Desert Soul Pools

From start to finish, under 4 months, everyone from sales to sign off, highly highly highly recommend DSP.
All communication was through email (good for paper trail) and responses were very prompt.
All the workers were did a great job, even in the heat.
Any issues were promptly addressed.
If you want quality built pool, DSP is THE choice.

My pool has been competed for about 3 1/2 years now. My biggest point of contention is the PUL pop up system that breaks down every 3 months or so. I am at a point where I can’t even tell if it’s working so I am just spending money on energy for a system that doesn’t work consistently. I Just don’t understand why they can’t fix it once and for all and anyone considering that pop up systems stay far away. Between that, shotty masonry work, and now my expensive microbrite pool light going out just 6 months past the warranty, this has been a devastating experience. I will say the only reason I’m not giving 1 star is Desert Soul did try to make amends on certain things with reimbursements but im still stuck with having to deal with a system that doesn’t work correctly and now just left with my wallet busted wide open. For spending $150k on a pool you would hope for a better experience but that just isn’t the case. If I were to do it again I would rather just BYOP to save the money or go with a bigger builder with better warranties like Shasta.

Amber kept everything running smoothly with clear, consistent weekly communications every step of the way and never missed a beat being able to answer questions and respond to emails no matter what day or time. Gary managed the project with professionalism and precision, ensuring everything stayed on track and visited the site daily. And Sean made the entire process seamless, tying everything together behind the scenes and also helping to guide the contractors each step of the way.

It’s rare to find a team that delivers not just quality work, but genuine care and dedication from beginning to end. We couldn’t be happier with the result and the journey it took to get here. Thank you to the entire crew to helping our first-time pool building experience one to cherish and remember and finishing up the project over a month earlier than projected!!! Our Labradors, Latte and Mocha, are enjoying their “Sploosh” and we are now able to enjoy our BEAUTIFUL backyard as if we are indeed at a resort! Our custom designed turtles and light show are an added bonus to enhance the nightly moods. So very glad and blessed to have found such a family-owned company to work with!
