Pool & Landscape AZ

The folks from Pool and Landscape AZ just finished remodeling our back yard for us. They replaced our natural grass with artificial turf, new boulders and more granite. Tim Maas came armed with new ideas that were the perfect vision of what we were looking for. Diogo, the project manager took the time and effort to scour landscape material providers to find boulders with the right coloring to fit our surroundings that resulted in a stylish design. The office staff were friendly and accommodating. They stayed in touch with us via email and text, making sure we were aware of when and what would be happening. Diogo and the on-site team were punctual, and friendly. After they cleaned up when they were finished our backyard was ready for a party. We could not be more pleased, and the price was right.

This will be my first review in a series of review for my home project with POOL and LANDSCAPE AZ. I did my research and had about 7 pool and landscape companies give me quotes. I was really impressed by the owner Tim Mass's response how he handled himself with all the concerns his customers raised. I was also extremely impressed by my Pool Designer Clendon Cannon who was assigned to me. Clendon listened to my needs and designed a pool and landscape package that I wanted. I knew what I wanted but Clendon's awesome suggestions made my project even better. Of all the companies Clendon made me feel that my project was extremely important and he spent time with me and addressed all my concerns. Clendon made it so easy for me to go with Pool and landscape AZ. Timeline....I met with Clendon in early to mid August with contract signed in Mid September. Clendon provided me all the information and drawings I needed for my HOA approval in timely manner. Now I am just waiting for my project to start! So far the experience has been great. If you do decide to go with Pool and Landscape AZ I would request Clendon as your designer. I will post more as my next phase of my project begins. I am hoping the company delivers the 5 stars throughout my project without any hesitation.

This is the review for second phase of my project. The communication has been excellent Dawn (the scheduling person) kept me informed regularly. The Dig and plumbing went smoothly. Then the rains came this delayed my project (it had nothing to do with the company). Pool and Landscape AZ kept checking the dig area to see if it was dry and ready to have the metal work done. As soon as it was and ready, they were there to do rebar and electric. The Pre-gunite inspection went smoothly and city passed the inspection without any hesitation. My plumbing guy was Chelo and Rebar guy was Raul good hard working people. They did not cut any corners. The company has delivered 5 stars so far. I have made two referrals already to this company.

This review for the rest of my project. The Shotcrete went well. As the shotcrete was curing. The pool coping was started by the companies master craftsman Luis Corona. The man is a super talented and does a perfect job in laying travertine, building a pony wall fence and building an outdoor kitchen. There were no corners cut, everything is built to last. Once the final inspection was cleared the pebble was shot. The final pool and spa came out perfect. The final stages was the landscaping it put the final project together and made everything pop out.
This company is the best and they deliver an outstanding product. I recommend them without hesitation. The total time start to finish for a fairly large project was only 3 months that's with a 6 week rain delay in between. The company delivered 5 stars all around from start to finish.
