they charge for emergencies (most plumbers do not). The bill they sent was over 3 times that. They charged $1,553 for less than an hour. This is unheard of and unreasonable. I immediately reached out and asked for a line item invoice which they responded with "we don't offer that". Apparently you cannot get clarification on what you are being charged for. I called and was told that someone would get back to me to discuss this. Here we are 3 days later with zero response. Our company would never use or recommend this plumber.

I would highly recommend Cactus Plumbing and Air to everyone!! Our A/C went out and we called Cactus and they were out to our house in 45 minutes. Very knowledgeable technician and suggested how we could improve our A/C. Our old unit was over 20 years old and we definitely needed a new one. They were efficient on getting the new unit installed and now we have a beautifully air conditioned house!! Five stars for sure!!
