Reviewing for initial work and mitigation for roof and bathroom leak. Santiago, Jose, and Fernando took care of everything. They were very, polite, professional, and timely. Santiago would always call before hand and keep us updated on progress. This is our second time using Servopro and they have been excellent and our go to for any home issues. Highly recommend.

We have had the fortunate/unfortunate privilege of working with SERVPRO for water damage from the recent heavy rains. The team that has been at our house has been amazing! Michael and Fernando cut out drywall and you wouldn't even know they were here! Extremely polite/professional, tidier than anyone ever doing work at our house, respectful of property/belongings ... just AMAZING! I would HIGHLY recommend the team at SERVPRO Gilbert!

Servpro of Gilbert personnel and contractors were phenomenal! We had water damage and they sent their Clean Up Team immediately to assess and work on the water damaged area. Then, their Damage Estimator and Recon Team was scheduled shortly thereafter and completed all repairs timely with perfection. It's beautiful--you cannot even tell anything bad ever happened at our house. They all know their stuff and are professional. They made it an easy process for us and coordinated communications and estimates with us and directly with our insurance company. Their experience and quality assurance also helped relieve the stress which occurs with a water damage situation. We especially liked the one stop shop--we got everything done by Servpro of Gilbert and did not have to go out and shop for another company because their prices were reasonable, accepted by our insurance company, and their expert reputation speaks for itself. We would recommend Servpro of Gilbert in a heartbeat should you ever have any water damage and truly thank all of the people personally involved with our situation.

Everyone at this company has been a great pleasure to work with. We had a flood from our washing machine on a Sunday and they had someone at our house within an hour. Julie was outstanding to work with. She came to our home with a professional demeanor and friendly attitude. Two enthusiastic thumbs up!!!

This company showed up within 2 hrs of our call, as we just noticed 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were flooded. They showed up with all the needed man power and equipment to salvage what they could and remove all that they had to. Followed up with humidity readings and helped tremendously with the insurance claims and with the rebuilding of all the damaged areas. Extremely efficient, polite, and knowledgeable! Had a big leak in the bathroom on Aug 12 @8pm ServPro was there within 2 hours. They started cleanup right away. Luke and Julie were incredible techs. On Monday morning, Ashley called to see how everything was going. She always listened to what I had to say. Noah, the on-site manager, and Julie stopped by several times to make sure the equipment was doing its job. They were great! I really enjoyed talking with Madison, almost on a daily basis. She politely got me through to Ashley and hunted her down for me when I needed to speak with Ashley. A job well done by all. Can’t thank them enough for taking care of my house

I had a good experience with ServPro, except they could not control their subcontractor's actions in California. It took them a while to correct the subcontractor's mistakes. I also never received the scope of work for the project, but that may be due to their issues with State Farm.

I was so impressed with the help we received from ServPro after the condo next to ours flooded. Some of the water had come through under our cabinets and we had some mold growth. Seth was SO helpful and informative. He thoughtfully and thoroughly answered any questions we had, and if he did not know the answer he made sure to find it out. I also appreciated their concern and consideration for the safety of my two young children. Seth, Joseph, and Jose all did a great job, and I really felt like they went above and beyond in ensuring the job was done right, that we felt safe, and that we understood everything that was going on throughout the entire process. I also appreciated Gabby in their customer service department for answering the questions I had about the process moving forward. Thank you all for such excellent work!

Servpro was great to work with when we discovered a leak behind our hot water heater. They came out the same day we called. It took about 10 days to destruct the problem area and dry it out but the workers were all courteous and efficient. They very carefully cleaned up the area before they left. I would recommend them to anyone!!

Ruben & George did a great job of removing wet sheet rock and insulation, cleaning up the mess and setting up drying equipment.

Had a house flood recently and everyone we have encountered with Servpro has been absolutely WONDERFUL!!!! Julie and her mitigation crew was great. She answered all our questions and kept us in the loop throughout the whole process. Daryl and Jim with the reconstruction portion have been great so far. Highly recommend this company!

This company was amazing to work with. I had to deal with them while out of state on flood/ water damage to my Mom's rental house and they helped me every step of the way. Daryl was my first contact person that estimated the damages. Not only did he give great customer service while he was working on the house but he made himself available to me throughout the entire process when he was no longer involved. He even kept me posted while he was on his anniversary vacation with his wife. He alone completely exceeded my expectations on customer service. Then there was Sonia the project manager who was extremely detail oriented. This lady didn't miss a thing and made sure everything was documented to get it cover by insurance. She kept me updated with pictures of the progress from start to finish. She made me feel comfortable with the work being done even though I was out of state. Then there was Christina Tax in the office. She was always so pleasant and extremely helpful. She worked with me on the payment schedule with my insurance and even took the time to mail my mom paper receipts because she doesn't have email. She was extremely pleasant and even though I was paying her it always brightened my day to talk to her. I have nothing but gratitude for this company's work ethic, communication, and professionalism. They really make going through a terrible home water damage experience much easier.

The service was excellent! The service tech, Roman, arrived promptly and got right to work. He did a great job and we will request him if we ever need this service again. They live up to their moto "Like it never happened".

We are in the Palisades Fire burn area. Our house survived but more than half our street was destroyed - and all the land around us burned, plus there was a lot of ash deposited from the much worse damage upwind. State Farm put us in contact with ServePro of Gilbert. ServePro Gilbert was incredibly professional and responsive and quickly put a crew on site to clean all the ash and toxins from inside our house. They did this in the midst of this huge disaster, logistics mess, and widespread demands for post-disaster clean up. They had a team of 8-10 people on site for 10 days. They worked very hard to clean our house and did all the other stuff mentioned elsewhere in reviews too, documenting, cleaning carpets and linens, communicating, etc. In the end the house was cleaner than it had been in YEARS and no longer smelled like smoke. I should add, it's a 10k ftsq house with added under-house spaces, so this was no small undertaking. We are very satisfied and would use them again. Probably worth mentioning too, in a task of this magnitude some things will go awry. They were also great at addressing the few things where things didn't go as planned/expected. We consider the later an important ability in a counterparty as well. They did great at it. Strongly recommend.
