My name is Bonnie and I have had the greatest person ever come to start my renovation of my bathroom. I contacted Exact Restoration and Renovations about a leak in my bathroom. Jeremy Santa Cruz was the first person I met, and from that first day he came and carefully guided me into what was needed to be done. He faithfully called every day before he came to give me is estimated time of arrival and told me what he was doing. I was amazed how efficient and skilled he was and he was so meticulous in cleaning up anything, i cannot say enough things about his expert work, diligence and most of all, his patience in explaining step by step the process, and always with kindness and a smile. Thank you, Jeremy.

I had a great experience working with these guys. They turned my nightmare into something manageable. Jeremy handled the water clean up very professionally and kept me updated until everything was dry. Then Tate, Krystal and Jason handled the reconstruction with great communication and explanation of the whole process. I’m very pleased with their work, I’ll be recommending Exact to friends and family.

Exact saved the life of my very old mobile home guest bath after an unexpected flood. Insurance sent out a number of people, but Exact (Tate) was the most thorough in his anticipation of my questions and explained everything as I'd never experienced something like this before. My husband passed away unexpectedly a few months prior to this so I was on my own. Despite some insurance delays, Mo (great guy by the way!), my project manager, put together an awesome team completed the work in 1 day and I am beyond pleased. I would use them again and happily refer them to anyone in need of construction, remodel, or restoration services.

I referred Krystal Grado for drywall quote and she came in professionally , with outstanding personality. The customer loved her. I look forward to referring her to future customers.

I am pleased to write this review for Exact Construction after the work was completed in November 2023, to my full satisfaction and quality (I had written a good review when work was 70% complete - sorry took too long to write this final review). We had a shower pan leak in the upstairs bathroom with water pouring down to the kitchen and the entire shower area had to be restored. After the initial restoration with drying of the areas were done, Krystal Grado from Exact Construction came for inspection, and submitted the repair details with cost to be submitted to the insurance company. Krystal answered all my questions to bring confidence in me to select Exact to do the restoration work.

That was followed by a visit by Project Manager to make a plan for restoration work. Mike Flicker, the Project Manager is very good in planning with the Exact staff or with the sub-contractor staff like Plumbers, Marble company etc. Mike is always available to take any questions and he coordinated with me very well. Krystal Grado also responded swiftly to answer any of my concerns or questions regarding the work.

The restoration/construction work has been of good quality and the Exact staff has been very customer caring and responsive. The supplementary work like breaking floor, breaking wall tiles, wood work etc. were done by these 4 staff coming in a team of two and they have been very customer caring, humble, and focused on doing a good job. Thanks Much Craig Lindblom, Frank Fritz, Roman Sprouse, and Tony Vaitafa.

The quality of work done by the subcontractors too were of good quality. JP Plumbing, Kevin of Marble company, their staff ensured that the work has been done with perfection to avoid any leaks and they also explained to me the work procedures to give me confidence. Salvador Limon and his wife did the final work of fixing the shower, fixing the shower door, floor laying, drywall ceiling and painting. Salvador and his wife were very humble and did a very good job with perfection.

It has been a few months since the work was completed and we have been using the shower - all good until now. Overall I give A+ grade to Exact Construction, their staff and the subcontractors.

Krystal and Bruce were amazing! Being lost as to what to do when we discovered our roof was leaking their team stepped in and walked us through the process! Highly recommend Exact!

Ryan, Roman n Mike. The. BEST guys ever!! I had a dishwasher leak that ruined my cabinet. The first company took forever n decided they couldn’t match the cabinet to the rest of the cabinets because they were too old And all the cabinets would need to b replaced. . Between them n insurance we argued back n forth that the whole kitchen cabinets didn’t need replacing. Just the one was fine. Long story short, 6 months later , I called Exact Construction and within 2 WEEKS n 1 DAY the entire project/ cabinet was replaced n DONE . No it’s not a complete match but no one would b able to tell it looks beautiful. Ryan was very knowledgeable. Roman n Mike,we’re the same. And very nice. Easy to talk to n all explained everything so I could understand. I would RECOMMEND them to anyone. I forgot one, Krystal was the first one I talked to. Same goes for here. There isn’t anything bad I would say about this company n their people. I thank them very very much!!

After we had water damage from a leak under our sink, we were scrambling for help. Thankfully we got connected with Krystal, Madison, and Craig - the dream team! From estimates to communication to construction project management, we were in good hands with Exact Construction and Restoration. Highly recommend utilizing their services! We will keep them in mind for any future projects.

I just had Sherden Bruce come out to inspect my water danages. He did a test and determined there was water damage. I am going to hire them to do my mitigation work in my house. He explained every step to me. Thank you again for coming out so fast as well!!

So grateful to Exact C&R! They are taking such good care of my Mom! They addressed bathroom flooding that required significant demolition to address water damage. Bruce worked his buns off as he meticulously addressed the damage. He is detailed, thorough, and thoughtful in his craft and also made sure that we were in on all of the important decisions as he proceeded. Krystal was professional and extremely friendly and took care of every question and concern at every step of the process. They’ll return tomorrow to make sure the extensive drying gear is doing the trick. So grateful!

Fantastic experience. I needed the bathrooms at my short term rental property rebuilt after a pipe burst causing flood damage. Lucas came out and gave me an estimate. He was super knowledgeable and professional, and provided a fair estimate that my insurance company approved. I really valued their experience working directly with adjusters for insurance claims. Stan was my project manager, and kept me well informed on the progress and got the project completed in the estimated time frame. Extremely satisfied with Exact and will use them again in the future if I ever need to!
